    I started my JP's 90 day routine

    Day 1 -




    warmup 10 mins with hot towel.
    Used almond oil as lube
    then



    1. stretched straight out (did 25 kegels) while holding pull
    2. stretched to the right and did 10 kegels while holding stretch
    3. Rotation stretch - 10 clockwise /10 anticlockwise while holding stretch
    4. helicopter shake - clockwise and then anti clockwise to a quick count of 20 on each direction.

    5. Repeated step 1 to 4 once more

    warmup 5 minutes

    Note - I did these exercises while i was taking a shower

    Didnt do wet jelq or V jelq yet. Want to see how my penis reacts to stretches first and slowly add wet jelq and V jelq in the routine. I am not in a rush , i will slowly build my routine


    what do you guys think? Did i do the stretches right so far?

    Congrats on starting a log!


    Lube is not needed for stretches, you should be completely dry to be able to get a good grip, use lube only for jelqing and edging.


    Below is a breakdown of the JP90 routine:

    - Warm up for 8 to 10 minutes.

    - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
    - Hold a stretch downwards for the count of 25 kegels.
    - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
    - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
    - Hold a stretch upwards for the count of 25 kegels.
    - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
    - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
    - Hold a stretch straight out for the count of 25 kegels.
    - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
    - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
    - Hold a stretch to the left for the count of 25 kegels.
    - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
    - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
    - Hold a stretch to the right for the count of 25 kegels.
    - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.

    - 50 Jelqs.
    - 30 V-Jelqs.
    - 50 Jelqs.
    - 30 V-Jelqs.
    - 50 Jelqs.
    - 30 V-Jelqs.

    -Warm down for a minimum of 5 to 6 minutes.

                      Note - Was struggling to maintain 40-60% erection while jelqing. It kept getting soft.

                        It is better to use a light grip, especially if your EQ suffers. Just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

                        Also do not stretch too hard, only enough to feel tension on your shaft.
