    I've decided to add a little commentary to my journey since I figure I might as well reflect while I'm putting in my time. I've renamed the rig that I've been using as a ghetto Phallosan Forte to the "VLC Base Belt" simply because it rolls off the tounge better. It can be seen here.

    Also, despite my join date of March, I originally made a DIY VLC for the purpose of foreskin restoration. I hadn't been very consistent with my SG + VLC regimen, but after breaking 2 of my DIY VLCs, I gave in and bought a real one. When it arrived I had been reading that the VLC + SG mod gave quite good gains so I decided to measure myself and compare to the pictures I took at the beginning of my foreskin restoration journey (which currently isn't getting anywhere because of my newly found interest in PE). I had grown! I got an increase of 0.45" BPEL and 0.5" NBPEL. With the realization that PE is real and does exist, I decided to take the plunge and make use of my alone time between university classes.

    After discovering that I can use my old stack of taped together quarters, wire, and a key ring to hang standard sized dumbbell weights from the VLC, I've decided to throw in a 20 minute hanging session once a day whenever I feel like it. If I notice an outlandish gain by the end of the month then I'll think about making it a scheduled ordeal. I have received word from the VLC creator that he feels 6.7 lbs is its maximum load so once I near that limit I will have to look for a different hanging technique.

    I also actually quite enjoy the feeling of hanging with the VLC. I cannot comment as to how normal hanging would feel but I can imagine it being quite similar minus the vacuum.

    My immediate goal is a BPEL and EG of 7"x5" with a long term goal of 7.5"x5.5" and NBPFL of 5". Depending on how long it takes to get my erect length to that point, I shall evaluate whether or not my girlfriend can even take 7" and if it is even possible to achieve another inch after that goal is reached before I must move back in with my parents after college.

    Also, I've decided that if I start wearing the belt to bed and actually make it to some time in the morning or all the way through the night, I will count the time towards the next date (such as now since I started at 23:25 but the time won't be counted towards the 20th).

    Edit: I ordered a cheap penis pump from Intimate Gadgets (the sex toy sister site of DealExtreme), a week or so ago just to see what the fuss is about. I've read that getting a cylinder that isn't too big is the key to successful pumping, but I will save the real pumping routine for when I am satisfied with my length and would like to focus on girth. For now, since I'm in a long distance relationship and the pump comes with a silicone attachment for some "fun," I do anticipate that I will be having myself some. Haha.

      I would be using my SG more often but I noticed that I was starting to develop a bit of a turkey neck, so I decided to keep the sessions short until I got a real ring. Three days ago I used a hair tie as a testicle ring and I'm guessing the chemicals in the hair tie were too potent for the sensitive testicle skin and the contacted area became leathery and dry. I applied lotion in the morning, night, after a shower, and when I got home, and most of the afflicted skin had peeled off. It is a very strange ordeal, almost as if I am molting.

        My pump was supposed to arrive today but instead I received a rabbit vibrator! I've emailed the seller and hopefully they'll send the correct package.

            First Neutral PI: a sore feeling in the core of my penis, it must have gotten a good stretch today! I will probably rest for tomorrow since I have yet to take a day off, but I am still debating on whether or not I should take "rest days" with the Base Belt on really low tension or if I should take real rest days.

            Also, either my EQ or my EG must have raised because either way, getting into and out of the SG while erect is getting tight! I need to rig up a DIY base, I'll probably over-Dremel the opening then put a layer of aquarium silicone over it for comfort.

              I finally got my sandpaper back from the person that borrowed them, so I busted out the Dremel and made the plastic smooth by hand. The Base Belt and SG are *much* more comfortable now.

              I'm back home home for Thanksgiving and only brought my Base Belt and VLC to be discrete. My little cousin is going to be sleeping over on my floor tomorrow night though so I will have to be extra careful when hiding my things.

              Finally got to make use of my member today since I saw my girlfriend. The only issue is that since we only see each other so often, she always feels tight so though my SG felt tighter before being modified, she felt tight as usual. I shall continue to keep this PE thing a secret until she mentions something. This little game is starting to become a bit of a comedy to me since she'll keep attributing my size to simply not having had sex in a while, and I'll keep overanalyzing the sounds she makes wondering if she's feeling anything different.

