    This is my first entry since starting using a bathmate Hercules and thought to track my progress here as I use this device. But first a bit about where I stood before I decided to try this out after watching two guys demonstrate the abilities of water under vacuum.
    When I was 21 years old, my boyfriend purchased me a penis pump because we both thought “what if?”. I was shocked at first to notice my cock would swell up so big….but it never stayed. He was shocked too with his own 5 incher. Little did I know I was suppose to be using it all the time. I didn’t like how it looked, and I didn’t know there was time limits or pressure limits. But I thought the more I could tolerate, the more it would grow. After bleeding from my urethra, we stopped using it.

    Over the years I purchased others thinking maybe it would work another time around. Never did. But I always thought to myself….would sure be nice to even be 6.5 inches. (my start is 5.5 erect, 4 soft).

    Being still skeptical, I was surfing oneday and thought if there was any before or after. What if someone tracked progress…sure enough there was a few guys. So I watched these guys and there challenges…I was amazed. So I decied to try one of my own.

    July 22 was my first day of using the bathmate, same day it arrived. I measured that day of course and didn’t see to much of a change after not using for 4 hrs. But I decided to use it each time I showered. Now im on my 6th week.

    This journey so far has been awesome. My bf mentioned 3 weekends ago that I was bigger and started to ask why I was doing it? Honestly I didn’t have an answer except “why not? What’s wrong with a bigger dick?” I suspect my adventures may be problematic for him, but as I told him, if he was more of a bottom, then I may consider, but since im the one that’s usually pulling on it…well you get the idea. 9this isn’t the same man from when I was 21)
    So a little about me: I’m 36 and live in Edmonton, Canada and I am attached. I am lean, smooth, some definition, metis, 6’ tall, 75kg. Little over excited when it comes to sex…ask the bf! He kinda thinks im a little over the top at times…but hey, im normally horny and why not fill that void with PE right?.
    I’m still new to this so I don’t know all the terms yet…but as for my size, here is how I measure up:

    Starting point:
    Flacid: 4” Circum: 4”
    Hard: 5.5” Circum: 4.75”

    Where I am now – measured 4 hrs after session:
    Flacid: 5.0” Circum: 4.25”
    Hard: 6.25” Circum: 5.00”

    Havent really measured after the pump but I do know while in I can hit 180 or 190 on the tape now. Ive also noticed that its rock hard coming out at that state…but I lose some over the 4 hrs period which is why im measuring after 4 hrs.

    My goal ( 8.5/6.5)



    I would love to hear any ideas, exercises I could include to help my goal. So far its been primarily bathmate. I think im not skeptical anymore.

      With pumping, consistency, without OVERdoing it, is key.

      At first gains will be temporary, with engorgement / swelling immediately during, and for a short while after exiting the pump.

      In time, over weeks and months, you will see the gains begin to solidify, especially in the GIRTH measurements.

      Try to pump at least 4-5 times per week, at a moderate suction force. I personally pump 5 days per week when I am shooting for girth, and I break up my pump sessions into 2-3 sets of about 20 minutes each, with a few minutes rest in between each set.
      Started - 6.25" NBP / 7" BP x 4.75" EG

      Short goal -7.25"(goal reached!)NBP** 8.25"BPEL x 5.75" EG (goal reached!)

      Long term goal - 8"NBP ** 9" BPEL x 6"EG

        Thanks guys for the encouragement. Im finding a lot of the info in the forums very helpful. So far im finding just pumping is getting me gains. I havent seen myself go below 6 inches erect since i got back camping a few weeks back.

        At the moment im pumping once a day for 20 minutes while i shower. Maximum pressure for 10 minutes of that time. No water retention or lymph buildup unless i pump 30 minutes or longer. Im noticing im starting to go forward towards 200...might need to order the Goliath soon

          I have the hurcles it's great for girth work, I'm thinking of upgrading and jumping on the xstream anyone have one are they any good?

            Im finding Im getting both length and girth with the herc! And with arganine, im finding im getting some serious hardons in the pump now. looking down today at my lil guy, he sure looks healthy, and seems to be in an almost ready state to pounce! Almost seems thicker today in his flaccid state

              It’s been awhile since I made an update where I am with my PE. I have maintained weekly pumping up until this past March before I left for my first trip away from PE. I didn’t see much improvement since my last measurement in September 2014, until I used the pump after my vacation. In February 2015, I watched a few videos from “the good looking loser” on stretching. His videos seemed to be more at my level, and he made it make sense. He said that you will get gains with penis pumps only BUT it takes forever. By incorporating stretching with weekly breaks, I am now seeing more growth and I am now really noticing my junk while walking, etc…
              In the beginning, I actually seemed like I was getting caulky with PE. What I have noticed, it all seems to be wear your junk wants to stretch. Some days I get “wow, your filling it up today”, while other days, it seems like it doesn’t really want to stretch like other days…but I seem to be maintaining my gains, which is pretty sweet! My other ½ has noticed and doesn’t seem to be bothering me on the “why” part. He gets it now, I don’t seem to give a shit, pissing in public any more. Got a serious ego booster with just the little gains I got now

              So gents, I have made changes to my routine. This routine seems to have allowed me to pass a plateau that was hit and hoping to now trail towards 7 inches….

