Right. I've just started the JP90 programme after a week of collating info on as much as I could.
This is as summarised below:
- Warm up (10 mins with flax sock)
- Stretching (helicopter shakes, rotation stretches)
- Jelqing (wet jelqs and 'v' jelqs)
- Warm down (10 mins with reheated flax sock)
Overall, this took me close to an hour to complete. I wanted to do it slowly and try to avoid any accident.
PI's are fine, no morning wood (I think I knackered the little guy out lol)
Notes:
- jelqing is good (particularly 'v' jelqs)
- made a slight error in my stretches but nothing serious
- required some external stimulation to reach adequate erection level for jelqing and in between every alternate jelqing style
- penis goes flaccid when doing straight wet jelqs but not with with 'v' jelqs (I think as long as you can see the veins along the shaft, you are forcing blood down so should be alright)
- used vaseline (petroleum jelly) and this seems to be an adequate lubricant for jelqing
Advisory:
- look to practice kegels and edging when not doing the programme
- study more in to incorporating a solid kegel routine

Ok, did some practice with edging in the evening for around half an hour and ended up coming. I was just doing some exploration and trying to find my 'scale', getting near the point of excitement and then stopping, then starting till I reached the tingle and then stopped. Just a shame I went too far (which was unintentional) but it's all a part of learning about myself.
I'm finding that I do have an issue bringing myself to erection. I usually used to do the equivalent of helicopter shakes and that would do the trick but it's taking longer to reach not even full erection. It might be in part caused by tiredness (my PE session last night took me until 4am because my brother decided to stay up really late) so I think I'll do the prudent thing and get a good night's sleep instead of PE for tonight. I'll continue from Thursday night/Friday morning. I know the road ahead is long but I am so happy I decided to confront my sexual issues now before I suffered complete ED. I did have to use porn last night to reach adequate erection for my PE but I'm going to try to avoid it from now on.
I have been avoiding porn for some time now, even images and stories and it hasn't been difficult to achieve this (I don't think I have an addiction which is good). Having said this, my libido is currently low (again maybe connected to tiredness) and I can only seem to 'function' when I think of hypersexualised images such as those from porn. This definitely needs to change. A few years ago I would be able to get really hard from merely the mildest thoughts of sex but not at the moment. Seems my issues run deeper than I thought. Sorry if this rambled on, I just need to keep record of my experiences as well as statsLoves Bodyweight Exercises.

I began with similar libido issues that disappeared within days of starting regular PE.

Right, I haven't been able to do any P.E. for the past week until just now where I got in a good session lasting around an hour and 20 minutes from start to finish (including warm up and down).
I had to kind of come clean with my Dad (kind of) about it, just referring to it as 'special exercises' :P But he was cool with it despite me telling him I had to perform them naked (upstairs in my bedroom, not in front of him haha). So I am still continuing with JP90 with the 150 wet jelqs and 90 v-jelqs. I have learned not to rush the jelqing and to try to keep the leading hand placed just under the glans as long as I can while stroking with the following hand. I kind of work the leading hand off of the shaft with the following hand, trying to keep the glans as engorged for as long as possible.
With regards to my lack of erection during jelqing; I noticed that during stretching my penis wanted to constantly go erect (which I was surprisingly happy with since I know it still works) but with the jelqing, I found the sensitive ridge of the glans (I'll insert the accurate term here later) was becoming overstimulated from the constant rubbing. I realised that if I lose erection during there's nothing to be concerned about and it's perhaps better to be less erect than too erect while jelqing. I can still feel the glans becoming engorged, the veins are prominent and and feeling of blood working up the penis during jelqing which sound like positive signs of good technique.
I did some measurements as well.
BPFSL: 14.6cm
BPEL: 15.24cm (approx 6")
MSEG: 10.6cm
I did these last week and only now have had a chance to add them so I may have to do them again if I remembered them incorrectly. The main objective of the PE for me is to improve my EQ and erection frequency. I had some pleasant thoughts in bed this morning and got a bit of a semi-erection around a 7 so that could be considered morning wood for me. Okay, I've started to number these entries for my own benefit. Today was really good. I did the JP90 150/90 jelqing routine and took my time with it. I noticed some raised veins on either side of the shaft today when stretching and the shine almost looked like white pimples but it was an optical illusion. False alarm there. PIs looking good still but it's only been a day really so nothing should be wrong.
I am loving the full flaccid I get after jelqing; I'm hoping that I should have that kind of flaccid all the time. Maybe one day. Did some edging afterwards and it was good. I'm not sure I am doing it right but my EQ was so much better than I remember. Around an 8 or 9 which for me is great. I messed around a bit, for between 20 and 30 minutes, trying different positions; laying on my back, on my knees and on all fours, just experimenting really - kind of what this is all about really to me, discovering a bit more about myselfI seem to just employ a simple stop-and-start method but I hope it will help my endurance and I will continue to study more about edging since I read it's very useful to edge after a workout. Sadly, I missed the timing once more and blew my load but I noticed it was quite powerful (I'm still feeling a little strange revealing all this haha) and was pleasantly surprised. I also read somewhere it's useful to ejaculate every third PE session so maybe I'll try that as well.

