Hey guys, I'm doing JP90's again after a couple years break (completed one set of JP90 back then). I started at the beginning of June but I haven't been too consistent. Maybe did 2/3 to 3/4 the workouts I should have done so far. I'm doing a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off split. Let's do this.
So since coming back I've regained the .125" girth I used to have.
Girth: 5.375" (June 1st 2014) -> 5.5" (July 22 2014)
Length, I'm not quite sure yet. I know I'm like 6.25" NBPEL. Probably like 6.5" BPEL or so but don't have a proper ruler to measure. I'll update this when I find out.
Weightlifting at the gym: I'm bulking until I run out of this mass gainer that I have - hopefully get to 190 lbs - and then I'm cutting until I'm pretty ripped.
