    Starting day: 2/8/2009
    Starting stats: NBPEL : 4.75
    BPEL: 5.8
    Mid shaft Girth: 4
    Base Girth: 3.5
    Under Glans Girth: 3.75
    Current stats: 31/12/2009
    NBPEL: 5-5.25
    BPEL: 6.0
    Mid shaft Girth: 4
    Base Girth: 3.5
    Under Glans Girth: 3.75

    Minor length gains on a very sporadic routine. I would take 4 days off in the middle sometimes over the last 5 months.



    This is the routine that I have gradually evolved over the past 5 months

    10 min warm-up with an electric heating pad

    JonPop’s stretches, as per his 90 day routine – stretch to the left, right, down, straight out and up with 25 quick kegels each, with cranks to the left and right and helicopters in between

    2 sets of JAI stretches, 20 each set.(I added this 2 months into JP’s routine)

    3 sets of Flaccid Bends. 1 set equals a bend downward and one to the right and one to the left. (I added this 2 months into JP’s routine)

    3 sets of jelqing with 40 to 60% erection level. 50 reps each, 2 strokes = 1 rep.

    3 sets of V-Jelqs with 40% erection, 30 reps each set.

    5 min warm-down with heating pad.

    Along with these, I’ve been experimenting. I want to build my base girth, so I’ve been a doing one set of reverse jelqing, and upside down v-jelq where you jelq the shaft with the V-grip from above( this really expands the base). I checked out dustpan’s flaccid compressors and they seem great
    I have tried doing 3 reps of “The Squeeze”, where I form the OK grip around my base and below my glans and squeeze. It really expands my shaft well.
    However, I fear that adding reverse jelqing, Dustpan’s Flaccid Compressors and the squeeze might make the routine too intense. One step at a time for me.

    I took 3 weeks off and restarted on 28th December.
    My revised routine:

    I do JP’s 3-part dry jelqs as often as I can.

    10 min warm up.
    Stretching: BTC left right and centre, 30 seconds each
    Straight down, left right and centre
    25 cranks downwards
    straight out left right and centre
    25 cranks straight out
    straight up left right and centre
    25 cranks upwards

    JAI stretches: 20, 2 sets

    Flaccid bends: 2 sets. Downwards, to the left and to the right

    Jelqing:
    At 75-90% erection level, 30 jelqs with underhand grip. – 3 sets
    At 40-50% erection level, 30 v-Jelqs – 3 sets
    1 Set of 30 reverse jelqs with the reverse v-grip
    1 set of 30 reverse jelqs with underhand ok grip

    edging/ballooning – As long as it feels good.
    2-3 min cool down with a cold, wet hanky.

    Kegels as often as I think of them.
    I alternate every kegel with a reverse kegel, to expand my range of PC expansion/contraction.



    Currently 2 days on, 1 day off

    I am determined to stick to my routine this time.
    My revised goals:
    1st goal: NBPEL: 5.5 (assisted with loss of fat pad through gym)
    BPEL: 6.125
    Base Girth: 3.75
    I am certain JP’s 3PD jelqs are the key to unlocking my base girth gains, along with clamping and hanging in the future.

    Sticking to the routine is the most important part. Only part I've never heard before is the cool down with a cold towel. I've always been told warming up/down is the best way to go.

    I am also hoping to increase girth mostly. Good luck and keep us posted!

      I thought warm down was the way to go as well, and it's not bad - however 2 months back I did some searching and discovered that the big gainers and veterans have been advocating the use of a ice-pack or a cold towel as a method of cool down instead of the traditional warm down.
      It's kind of like having a good muscle strength workout in the gym and then dipping your entire body in ice water to aid recovery.
      The cool down helps maintain the flaccid hang!

        Very interesting. I might have to give it a try. So far I've just been obsessed with heat, I never thought about cooling.

          I've just been doing a cool down with a cold rice sock. It does allow my flaccid hang to last longer than heat. Feels better to my dick as well.

            Hey scythe, I'm interested in knowing how the cool-down will work for you regarding gains and flaccid hang. Good luck on that and on your new routine man!

