Hey all, I've just started doing PE today and a bit yesterday and figures it's time to start a log, not only to encourage myself but also to get advice and help. I have tried a bit of jelqing a while ago but I don't think I stuck with it long enough for it to make any gains. This time though I really want to stick with it.
My current stats are on the low side, which is depressing but I really want to improve. I'm still not very good at jelqing, I feel like I'm squeezing too hard and yet I begin to lose my erection while doing it anyways. I spent about 20 minutes in the shower doing PE today and my penis is turtling a little, but it doesn't hurt (I think I rubbed the skin a bit too hard at one point but there was no internal pain which is good). I just used soap in the shower since I'm low on funds and need to use my lube very sparingly.
My plan for the next while is to go the next 4 days doing the full JP90 routine, taking two days off, then doing two days one, one day off and measuring this time in two weeks and see if there's been any changed. I have a high TUG but I hear that doesn't actually matter that much after all.
Anyways, this is the start of my journey, and I really want to make some changes and improve for myself and my girlfriend!Current Stats:

Finished my third day two days ago, and I slightly hurt myself, but just the surface skin I think, so it should heal soon. Just gave myself a skin burn. So I took yesterday off from the routine, and I think I have some tiny gains! Haven't made an exact measurement yet though, gonna save that for next week!
