    10 min warm-up
    300 wet jelqs
    10 min re-warm up
    2 sets of stretches
    10 min warm down
    Testicle Massage

    While I was edging at the end of this session, I felt longer, so I measured and noticed that I have gained another 0.25''!!!!

    So my BPEL is now 6.75-6.80''

    I've gained 0.75 inches in 3 weeks!!!!


    Starting: BPEL - 6.00''

    AFTER 3 WEEKS

    BPEL - 6.75''
    I also checked my girth quickly, and I have gained 1/8'' so far..I certainly feel a lot longer and slightly thicker!!!
    FUCK YEAH!!! PE ROCKS!!

      congrats scythe, you are one quick gainer!
      I'm just starting to follow your log now... can you elaborate your stretch and how it feels when you actually stretch your ligs when you stretch out and up?

        It's difficult to describe the feeling - its like a pull or a tug right at the base of the penis.
        I feel it the most when I stretch DOWN and the least when I stretch UP - funny, I have a LOT of 6.00, yet it seems that stretching down yields the best results.

        Also, stretching BTC - Behind the Cheeks helps a lot.

        I think the reason I may have gained quickly, is because of less girth - ever heard of the theory that it is easier to stretch a thin rubber band than a thicker one? - guess it stands true

          hi, scythe i am interested in your lenght routine..can u please elaborate the behind the cheek stretch...is that standing or sitting + down to the left stretch (stretching down pointing to left or ? ).. thx mate and good gains.

            I do it standing up.
            There are a few pics at Matters of Size related to the BTC stretch. Let me look for those and I will get back to you.

            As for down to the left, it means when stretching your dick should always be across your left thigh, whether it is up, out or down.

                  Well, the routine states that you should do 3 sets of stretches, while I do only 2.
                  And it recommends that you do 300 jelqs for the first 2 weeks, then increase it to 600.

                  I know, I shouldn't change what's working for me. I meant to say that eventually(after a month or so) I will increase the intensity by adding the final stretching set and 300 more jelqs - but not till I stop gaining!

                    okay, its all good - just a misunderstanding ..
                    just did my stretches, but added the btc stretches and the cranks - damn my dick feels loose, in a good way..
                    this may be the secret of this routine ..

                        congrats on your gains. .75 is a huge gain. How did you stumble upon MoS? What would you say your nbel is now? Has your partner noticed any changes?

                          Hey Scythe. Congratulations on your awesome length gains - and in such a short space of time. How are your girth gains going?

                                Holy shit! This is nearly unbelievable! Congratulations!!!
                                I'll definitely keep a closer look to your log man. Actually the first post when you were starting this routine pointed me to some mistakes I think I'm doing now.