              I took a measurement while edging yesterday and it seems my NBPEL is confirmed at 5.25. So that 1/4th increase since my decon break.
              Mid-shaft girth is now 4 and 1/16th. I think this is because of better EQ.
              Added another part to my routine: The Testicle Massage.
              Helps increase the size of the testes, and I also pull my penis and balls in 2 opposite directions - that has helped immensely with my turkey neck.
              So at this rate, my turkey neck shall disappear soon and that will help me jelq and clamp more effectively.

                I'm 11 days into my revised routine. I haven't missed a single workout, except I took yesterday off because I wasn't well and had an exam.
                Things are going great so far.
                Over the last 11 days, I've noticed that I'm a 'less is more' kind of guy, so I've decided to do only 2 sets of 30 dry jelqs and 2 sets of 30 dry reverse jelqs.
                I'm also doing the 3 part dry jelqs. I feel that dry jelqing is more effective, especially at 50% erection level as I can move the blood around more efficiently.
                I'm already noticing a difference at the base, which is becoming harder when erect.
                After my workout I usually cooldown using a cold hanky, but lately I've been rubbing an ice cube all over my dick.
                My turkey neck is receding slowly...so far so good!

                  It's been a while since I've posted here.
                  I have made very slight gains since my last post here.
                  I am not pleased with my progress. This routine is not working, and I have a lot of re-thinking to do.
                  It comes at the worst possible time, with my board exams around the corner.
                  I will have college in 6 months time, and I have to make gains by then, or my college sex life will be over before it'd even have begun.

                    I'm trying to decide whether I should do DLD's Newbie Routine, or JP's Beginner Routine all over again.
                    Either way, both routines involve a lot of wet jelqing. I think I made a mistake by giving up high intensity wet jelqs for low intensity dry jelqs. I'll do both from now.
                    In fact, I did 15 mins of jelqing last night and woke up with morning wood. So that's a good sign/

                      Now it's confirmed. I am a fucking idiot. I got the basics all wrong!
                      I got the Matters Of Size DVD today, and it helped me understand exactly how to stretch and jelq.

                      MY MISTAKES:

                      - Got the basics wrong. Stretching wasn't done properly, ligaments were not worked enough!
                      - I replaced Wet Jelqs with Dry Jelqs! Wrong move.
                      - I reduced the number and intensity of my jelqs( 3 sets of 30 - no good at all)
                      - I started experimenting too much with warm down/cool down. For now, I will stick to warming down only.

                      MY NEW ROUTINE:

                      This routine was recommended on PHASE - I of the MOS dvd.


                      Warm Up


                      Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below

                      Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
                      Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
                      Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

                      Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
                      Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
                      Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
                      Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

                      Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
                      Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
                      Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
                      Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

                      Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
                      Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
                      Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds

                      Basic Jelqing

                      600 Wet Jelqs

                      After Jelq: Warm Down

                      PC Muscle Fitness


                      100 quick Kegel squeezes

                      50 of the following:
                      Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

                      Warm Down


                      Testicle Health Massage
                      So the concept of lesser amount of jelqing, did not turn out to be fruitful for me. 600 jelqs is the way to go
                      I should have stuck to JP's routine for the 1st 3 months.

                        You are right to constantly look at the basics.
                        You think things through, good for you.

                        I am interested in your location, we seem to have a number of members from your part of the world.
                        They seem a little shy, very different from our american members.

                          Yeah, there are loads of Indians from my city, Calcutta, living in America. Some of them speak Bengali.
                          They're shy maybe because they falsely presume that the Americans would make fun of their size. They feel inferior because of the notion that most people from South Asia aren't 'well endowed'

                              You are right, I only wish they would understand that.

                              Day 1:

                              Did 2 sets of DLD's stertching, followed by some reverse dry jelqs for base girth.
                              Then I did 300 wet jelqs. Got decent expansion!
                              I'm going to do 300 jelqs for 2 weeks, then increase the reps to 600.
                              Did the warm down and the testicle health massage. Balls get bigger with the massage - that is so neat.
