    Well I'm back , I did PE months ago and kept it up for a good month and actually made gains from 7.2" up to a solid 7.5" which is impressive . I haven't done this in a while because I've had a lot of stuff go on in the last few months and the dust is only just starting to settle.

    As the title states my goal is to go from 7.5"x5.5" up to 8"x6" , I admit I'm not too bothered about girth gains and I'll take the girth gains I make as a side product of my length training but the main goal here is length , 8" is a goal that would be nice to reach by 2015 but then again I have plenty of time and I could wait till January if need be . That being said I wouldn't mind going past 8" up to something like 9" but that's not something I'm setting my heart on . Understandably you may be thinking 9" is quite a lot but not only does it look good having an impressively long penis but I control it , girth of course not so much which is why I'd like to hit 6" max as it may start becoming a hindrance more than a blessing past that point.

    Routine wise is fairly simple , shower after work and gym and whilst showering perform some side-to-side stretches , afterwards I'll wet jelq for 10 minutes and then edge for a while as it gets a strong pump going . Of course my days are very busy and privacy is something I don't really have so some days may be better than others as I've been going for the past week to get started.

      Well after having a really rough time lately and having a bit of a mental breakdown over the new year I'm starting to get back up on my feet which means I'm back again ... literally I seem to hit brick walls left and right , I'll never stop PE but I need to stop for periods of time to recover so I'm sorry for being so on and off with this ...

      Anyways today being a monday and a good day to start again I got back into my length routine and hope I can stick it long enough to hit 8" before my next episode

      Also I hope everyone had a good christmas and are making gains !

        Proceed with cautions and take your time. + 0,5 in lenght it's a reachable goal!

          Welcome back mate. Sometimes PE needs to be put on the back-burner because there are more important things in life that getting a bigger dick. It is always best to sort out our mental frame of mind instead of being worrying about PE. PE is good for taking my minds off my problems sometimes, and then other times it is the last thing in the world I want to do. Anyway, good luck with your PE and hopefully things get better for also.

            Welcome back.

            Your goals are very reasonable and I'm sure you will reach them 2015 or maybe sooner. It's very motivating to reach a goal and be able to set new ones. It looks like you have a game plan so I will just say stay motivated and consistent.

            Good luck and always PE safely.

                I'm curious as to what you did in that month to go from 7.2 to 7.5". I'm trying to hit 7", but I'm having little luck with any PE exercise in the past 2 months.
                Start Date: 11/30/14 Age 18
                Measurements in inches

                BPEL: 6.625

                  Once again I'm back , I admit I have a bad habit of being on and off with PE and I really want to do it but I've had to deal with a load of personal stuff and I need some time off now and again .

                  Seriously its been nearly a year since I kinda started and I've spent so much time off I'm kind of annoyed because I could have made some serious gains by now !

                  I will sticking to my old routine and goals as last time , wet jelqs with length as my only goal and taking any girth gains on the side . I'm also doing side-to-side stretches whilst showering as I've heard they help length gains but I'm not too sure , if anyone knows of someone gaining from side-to-side's on there own I'd be grateful for a link as I can't find one .
                  As for specific measurements I'm aiming for so a constant 8" on every erection and 6" in girth , I have girly hands so I'm aiming for a girth where my fingers can't touch so I'll go for 6" for now . Along with these goals I'm hoping my flaccid length increases as a by product , I'm not too bothered by this but hopefully it should get a bit bigger even if by a little.
                  I'm also looking to cut back on my masturbating habits as I kind of miss 10/10 erections all the time , and its easier to measure too .

                  This has been a long post so sorry about that , this is Klaxton back for PE for like the 5th time . Thanks for reading I wish you all success in your PE !

                    Day 1 - Back to a new start ... Again

                    5 Min - Side-to-Side stretches whilst having hot shower
                    8 Min - Wet Jelq's
                    5 Min - Hot Towel


                    Feels good to be back , missed being really pumped up after a session . Now I just have to hold off on fapping , porn and measuring myself until the end of the month at least ... This will be tough

                      Day 2 - Finally made a rice sock !

                      5 Min - Side-to-Side stretches whilst having hot shower
                      15 Min - Jelqing , mainly at 60% but after 100 reps I did some at 80%
                      5 Min - Hot towel warm down

                      Not going to lie I made the rice sock afterwards and I plan to try it out tomorrow . As for the actual routine it feels great to start the next rep whilst you're still holding onto the head from your last stroke , you can really feel the blood fill up your shaft and head , almost like its growing bigger as you do it . Of course I'm careful and don't over do it but I feel I'm not doing anything if I don't feel my penis swell from the amount of blood in there , after all that is the principle behind this right ?

                      No 10/10 erections yet , but I will try to measure when one comes around , it's just a matter of time ..

                        Day 3 - Not much privacy ...

                        Annoyingly it was both mine and my parents day off today and as it was really sunny they made themselves busy around the house so I had no privacy , my parents were trying to kick me out like 6 minutes into it ...
                        Also my horny levels were kind of sky rocketing today so it's bee hard (pun intended) to avoid porn and jerking one out . On that note I may have been pushed to join tinder as it's getting harder to be single and now I have a major reason to put myself out there

                        So here's to more motivation to grow and stay away from porn , and to success in the dating world !

                            Day 5 - Normal Routine

                            Day 6&7 - Rest

                            Day 8 - Too busy , had driving lessons and friends over then went out straight after

                            Day 9 (Today) - Luckily I've had the time today so I had a good warmup and stretching session and a good 10 minutes jelqing , also I accidentally broke my nofap today so I'll do an edging session because why not ?
