    First I want to say that I have tried penis enlargement earlier in life with no success (just temporary gains) and I understand why after hanging around at Pegym for a while. I did it wrong.


    So three months ago I started to do things the right way. This time I now how to do things correctly and I now that I will se results, I just have to be patient and be aware of my PI. And of course continuing to read and learn from the members here att Pegym.


    My goals are a healthy bigger penis whit 10 of 10 erection.
    When it comes to goals for length and girth I have short term goals and also a long term goal. I will put them in later.


    My penis exercises:
    Phallosan and JP90. I also have recently started to very carefully stretch/jelg my sack. I read a lot about it here att Pegym and I hope that in time I will have a decent hang. It takes about 5 minutes and I don’t do it every workout day.


    This is what I have done so far:
    Phallosan for 85 days.
    JP90 for 59 days.
    Light stretch/jelg my sack for 2 weeks




    My workout is 2 days on 1 day off with JP90 and wearing Phallosan for 6-10 hours. Most of the time it’s 8 hours on the day I’m doing JP90 and 6 hours on the ”off-days”.


    I will updating this journal on a daily basis (today is an off-day).

    Day 86 with phallosan
    Day 60 with JP90

    Just did my workout: JP90. It was probably the best workout day with JP90 so far. I did the jelqing a little bit slower than I usually do and my focus was really good the hole workout. I added a few extra stretches after the jelqing and also stretched my sack a little.


    The last couple of weeks I have mastubated directly after the workout like the edging but I have only done it for 5-10 minutes and I haven’t ejeculated. I do it for one of the reason for edging to fill the penis with blood after the workout. I will probably do it for longer time later on and also like real edging. Anyway, today I noticed how hard my penis was. It was 9,5 of 10, really like that. Going for 10 of 10 and I hope I will reach it before the end of year.

    Day 87 with phallosan
    Day 61 with JP90

    Just finished today’s workout with JP90. Also did some easy stretching of my sack. It was a good workout and I finished with 7 minutes of edging. I didn’t ejeculated and I wasn’t even close to an orgasm but it’s nice to se that the penis is filling up really god after the workout.


    About phallosan
    I have used phallosan for 974 hours and I will take measurement juli 15 when it’s three months since I started to wear it. So like 1000 hours in first three months, but it will not be 1000 hours the next three months. I think it’s going to be like 700 hours. I did wear it during night for a period but it doesn't work for me so it will be 6-10 hours during day like I do now.

    Yesterday
    Phallosan: 6 hour
    JP90: rest day


    Today
    Phallosan (day 89): 10 hours
    JP90 (day 63): jelqing at afternoon, stretching at evening
    Carefully stretch/jelq of the sack for 3-4 minutes


    Today i did split the JP90 into two sessions, I did the jelqing at the afternoon and the stretching at the evening. I think I’m going to split the program like this more often, the jelqing feels better when I haven’t stretch before.

    I did the same work out yesterday as I did at saturday.


    Today is a rest day but I failed and masturbated this morning… but not going to touch my penis anymore today accept from the necessary bathroom visit.

    I measured this morning to see the results from 90 days with phallosan and 64 days with JP90.


    The results:
    BPEL: +0.2 (0,5 cm)
    MEG: +0.16 (0,4 cm)


    It’s not much but it’s something and if I could get the same gains over the next three months I will be really happy.


    Maybe I will start to do the JP90 monday to friday and rest over the weekends instead of doing 2 on 1 off like I do today. Maybe that will be better and give my penis a longer rest over the weekends. I also thinking if I need to take one day of every week from phallosan (today will be the first day that I will not use phallsoan at all in this 90 days).


    I have to mention that my penis have looked a little bit smaller some days and thats another reason to change a little so I will have enough rest for my penis to grow.

    This weeks training was tuesday to friday:
    JP90 and phallosan. Going to rest from JP90 during the weekend and then back on it on monday but I will use phallosan again from sunday afternoon.


    This morning I did an 18 minutes edging session, it was really god but I didn’t really got close to an orgasm but I can see why this is a good complement to the workout. The penis gets really full and looks bigger. The best part was that I could focus for the hole session I did today. I guess it will be better and better in time.

    Have been resting from JP90 yesterday and will also do so today. Didn't use the phallosan either yesterday but will use it from the afternoon. I think this will be a good way to workout with resting at the weekends.


    An interesting thing I noticed is that since I got rid of my porn addiction I’m not skipping the cardio or weight training as I easily did when I was hooked up with porn all the time. This must really be a winning situation for me.

    A new week, just been doing my jelqing (JP90) after a good workout at the gym. Did som edging for 15-16 minutes but I didn’t ejeculat. I will do the stretching later today.


    I had a really good erection and a stuffed penis most of the time when I did the edging. I think it’s getting better and better. Most because I can focus more and use my imagination in att better way for every time a edge.

    Did both jelqing and stretching (JP90) after my workout at the gym this morning. It dosen’t work good for me to do jelqing and stretching at the same time. I will do as I have done lately and split my PE-exercises in two parts. That will give my penis the best workout.


    I will also start with some edging, I’m going to do it 3 times a week and I will start on sunday. I will probably do this apart from the penis workout and in the bedroom. Going to give it a try at least. The reason for three times a week is that I find it hard to stay focus and aroused/excited for a long time. I think that if I start with three times and just focus on the edging it will work good and be better and better after every session.

    Edging is a good supplement to your routine, and thrice a week is very good, you can even start with less if you want.

    I recommend doing it right after your routine, prior to the warm down as per Big Al's recommendation, for better results, but if you want to do it with your lady it is also good!

    You can also split your routine if you like/want, many do that and gain just fine.

    Also try to jelq at first if you do them together and see if it goes better.
