    Decided to start a log on the Gym to keep myself (and others) motivated and informed on whats going on with my routine.

    So....a little history on me. I've been PE-ing since Dec 13, manual exercises mostly. The routines I started with are from the Penis Exercises book (aka PEGym book), the beginners routine and advanced routine shortly after. Didn't make any gains after then gave the jelq free routine a try, still no gains after 3months of the jelq-free routine. Now i'm adding the Phallosan Forte to my jelq free routine and today is Day 1 of that routine.

    Manual Workout
    Warmup 7mins (bathtub)
    Squeezes=10 squeezes (5secs each)
    Tension stretches=10 stretches (10secs each)
    Towel keges=made it to 15 (medium sized towel)
    Edged=20mins
    Cool/Warm down=4mins

    PF Device
    Wore 3hrs before working out and then 2 hrs after, followed by a 15min break and then 1 final hr. (6hrs total)

    Off day-Woke up with hard morning wood and didn't notice any soreness or fatigue.

      7min warmup
      Squeezes=11 squeezes (10secs each)
      Tension stretch=11 stretches (10secs each)
      Towel kegels=made it to 9 (used damp hand towel)
      Edged=20mins (didn't come afterwards)
      Cool/Warm down=4mins

      Phallosan
      Wore it for 1hr prior to working out and 5 1/2hrs afterwards (6 1/2 total).

      Other notes
      -Noticed a decline in my EQ during workout, after girth and length exercises (possibly too intense).
      -Had a heavy flaccid after wearing PF.

          Tensioin stretch=12 stretches (10secs each)
          Towel kegels=8 reps (EQ dropped moderately fast)
          Edged=25mins
          Cool down/Warm down=4mins

          Phallosan Forte
          Wear time=7hrs
          -2hrs before manual workout, 5hrs after.
