    Hello all, just registered, but I've been doing the JP90 routine for about 6 weeks now, which is going really good.

    Some stats:

    Starting (14/07/2014):

    BPEL: 6.25
    NBPEL: 5.25
    MEG: 4.5

    Current (25/08/2014):

    BPEL: 6.5
    NBPEL: 5.5
    MEG: approx 5.0; can be bang on 5 inches or about 4.8 - 4.9

    Goals:

    NBPEL: 7 inches
    MEG: 5.5 inches initially, but long-term I'd like 6 inches.

    This stuff just works. I was always curious about PE but always had reservations if it was totally legitimate. If you use your head and take things easily, listen to your body, eat well, sleep enough, then it'll come. I'm pleased with the gains I've made (actually im ecstatic!!), but I'm not sure if I can attribute that to better EQ levels or if I've facilitated new cellular growth. I'll take it whatever it is. If I can gain that much through improving EQ alone, then it'll mean my goals wouldn't be so far out of reach!

    I've also been doing reverse kegels as of last Friday. I've been doing normal levels for so long that I'm assuming it's the key player behind my frequent PremEj. It's definitely tense down there!

    I'm also going to be sorting out my diet by removing all processed food and focusing on a whole foods diet; meat, eggs, fish, fruit and veg. I need to sort my health out as I am overweight, with a hefty fat-pad to eliminate!

    Excited to what the following months and years of PE will bring.

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Thanks for the welcome, MrB8!

      I forgot to mention that I will also be incorporating edging into my routine to see if that can help with my PremEj and facilitate growth of my penis.

      I'm also following a 2/1 routine. I started off with 5/2 and, whilst I had no negative PIs, I just liked breaking it up. Also found it to be more flexible. I'll try to do edging on my w/o days and perhaps one more day a week, for about 30 minutes before bed-time. Would really like to lengthen the time it takes for me to reach the PONR, and by using kegels to stop ejaculation.

        One thing which I may change about the JP90 is to replace the Vs with extra standard jelqs.

        I find it a bit awkward doing the Vs; usually lose hardness and suffer from hand and fingers fatigue!

        Because it's suggested one does x3 sets of 30 reps of Vs, should one continue to do the same reps/sets if substituting for normal jelqs, or can we do an extra x3 sets of 50s?

          Today is workout day.

          15m warmup
          Stretching
          OK jelqs
          V jelqs
          5m warm down

          I've seen approx. an inch gained in girth but not much in length, which wouldn't usually bother me much at the moment because this is a conditioning routine first and foremost. However, it does make me think that if I'm doing the stretching right, or could I increase the intensity (i.e. time) of them?

            Just finished today's session, went OK. Still having difficulty in maintaining hardness with the Vs.

            When I'm sufficiently hard then they work well, but usually after 10-13 reps I'm getting soft. Would it be totally detrimental if I stopped every 10 reps to get myself harder? Im fine with normal jelqs.

            Also, I've not measured full 5 inches since the first time I did last week. I changed about that time to a 2/1 instead of 5/2, but that could just be coincidental, but I'll go back to 5/2 for the time being as I didn't suffer from any negative PIs. I only changed due to convenience.

            Any input would be welcome!

              Maybe you are squeezing too tight, if you are not comfortable with V-Jelqs, you may replace them with regular jelqs.

                Can I just do an extra 3 sets of 50 regular jelqs, of would it be best to keep it to the same amount as I would've done with Vs?

                Buy "squeezing top tight", do you mean with regards to losing hardness during the Vs?

                  Check your PIs, I would not recommend doing too many, to avoid over training.

                  Yes, if your grip is too tight, then you may loose EQ.

                      Morning all!

                      Had a pretty strong EQ this morning, so pleased with that. Probably the best it's been for a little while.

                      I will alter my routine slightly and replace a set of Vs with a set of regular jelqs, but still maintaining the same amount of reps as I would've done for the Vs.

                      Warm up
                      Stretching
                      Jelqs (3x50 and 1x30)
                      Vs (2x30)
                      Warm down

                      Will keep an eye on my grip strength as well, as per recommendation.

                        Today's session was much more fluid. Loosened my grip and added a few extra seconds to my reps.

                        Went so well that I did all of the Vs as I didn't lose any hardness mid-exercise!

                        Will see tomorrow how I'll feel about doing 5/2.

                          Decided against exercising today, no basic JAIs either. Just a warmup this morning. Will continue with 2/1 routine until mid-October, then 'up the intensity' with 5/2. By the new year I will hope to be able to add a few more jelqing sets and prolonged stretching. I very much like the JP90, so will not change it up too much, not until I'm not seeing any gains, thereupon I will move onto more advanced exercises.

                          Much better EQ this morning after adjusting yesterday's workout, and a better flaccid state (hang) through the day (so far).

                          Did a small edging session last night, about 15 mins. Will do a 30 minute session tonight. Not sure if I should ejaculate or not?

                            15 minute warm-up
                            Stretching
                            3x50 Standard Jelqs @ 4s per rep
                            3x30 V-Jelqs @ 3s per rep
                            5 minute warm-down

                            Notes:

                            Great work-out today, absolutely no problems. I definitely over-trained a few days ago; since I switched to a 2/1 routine, I must have subconsciously thought that I could up the intensity - WRONG! I listened to MrB8's advice, loosened my grip, and added another second to each Jelq rep. Hey presto, rock hard EQ in the mornings and a better flaccid hang during the day.

                            Side:

                            Ate well today and did some squats and push-ups. Also went for a fairly long walk. PE, eating well and exercising should be done with a holistic approach; you can't have PE without taking care of the whole.

                              15 minute warmup + 20 JAI stretches
                              JP90 Routine
                              10 minute warm down + Reverse kegels

                              Notes:

                              Another productive session; taking it slow is definitely the way to go. Didn't sleep particularly well so thought I wouldn't have been in the right mindset to do PE today, but it went really well. Also added more baby oil which was another smart move; can get better motion up the shaft now.

                              Day of tomorrow then back to it on Monday.

                              Side:

                              ​Didn't exercise today at all, but ate well again. Still no porn, think it's day 5 now but not sure!
