    As some of you may recall I started this thing with a girth focus, and I've seen pretty good gains so far. My wife is loving it but she said oral sex was getting to be difficult... :-) anyways here are my results after about 6 months of pe. I think I only learned how to do things right after about month 3 though haha.

    Starting stats:

    Bpel: 5.5

    Girth I was measuring 5 at the base, 4.5 in the middle, and 4.25 at the glans.


    After 6 months:

    Bpel: 6.25

    Girth: 5.25 at base, 4.75 in middle and 4.5 at the glans:-)

    Very satisfied with my results so far

    Measurements for girth were taken by my wife so I know they should be accurate.

    Looking forward to more results in the future!

    My wife's tiny vagina is loving the girth, but I'm about halfway in hitting a wall at this point :-\

    I've also noticed that the vein on the top of my penis has gotten a lot bigger and protrudes a lot more.

    Oh and I've been eating a gluten free pescatarian diet consisting of lots of quinoa and swai and salmon. Not sure of that was a factor

    I have been hoping for the same length gains in around the same time period. I have the same starting length right now. What routines(s) did you use? And also, congrats on the gains bro!!!!

    I used the jp90 program along with edging/ballooning with minimal stretching, you just have to be sure to pay attention to what your limits are. I also eat a strict (pescatarian) diet of quinoa, rice, swai, salmon and tons of vegetables/vegetable broth.

    I've heard that length gains happen more quickly if you jelq at a low erection level, but I'm not going for length so I would think you can gain some good length. Good luck!

    Wife said I was noticeably bigger today, my dick seems to be much heavier than before and the head is more defined. I'm so addicted to pe now lol
