I started doing PE workouts (JP's 90day) 2 weeks ago and just wanted to note down my results so far.
BPEL 6.9->7.15 inches! +0.25"
EG 5.5->5.6! +0.1"
Did't expect results like that at all. During the first few days there was absolutely no difference but then, bam! I'm already noticing a longer, fuller flaccid state and a better erection quality.
I've been following the program properly and am glad I've put effort into the smaller things such as warming up and warming down for 9 mins and 6 mins respectively. It seems to be paying off.
Obviously these quick beginner's gains won't last long but I'm definitely enjoying them. Hopefully I'll be able to reach my goal of adding an inch to my BPEL in 3 months!
