    13th Dec: Some early turtling today just got smashed out the water with a great PE session after 2 off. I think my penis enjoyed the 2 days off, interestingly another vein has shown itself on the upper side (I look down at it), left side, a finger width from the base, which looks like a deep red '7' shape.

    Managed to keep a 30% erection for most of the session, which should help me out loads. I was expecting a difficult session being off a cold period.

    My only down side was I was too aggressive in my edging session, and after being close to PONR and losing the erection within seconds, I went straight up to 90%, kegelled, held it, felt fine so relaxed, and had probably the least exciting ejaculation ever. Oh well. The erection stayed for 5 mins after, which is weird. (Maybe i should look into wrapping in a month or so (at least?))

    No lifestory tags, (covered in previous post). My penis is looking more girthy towards the base, which is positive (still bastard hairy though grr), I wont take measurements until after the 90days. (or my bday in February); but I am sure I need to focus on length exercises (Jai stretches/piss pulls, low erection jelqs), as well as edging to cure my Prem E - not a condition, just crap/lack of practice at sex

    14th Dec: 2 weeks in, and i've hit a good spot. Aiming to go to bed early soonish, for a change, a good night's sleep can do wonders so i've heard.

    Made a thread about Skin or sack? (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...skin-sack.html) To address my current concerns about a sack-skin growing penis lol.


    Continued with the routine, a good warmup, 100 OK-Jelqs and 50 or so V-jelqs, followed by edging for as long as I could bear. Gotta keep this work-rate up before a fail weekend travelling/feeling tired and being at parents house. (no tools )

    15th Dec: Wow that day went quick. Woke up, worked 8hrs, ran 4.8miles, cooked a stir-fry, washed up, did some work, suddenly it's 1am.
    (Hence why i'm 99% sure I won't take her back in the 0.02% chance she asks out of the blue lol - No time, small dick.)
    Can't bring myself to be jelqing while knackered, and a risk of losing 2 days good work, i'll try and keep on top of my kegels tomorrow. Good days gentlemen.

    16th - 18th Dec: I've been ill
    Just like I wouldn't do any exercise in this state, I wouldn't PE either.
    Safe in the knowledge that PEing whilst feeling as bad as I do now would only damage it.

    Long time no post! (Have to admin, despite the cleaner look, I really don't like the new forum style. For some reason, it's not quite fmformation.net for cleanliness and style - but that's personal opinion)

    January 2010: Back from illness and raring to go, to be honest the last 3 months may as well have been 1 month, so not rushing things, still taking it easy. Staying up late means I nearly always ejaculate after training and edging to help me sleep. But hey.

    Hopefully be back into the swing when I don't feel like crap. (6 months since me and the ex last spoke - may try and bridge the gap as an adult. I'm not gonna force anything, I just care for her)

    27th Jan - 31st Jan: Have been pretty much finding time most nights to work on my PE, probably 30-45mins each night; following JP's warmup, jelqing routine and edging for 20mins or so to help me sleep. Have noticed decent morning wood, and walking around during the day, it NEVER turtles, and does feel larger, and generally warmer.
    Still reluctant to measure it, or move onto stretching or anything else until i'm sure it'll be beneficial.
    I still have a well hairy unit, gave up on plucking, wasn't getting very far, so beard trimmed it instead. - Since i'm a singleton atm, I dont have to worry about stabbing anyone
    EDIT: Sent her a text asking if she wants a catch up if we're both in town or something, no reply, feeling pretty good if she says yes or no tbh.
