    Officially starting a progress log here.
    It's about time to start keeping track of things.

    Firstly, I have noticed that porn interferes with my PE schedule, leaving me unable to have good rest days.
    *update: I have reduced watching porn in general.

    I just wanna note that I'm not addicted to porn nor I rely on porn to get an erection but this habit of mine needs to go away because, for now, my unit can't handle PE + unneeded, porn-caused wanking on rest days.


    Secondly, I've learnt my penis properties over the time.
    *based on these, it's logical to design a routine.

    -Hard and solid erections.
    -Stiff erection (not so flexible, hard to push downwards).
    -Lower BPFSL than BPEL (12.5cm < 15cm).
    -Not a very stretchy flaccid but flexible.

    therefore, I decided to start with a warm up + basic stretch routine
    *I'm skipping jelqs for now.

    Routine:

    -10min warm up with a heat pad.
    -Basic stretching to all directions ( up, down, left, right, straight out)
    *Each stretch lasts 20 seconds.
    -No cool down or warm down, I'll let things chill down on their own.

    Kegels will be done on rest day, but keeping them to a minimal amount.

    Routine ratio:
    1on/1off (aiming for 3 PE and 4 Rest days during a week + 1 or 2 wanks).


    Lastly,my focus is put on reducing the difference between BPFSL and BPEL and aiming to make them even.
    *according to the TGC theory, the tunica is my limiting factor.
    I believe that a length-wise routine will trigger some gains.

    My current measurements:
    BPEL: 6"
    EG: 5"
    BPFSL: around 5"

    Back to gym!
    Day1

    Warmed up for 10 minutes with a heat pad.
    Completed all stretches in all directions (up, down, left, right, straight out).
    No warm down or cool down.

    *how it felt:
    everything went smooth, while warming up I tried not to get my balls hot but the heat seemed to penetrate a bit.
    I guess sitting is not the best pose for warming up :P

    Stretches went fine. Post-stretching I just felt a little ache near the right side of my penis head. It occurred few times in a period of 20 min but now it's all gone. I guess I put a bit more pressure while stretching to the left

    I know the routine is really light but my unit can reach fatigue pretty fast, it's also one of the things I've learnt over time.
    I'm taking it slow and not rushing to see gains but rather condition my penis for good

        Pretty good rest day!
        Woke up with a heavy morning wood and had a nice full flaccid hang for few hours during the day.
        No aches, everything seem to be cool down there.
        EQ was pretty good too.

        Looking forward to my next stretching

          *update to day 2:

          I tried to stay away from porn but it got the better of me.
          I feel stupid that I couldn't resist wanking.
          I know it doesn't mean much but this should have been a wank free rest day.

          Overall, I'm aiming for 4 rest days during the week, 2 of which should be wank free.
          No wanking on PE days aswell

                I decided to have another rest day due to my engorged flaccid.
                It's been hanging low and full all day long. I don't wanna stop that now
                Stretching exercises will be done tomorrow

                  *how it felt:
                  Everything went smooth,
                  this time i was laying down while warming up which i find better than sitting.There was less heat penetrating towards my balls

                  Stretches went fine. No aches, I seem to be getting better with this and with the grip overall. Feeling excited for the next workout.

                  I'm planning on increasing the amount of time from 20sec to 30sec after 5 more PE days. That's around 10 more days if you include rest days.
                  I plan on keeping the 30 sec time for about 3 weeks prior to moving to double sets

                    It's rest day today!
                    so the main goal is to stay away from porn hehe!
                    Woke up with a heavy boner this morning and EQ is really good, so that's positive PIs.

                      *upade to day 5:

                      It was an overall good rest day. I had quite a few boners during the day.
                      I watched a bit of porn right before bed and wanked few times for about 3-4 minutes but didn't cum even thou I reached few PONRS.

                      I feel a slight ache at the right side of the pubic area but it's really light and it's probably due to wanking it.
                      The tension of wanking fast on porn and the unneeded kegels to stop cumming seem to tire him down and I should avoid this. It's different from edging cause edging goes slow and smooth not fast and silly!

                      Next time, I will try harder to stay away from porn after such a good rest day!

                        Day 6

                        Yesterday I didn't feel like stretching nor did I have much privacy thus decided to have another restday.
                        It was an overall good restday. Had a lot of boners and EQ was really good.
                        Porn was down to a minimum and excluded jacking off.

                        *due to day6 being a rest day, stretching will be done in day7 and day8.

                          Day 7

                          Warmed up for about 8 minutes in the shower. It felt really good.
                          Afterwards, I completed all stretches in all directions (up, down, left, right, straight out).
                          No warm down or cool down.

                          *how it felt:
                          Everything went smooth,
                          the hot shower method is definitely on the spot but it's hard to avoid hot water going towards your balls.
                          However, warming up in the shower felt really good and
                          efficient
                          Is there a way to warm up in the shower without getting your balls heated? I might post a thread on this topic.

                          Stretches went fine. No aches and I seem to be getting better with this and with the overall grip. I really felt a good base stretch at left and right. The upwards stretch doesn't feel that productive but it's okay. I got like 10% erected halfway through and it didn't go down hehe, I guess this is normal.

                          I got 3 more PE days to complete before jumping to the 30 seconds schedule.
                          Looking forward to my next stretching tomorrow.

                          I also started drinking green tea during the day. Sometimes before PE if I feel anxious.
                          It really calms me down. I drink it with added squeeze of lemon.

                            I noticed that taking big breathes help me stay calm while stretching and clears my mind of dirty thoughts = avoid getting hard

                              It was a really good rest/ wank day. No negative PIs so far. Everything goes smooth.
                              I think i'm gonna start a 2 days ON 1 day OFF routine until I start double sets of 20 seconds.

                              I decided to have few more routines before jumping to 30 seconds but I will change that next week