Still progressing well with the JP90. Felt a little tired today generally but managed to keep my focus with the exercises. My dad was a little more inquisitive about what I do but I was reluctant to say anything more than just 'certain exercises'. I'll reveal all to him once the 90 days have completed.
The session today took around 1hr 30mins and I edged for some time after that for perhaps 15 mins or so. An unusual thing happened while I was edging. It was going well for a bit, nearly hit the PONR but these are early days. Anyway, I got close to the edge then stopped and my dick acted as if I had just orgasmed but I didn't feel anything close to an orgasm and it went flaccid. So I didn't force the issue and ended my session there.
I did ejaculate yesterday (and it was my first release in some time) so it was harder to reach adequate erection level to edge but I'm happy that I was able to and once it goes hard it doesn't take much to keep it that way. Good signs generally. I noticed a bit of skin dryness on certain parts of my shaft near the base which leads me to believe that I need to either use more lubricant or change it. I've been thinking about baby oil as it is something recommended by a few on here so worth checking it out
One more thing to add. I edge right after I finish jelqing but have forgotten to warm down for two days straight. I haven't felt anything adverse but is this advisable or should I ensure I warm down then try to edge? Today was the last day of my first week on the JP90. Now I have the weekend off from any PE and it'll be 2 days on and one day off and I'll take the weekends off (since things become a lot more unpredictable when everyone's at home).
The session was good although Dad seems to be more and more inquisitive about what I do and I still am not ready to disclose it in full. Since it was my brother's day off I had to fit in my session when he went to the gym so I felt a little rushed trying to get it done before he came home. It ended up being around 20 mins shorter as a result, lasting around one and a half hours. I've noticed a slight rough pimple that looks a little dry on the right side of my penis which is a little painful to the touch but it appears to be only on the skin and might be a blister in fact albeit very small. Just as well that I have a break
I have been neglecting my kegels and noticed during after session edging that with regular hold (or lock?) kegels my erections could be more upright and lifted. A good thing is my libido is much improved and it's easier to reach and maintain erection regularly. This is one of my main aims along with more girth so good progress. I did a little measure today but there aren't any real gains but it's only been the first week. My official measuring days will be once every 30 days so plenty of time to grow

Okay, start of week 2! Yes! I seem to be quite enjoying the act of jelqing and that two day break gave me a feeling of longing to stroke my friendThose 'blisters' I referred to in my last post seem to have dried up and I just removed them. Eww, I know, disgusting but it's not as bad as it sounds - honest! Otherwise it was just another regular jelqing session. I edged afterwards for approximately 20 minutes but closing on that time, my penis just decided to go to sleep! Maybe he was tired or something.
I should really try to fit in some kegels. I did manage to do some over the weekend. While my bath was running on Saturday, I did some 5-second hold kegels but didn't remember to count how many I did; I must have managed at least 30 but couldn't be sure. It may sound funny to know that kegels are the thing I forget to do since it's the only exercise you can perform anytime but I am particular about things. I like to do them in the nude so I can see how the hold is. Sometimes you think you are holding it but unless you look at the base of your penis you can't know for sure if the hold is sustained where you see the BC muscle contract.
Alright, I think I am done here. The workout is becoming more a part of my life and I hope to continue it for some time yet.Loves Bodyweight Exercises.