              Original Measure: NBPFL 4.0 FG 4.0 NBPEL 5 1/2 EG 4 ½
              Plateau Measure: NBPFL 4 3/4 +3/4 FG 4 1/4 +1/4 NBPEL 6.0 +1/2 EG 5 1/4 +3/4
              Todays Measure: NBPFL 4 3/8 +3/8 (-3/8) FG 4 5/8 +5/8 (+3/8) NBPEL 6 1/8 + 5/8 (+1/8) EG 5.0 +1/2 (-1/4)

              As you can see, im now passing the 6 inch mark. I was stuck at 6 inches for the longest time and have grown 5/8 of an inch since starting PE. My flaccid length has dropped a little, but I think I have a variance in softness where this is the smallest (except the cold). I have looked down, grabbed a ruler and have seen it at 5”, like the recent flaccid hang pic.

              So for those of you interested in my routine and diet, here is how I live my daily life, incorporating PE:
              I eat a high protein no red meat, no gluten, no lactose, high carb diet, high fat diet. NOTE: This is for metabolism due to celiac disease. I maintain 175lbs on this diet. Sucks balls guys!!!! I don’t drink coffee and if I drink alcohol, its lightly. This diet gentlemen, makes you taste like candy…so if you can stay away from red meat and caffeine, who ever gets a blast of your load, will thank you!
              Supplements:

              • Multi Vitamin – I take NAKA liquid for MEN. It has all the B’s, fat soluble, and minerals we men need to procreate and to grow muscle. Your cock isn’t a muscle, but still is tissue made up of similar substances. Your vitamin needs to at least have Zinc, D3, magnesium and phosphorous. Folate is a requirement to build DNA, hence new cells.
              • Omegas: Eat lots of fish or take krill.
              • Protein complex: Get a decent protein complex by pill. If you have herpes/warts, I would not suggest this as it will cause an outbreak.
              • L-Glutamine – Tissue building

              Routine:
              Daily (If not pumping):

              Rub and light massage but NO Boner (1 min) for Blood flow
              30 sec pull down stretch
              30 sec left stretch or wrap under leg
              30 sec right stretch or wrap under leg
              30 sec pull down stretch
              30 sec helicopter pull

              OR
              I replace the left and right stretches with over arm stretch to fake my cock

              When I incorporate pumping, I do the following, using the daily stretch program in between pumping sets:
              Pump Day Routine: (Easier in tub – plus a relax state)

              Semi erection or hard state ok for these stretches…NOT OK for newbies. I try to have a semi for when I stretch. MUST BE HARD IN PUMP! Watch porn with a waterproof case protected phone.
              1. Relax and massage junk. Soak 5 min. I use my veins in my arms as a gauge….when I get warm they puff out…
              2. On set of stretch program
              3. 3 hard pumps or till no more water comes out…QUICK ACTION. No more pumping. Wait 7 min. Perform Kegel sets while in pump…as many as you like…hold each for 2-5 sec or longer. This will train stamina and will also train your dick to hold more blood. Doing this in the pump while hard, you will notice it pull.
              4. Repeat stretch program
              5. Back in pump, this time try to pump 4 times. Wait 7 min. Perform kegels again.
              6. I may repeat one more time. Sometimes I go longer up to 45 min total, depending on how my cock is with water retention.


              You will get water retention if you over pump in this program. Watch your pain threshold and adjust the number of pumps to suit your comfort. I can sometimes hammer 7 pumps outta the thing…its all up to how your cock takes it. You should feel a good feeling pull sensation. No pain!

              Week 1 and 3 : Pump and stretch each day while in shower or
              Week 2 and 4 : Pump and stretch each day except stretch only on weekends
              Week 5 : Rest and stretch every other day

              NOTE: This routine has given me ring dick with the pump. Ive read its because I have out grown my bathmates thickness. I have found that you have to get your dick right center in the pump when you get to my size. It goes away quickly but this can cause pinching and hair pulling on the shaft. Shave if necessary or be like me and save up for the X40
