Maybe you should try 1 day on and two days off.
It works for a lot of guys. Maybe your just on of those guys that needs more rest. Try it for a month.
Just do light stretches and some jelqing. No more edging. Try this for a while and see if your EQ improves.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I did light 5 way stretching with 2 big circles to the right and 2 to the left. Went ont to 15 kegels, 5 reverse kegels and 50 jelqs today. My hang is nice right now. My next workout is Wednesday and I plan on 52 jelqs. I may do 20 kegels depending on how my EQ is throughout the rest period.Last edited by minchamincha; 11-16-2014, 11:36 AM.