Okay today was NOT a good day for me. Okay, where to start? Firstly, let me outline a few of the things I discovered while looking on the forums:
- If you want to gain girth you need to jelq at a relatively high erection level of at least 70%. This is perhaps the most troublesome for me since I still have a bit of difficulty bringing myself to erection (although this is becoming easier recently) and maintaining it, particularly during a jelqing session. I have been doing my routine with around a 40-50% erection which my penis seems to enjoy being while jelqing and believed that this was my 'natural' state. I could still feel all the positive signs you get with a good session but I will have to change this in the coming days.
- You don't warm down you cool down. Apparently, it is more beneficial in securing your gains to use a cold damp wash cloth after a session. This can be done easily for me but it's good to know.
- You need to warm up while being semi-erect. I have until now been warming up my penis while flaccid since it just wanted to be that way. Also, I need to constantly fill my head with erotic images in order to achieve erection (yes, I do have issues with my libido - I don't get morning wood nor unintentional erections however much I wish for them haha) and this distracts me from focusing on my jelqing form but relaxing and thinking of beautiful ladies shouldn't be punishing while warming up
Right, now I will summarise my routine today and then put in some notes. My brother had a day off from work today (he does shift work) and this means the only time I got to PE was when he went to the gym. I made the mistake of waiting for the washing machine to finish its cycle, take out the washing and then decide to work out which wasted perhaps an hour that could have been put to better use stroking my dick! Okay entirely my mistake, won't happen again. I learned I need to be semi-erect before warming up so I did shake it about to try and do just that. However, I was forcing myself to erection without being adequately aroused and suddenly came while being flaccid! It wasn't a huge issue since I soon after came to erection but this taught me to take my time and to do things properly - you can't force an erection, get aroused first. So now I have warmed-up and now have to wait to go flaccid again for my stretches! Not going well so far, is it? Now, post-stretching, I have to get back to a pretty firm erection for my jelqing and here's around 20 mins of thinking of different things in order to help me get there. A lot of time already spent without one jelq being completed! I still had the problems of losing wood when jelqing and simultaneously trying to keep aroused and focusing on good jelqing form (pushing from the pubic bone, keeping the grip firm at the glans, etc) and counting it all at the same time, but I managed to get perhaps 20 good wet jelqs and 20 good v-jelqs out. Then my brother comes home in the middle of my routine, just when I'm feeling I am getting on top of it. No cool down, no edging, no much-anticipated post-workout orgasm
I did learn a few things and I guess that's what you must take from such experiences. One is that quality is truly better than quantity. Even now, I am feeling a slight tingle in my glans and when jelqing, the good ones were looking really good and vascular. The only issue that still wrangles is that beyond a certain level of hardness, I find jelqing is less productive (let alone dangerous) and if I let it settle down to perhaps 60% (where I used to jelq until now) the signs are more encouraging. When my penis is too hard for jelqing, I literally cannot compress it enough with my hands or fingers to force blood down the shaft. I guess this is the territory to avoid in future. I guess you need to be hard enough to gain girth eventually but soft enough to allow blood to move around the penis. If I'm too hard, I'm just moving the skin over the internal engorged tissue. V-jelqing is particularly difficult in this state.
I'll need to work on trying to stay adequately hard enough to jelq properly and perhaps reducing the reps will be much more effective. This is probably why I haven't really felt my penis has changed much in the short time I've been doing PE. This can be a watershed for me if I do it correctly from now on. I'll take a day off tomorrow as planned to give myself time to rest my penis and will start on Thursday. All in all, not an entirely wasted day but could have been better and might ultimately spur me on to bigger things.
EDIT: Here's some good news! I almost forgot to mention that I think I've got these reverse kegels down! I started by trying to pee faster when urinating to isolate the muscles used. I find it's easier to reverse after I do a normal contraction kegel since I am engaging the muscles needed in the RK. Better day today. A rest day which I feel I needed after quite a strenuous jeqing session yesterday. Last night I got a bit worried about my penis, from what appeared to be some contraction (is this referred to as 'turtling'?) and feeling of general fatigue in the groin area. This morning was better and I didn't do anything involving touching the penis since a rest day is meant to be just that.
I did quite a few reverse kegels just doing my general daily activities in order to get used to the feeling. I haven't yet worked out a routine for kegels but now that I can do regular and reverse kegels, they should now become a regular feature in my overall PE routine. I'll try to do more reverse kegels to begin with, with maybe twice the number of regular kegels. This is just to work on pelvic floor balance.
I might be coming down with a cold. My dad has been down with it today and mum has only just recovered from a bout so it might be worth stopping any workouts if my health deteriorates.Loves Bodyweight Exercises.
