Well there's nothing wrong with enjoying life, now is there!
Completely agree!! I may have lost what i have gained but it was worth it, I can just resume my PE exercises and regain what i may have lost. Right Mr.Frank?
Back at it again. Will not count the long vacation in Daycount.
Oct. 21 - Day 5 - JP90
(struggling to keep erection during jelqing session, getting a bit frustrated, ended up only doing full set of stretches but only 65 jelqs and 30 V-jelqs)
Amazing discovery. After the session yesterday (which was not finished) my PI's feels great. It seems I have been overtraining with the 150 jelqs and 90 v-jelqs, I guess I am not yet conditioned enough to do the complete JP90 for now. will just do 65 jelqs and 40 v-jelqs maybe in 2 weeks. Will also learn how to control the erection while doing jelqing.
Sometimes the JP90 is a bit too intense. Recognizing where your PI's are best, and adjusting to that, is a great move. It's all about the personal response and learning what gives the best results.
