    Hi, writing this mostly to keep tabs of what I am doing and to keep track of my progress and mistakes. Will start off using JP90 (day 5 update: pretty tough routine :P)

    Starting stats:
    Male
    28 years old
    BPEL: 6,5''
    EG: 5'' at middle, 5.2'' at base
    Pornoholic and masturbates about 2-3 times a day in addition to sex.
    EQ has suffered a bit, used to be rock hard like a year ago but too much work stress and like "release stress" related masturbation rather than emotion and intimacy is having its tow I guess.

    Initial goal:
    Girlfriend is rather petite, so my main motivation is EQ and health. But I am a man after all and would like some size increases as well! My goals are:
    BPEL: 7,5''
    EG: MEG BEG at 5.5'', TEG ?? dunno dont really care :P.
    Lay off the porn and masturbation (expect for some edging 2-3 times a week, but rather do that with gf).

    I will post a diary here and update this page with stats.

    Did the routine no problems. Did not feel anything in particular, but afterwards it felt like the penis was totally exhausted and just wanted to rest. No pain, nothing uncomfortable, just like after a gym session when you are like dough.

    Questions:
    The Jelqs, are you supposed to let one hand go before you start the next?
    How do you avoid the skin following (lubed with coconut oil).

    Routine: no problems. Had some spotting on the underside of the penis at base. Read about the chicken neck analogy, decided I should not strangle my chicken ...
    EQ unknown so far, would say it still is just rather relaxed and feels very heavy. Like it is overplayed. No pain no discomfort though, assume it is from the quite intense workout.

    Questions: Trying to figure out how not to get the skin to come with the jelq. Using other hand to help it a bit, but that makes the jelq very slow at the base to middle, then just accelerates it. Trying some techniques, will probably film it if I can't get it under control.
    Jelqs are afaik not supposed to be let go before other starts. Routine I do now is that I go up until mid, then place my other hand on base and use this to get skin back, first hand stops at glans, the second hand now goes to middle and first hand lets go and moves to base to get skin back ... seems to work with some sexy hip movement added to battle boredom ...

    Decided to take a break. Penis still not all to frisky. Erection is no problem if I jerk off a bit but it goes flaccid very easy. Guessing 5-2 days are a bit too much to start with, going with 2-1 days for now until penis can adjust.

    Spotting gone but I noticed that flaccid length is more full somehow, very easy to get it to show now and hang around 5'' (I am a grower for sure with about 3,5'' flaccid length).

    Another observation is that the veins are MUCH larger. About twice their size compared to before on a vein that is just below glans. Does not hurt or anything.

    On again! Routine worked fine, getting used to it. Added baby powder for the stretching since I never could grip with OK grip to pull (feels uncomfortable), instead I used a three finger grip like if you are trying to throw a stone to bounce it off the water ...

    Penis was a bit more eager to become erect so had to stop a while during jelqs.

    Day 2 no porn or jerking (fucked up the first two with a porn marathon but hey ... it was a goodbye run!).
    Woke up with a morning wood of about 60% erection! Haven't happened in well ... years? True it went down very quickly as a woke up but still! Probably due to no porn or jerking off though :P, was kind of turned on when I went to bed.

    Session went very nicely. No spotting, no discomfort. And much easier time getting erection. Was becoming a problem actually during jelqs. Getting the hang of it it seems.

    Rest day. Do not feel like I needed it though. Again woke up with a hard-on, but it went down quickly. More veins are growing and becoming visible. Can't tell for sure in terms of size but definitely noticeable.

    Question: Is the vein growth a good or bad sign :P?

    Number of days without porn relapse: 0 ... dammit. Ah well :P.
    Did the routine today again, felt a bit more today than I usually do, even if I took it more easy. I will probably take a week off once the month is done (if anyone has done Wendler's 531 he adds a de-load week every third week so that your body can build). After the session today I felt soreness on base top side. Probably ligaments being stretched a bit too far. Going to monitor it and see, if it feels bad tomorrow too I will take a rest day. Did 20 circle stretches instead of 10 ... maybe I should go with the program :P. Did some jerking to check EQ and that is no problem, getting better actually and much harder. But still, it goes down rather fast without stimulation.

    Did a measurement today (couldn't help it since penis seemed bigger). And lo and behold, its closer to 7 inches now in length when erect! It is not really there yet (missing a mm or so), but after only 6 days what can I expect? Well that was motivating ... all those moments questioning "why the fuck I am pulling my dick for and smelling like a Thai dish" got answered. Girth wise no difference at all ad MEG but a bit more at BEG, but that is to be expected from what I've read. I was shocked to see any difference at all. Did a non erect stretched pull measure and that was over 7'' bone pressed. Afaik, flaccid stretched measures are signs of things to come. Good stuff!

    Also, I'm still wondering about vein growth :P, is it a good or bad sign?

    Should have taken pics from the beginning but I will start from now, didn't expect any difference in 6 days. And the pics:

    did routine but felt kind of sore around shaft upper region. Thus I did not do the stretches so hard but just stretched a little bit, basically like lifting my arm wo force. Jelqing went fine, no problem, getting into the routine now. Tomorrow is rest day. Going to rest until the soreness is gone on the top before I do stretches again.
