Hey everyone awesome site here with so much great info
Well I found out about PE about 1 year ago, But never really got into doing it myself just reading about it.. I once did a light version of jp90 for 6 weeks (lol) a long time ago and saw some good gains considering the short time. I Know that consistency is key and im starting a journal here to track my workouts and progress over time. Time to get serious!
My stats are:
BPEL: 6.25
MEG:4.9
BPFL: 3.5
Long term final goal:
BPEL: 7.75 or 8
MEG: 5.8 or 6
BPFL: 5 (im not too worried about what my flaccid gains will be but im guessing they are about proportionate to erect gains)
Today is Thursday night where I live and im going to start officially on monday, although I did do my first workout today just manual stretches to get the feel of them.
My routine will be as follows:
Basic Stretches:
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Circle stretches 10 left and 10 right
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Circle stretches 10 left and 10 right
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Circle stretches 10 left and 10 right
After time I will start doing 2 reps of each stretch and eventually 3 but I will see what feels allright
Wet jelqs: Will start with 100 for my first few weeks, then 150 for few more weeks then 200, 250 etc. No set number for this will just see what feels right.
This routine will be done 4 or 5 times a week.
Stretches and jelqs wil be done at separate times morning and night so im not doing one long workout, I prefer it that way. I will try to edge once or twice a week with a small kegel routine a few days a week too.
Im going to focus on just manual exercises for a very long time (we will see what happens though) Not sure if I will ever go to devices but who knows yet its a long processOnce I reach my goals I will just work to cement it. I will update this on Monday with my official day 1

Day1
This morning i warmed up for about 8 mins and did 1 set of each manual stretch, 12 30 second stretches all together and 3 sets of 20 circle stretches (like the ones on jp90). Warmed down. I used quite a firm stretch but not too hard, felt good. Will increase the intensity after a little while when I get more used to it.
Just finished my jelqs, warmed up about 8 mins and did 100 slow-ish jelqs with lube. Kept alternating between hard and soft so I had to stop a few times, did the majority of them about 70% hard but still pliable enough to push blood up nicelywarmed down with hot washcloth.
Day one complete I will probably do my first measurement after 6 weeks to see if anything is happening

Wow I had really good morning wood and great eq today while with my fwb. I often dont get morning wood, I think its due to my severe insomnia. which unfortunately is getting even worse lately due to my work hours
but one day after my first session these are great signs

Yesterday I did my stretching routine in the morning and jelqed 2x50 in the afternoon.
Did my stretches this morning but im having alot of trouble with grip, due to being uncut and having very small glands. nothing at all worksit always slides up to the head, so I just grab at the very base now and it usually ends up somewhere just before my glands, I still have really good feelings about future length gains because the stretching still feels good in the ligs. Im really excited to get some weeks into this

Hi boners
im not very educated in PE but i noticed you mention servere insomnia, which is worse than detrimental to living. I would address it long before PE, EQ ETC. I would almost stretch it as far as to say that it's more important to sleep than to not smoke weed for example !!!(nothing harder, or alcohol though) or ejaculating to porn. Whatever you can do to sleep im sure would benefit you
I can always focus and gain muscle mass by hard efforts. But if i fail to sleep 8-9 hours only a couple of times a week, i guarantee you i will see no gain in either muscle or strength!-SnakePerfecter

Yeah it is extemely detrimental to life but its something I just have to deal with, not gonna let it stop me from trying to do what I liketo be honest I get about 5 hours most nights, if I stay off the computer for about an hour and a half before bed, and try to relax. if i have a bad night its usually because I stayed up too late or ate something with caffiene (chocolate) so my main focus in life right now is actually to be healthy, no processed sugar or caffiene and keep a solid night time schedule and not screw it up
If I get atleast 5 hours I feel OK (not ideal) but its the best I can do, so im living with it lol.
I have great eq and libido most of the time, but if I have one of my shitty nights where I dont sleep at all, It screws that all up for a couple days. If that happens I definately wont PE because I know how important recovery is, I dont want to do damage. I dont think people need 8 or 9 hours every single night to see any muscle gain like you say because I have had allright gains in the gym. but everyone is different, Thanks for your concern btw

Sounds like you pretty much nailed it with healthy living. i hope to see you return soon, having your future feelings of length gains come true
