    Hello guys. I've just decided to create this topic to keep track of my progress (anyone can join the challenge and post here though). I was reading about the AOA Theory by Drummer19 and the idea of stopping all kind of stimulation/exercises to reprogram your arousal levels really interested me. I will try to post daily updates and see how my body reacts if I don't masturbate for a prolonged time. Hopefully this can be a big step forward to fix my Pre-E. I might continue my reverse kegel routine since it doesn't affect my arousal and I will keep on meditating. So starting from today:

    01/12/14


    DAY 1: NO FAP.


    I repeat, anyone can join the challenge. It's a kind of log/challenge so if you want to quit masturbating and keep track of it, feel free to post here.

    DAY 2: NO FAP.


    Arousal level is normal, I don't feel the need to masturbate. I will do some yoga poses, deep squats and meditation before going to sleep.

      What do the letters "FAP" stand for. I understand the no masturbating.

        It's just a slang term for masturbating. It comes from the supposed sound of the activity.

        Edit: but Furiously Assaulting Penis works just fine I guess. So maybe that should be the answer.

          DAY 3: NO FAP.


          No big changes, I don't really feel like masturbating and arousal levels are pretty controllable.
          I will go running today and maybe do some pelvic floor stretches before going to sleep.

            DAY 4: NO FAP.

            I'm feeling pretty good, no intense need to fap. Running and meditation are definitely helping. Actually anything that keeps your mind distracted works.

              I'm trying to touch my penis only when peeing. I think there will be a wet dream soon.

                  DAY 6: NO FAP.

                  Sometimes I feel the urge to kegel, as if my penis was begging me to stroke it. I think this is due to the fact that when I used to quickly masturbate to porn I kegeled to reach orgasm faster. Hopefully by avoiding masturbation I will be able to retrain this bad habit.

                    I was in county jail for like a month, and I had a wet dream. I told my friends, and they said I was gay for it since all I was around were males. I don't remember the dream though just the jiz stain. The only time I remember my dreams is when I go to bed drugged or drunk, and they're always disturbing.

                          ONE WEEK: NO FAP.

                          It feels like my arousal is starting to decrease and as a consequence it's more controllable. This is definitely a good sign but maybe it's just a temporary effect. The combo NO PORN+NO MASTURBATION is definitely giving positive sensations.

                            DAY 8: NO FAP.

                            DAY 29: NO PORN.

                            I decided that I'm also going to add the progress that I'm making from the AP90 challenge. I think this abstention from masturbation and porn is giving its benefits. I'm starting to feel way less aroused and more in control. Another thing that I noticed is that if I voluntarily think about sexual stuff I can get a boner without touching my penis.

                              Congrats on a week bro! I'm only on day 2 of no fap. I have a log as well on here hopefully we can keep up with each other And push each other towards our goal.