                  I wasn't really sure how to format my rest days so I'm going to simply increase the "day" count from the day I started my PE journey and if I ever take long gaps (which I hope I don't do), every missed day that isn't an actual rest day or recovery from an injury will count as "Missed Days." I keep trying to wear my base belt at night but it gets uncomfortable when I roll over because it tends to pin the stretchy band against my hip and cause one side of the belt to pull harder than the other. I shall be on the lookout for another set of suspenders so that I can use the VLC in the shoulder strap configuration when I sleep.

                  Also, I must admit, the fact that I must sift through pages to find my progress thread makes me happy since that pressure keeps me on my toes to continue with my log. The further back my log gets pushed, the more motivation I get to continue since I feel as if I am competing with all the other people posting their routines. When I was first lurking around here I never really understood the purpose of the progress sub-forum and thought of it as just a post count pad but now I see its true purpose.

                    After the past two days of hanging, especially with two hanging sessions approaching an hour each with no discomfort, I can now say that I've "graduated" to 5 lbs! This is very close to the 6.7 lb recommended maximum as stated by the VLC inventor through email correspondence but I am willing to exceed this limit and go up to 10 lbs since the theoretical maximum should be 20. I also am of the camp that once fatigue is reached, healing in an extended state makes sense, following the theory behind "leg breaking surgery" to increase height. Create microtears through hanging, stretch out under light tension, and heal in that position. The SG and LAS will be supplements thrown in, but the core of my routine seems to be settling towards hanging to fatigue and light ADS to be used almost as a removable brace/cast for healing.

                    edit: it should be noted that this morning/last night was the first night where I wore the belt to sleep and felt no discomfort. However, in the middle of the night, I woke up and noticed that the VLC had fallen off on its own so I only counted the final belt session as 21:25-23:00 allowing a numerical underestimation in the case that it actually fell off around 11 PM.

                      Today marks my first day of feeling sore over 12 hours later. On the plus side, my veins are now becoming more prominent and I feel a slight ribbed texture when I edge at the very end of my session or on a rest day such as today. I am excited to continue once my member heals up nicely, depending on if it is still sore tomorrow I may thrown in another rest day. I need to find a ruler that actually starts on the zero or grind my current one down because the one I am currently using will overestimate by an eighth of an inch. In the middle of my edging session, I measured at exactly 6.5" BPEL not including the extra 1/8" so we all know what that might mean!

                      I wonder how long after reaching your target must you continue on to cement your gains...

                        Got through dead week and finals, but I kept updating my Excel sheet so fear not! Unfortunately I also messed up my day count somehow, counting 11-30-14 twice as Day 14 and 15. Thankfully, my spreadsheet does not lie and I still have a log that is uncorrupted.

                        I also realized that I've probably been using too much tension on the SG so I've lowered it to 800g. For all days prior to the 9th I've counted the SG use at 800g just for underestimation's sake. Also, now that I'm home home for winter break, I found a ruler that is properly cut with 0 inches at the edge and will take that with me to college.... This also makes me realize that I have been measuring with a nasty pelvis tilt and I've also been bending my head forward. Due to this, I believe I am smaller than I previously thought!

                        Now that I know that I am smaller than I have been measuring myself at, I will update my signature. I actually see it as a good thing because I've always considered my penis to not appear long and after removing the extra 0.25" BPEL I now agree with the length it is at.

                        I've also spent considerable time on my spreadsheet to allow it to automatically calculate my running total and to see my sub-totals per day (still being done manually based on time stamps).

                        Furthermore, since it seems that hardly anyone is actually paying attention to other peoples' logs, I am simply going to post my Running Total and a copy of the subtotal columns from my spreadsheet:

                              It seems that my Candida is back. I've been waking up this week with severe congestion, a sore throat, a white coated tongue, fatigue, and yet feel almost normal midday. What tipped me off was that I felt physically very tired after taking only a few shots and this morning woke up with a worse throat, worse congestion, and a more pronounced white color on my tongue. I've started up Aristotle's apple cider vinegar "elixir" minus the honey, will cut out sugar and carbs for the time being, and grab some peppermint tea and kefir for my throat and gut flora. Also, I've noticed that by waking up so early for school, I pretty much get at least 3 hours of "free" time towards my routine! The day that I can wear the SG unencumbered for 4 hours, I may start wearing it to school. Until then, I am satisfied with using the Belt+SP to maintain tension and slightly increase slack shaft skin so that I can extend further with the SG.

                              Also, I may remove the cheap pump from my log since with no gauge its not very useful, quite dangerous actually. I'll probably just use it for sex so I can find the maximum size I can reach before it starts hurting my girlfriend.
