    Here are my starting measurements as I begin my PE journey. I added a measurement that I did not see on the list. NBPFL - Non Bone Pressed Flaccid Length. I thought this was an important measurement. It is what we (or our wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend) usually see day to day.

    • 4.1875" MSEG
    • 7" BPFSL
    • 3.0625" NBPFL (Non Bone Pressed Flaccid Length)
    • 3.6875" FG

      Day One
      Completed my first PE workout this morning. I followed the JP90 routine and finished just under an hour. Added four sets of kegels (30 second hold) to end of workout. I noticed some things:

      • The workout is really long.
      • Used Up&Up water based lube. It's drying out too fast. Need something better.
      • Noticed a better flaccid hang after workout.
      • Worked through issue of wanting to ejaculate during PE in the first 10 minutes.


      I think the toughest thing is finding the privacy to do it. Almost got caught today, but managed to stay incognito. Tomorrow is another day.

        Day Two
        Completed my second workout today. I did it in an hour and five minutes including the warm down. Another four sets of kegels (30 second hold) at the end of the workout. Today's findings:

        • The workout is really long.
        • Did I mention the workout is really, really long?
        • Flaccid hang post workout is still good.
        • I did not have the urge to ejaculate at all during the workout.
        • I experienced some irritation around lower shaft from pubic hair pull.


        No issues with privacy this morning. It looks like I will need to do a little manscaping to prevent hair pull. No other problems at the moment. I applied some intensive care skin lotion after workout.

          Day Three (12/28/14)
          Another good workout today. I followed the JP90 routine and did not track my time. Keeping four sets of kegels (30 second hold) at end of the workout. Started doing firegoat rolls pre-warmdown to minimize discoloration. Today's notes:


          • I am looking forward to a shorter routine in the future.
          • Manscaped yesterday and I did not have an issue with hair pulling today.
          • Slight ache at root of penis nine hours after yesterday's workout. Fine today.
          • Felt really horny after workout and wanted to masturbate to orgasm. Refrained.



          I have not noticed any negative PI's other than the slight ache yesterday. Testicles seem to have a "heavier" feeling lately, but I am guessing it's a minor case of blue balls. Sticking with five days on and two days off for now.

            Day Four (12/29/14)
            Solid PE workout today. I followed the JP90 routine and took my time today. Did four sets of kegels (30 second hold) at end of the workout. Followed by firegoat rolls. Today's notes:



            • Noticed discomfort at root of penis during warm-up stretches. Gone by the time I started Wet Jelqs.
            • Started to get full erection during V-Jelqs, but managed to reduce it to 60% erect.
            • Flaccid hang is good and noticed a slight plumpness to my penis today.
            • Really had to fight the urge to masturbate after session. Feel like I really need to have an orgasm. Refrained again today.



            I did notice a lack of morning wood today, but I never had it everday before PE anyway. Testicles seem to be tingling slightly, but I am still attributing it to a minor case of blue balls. Tomorrow is the last workout before I rest.

              I'm in my 3rd day of JP90 so just one day behind you. I found that I was taking twice as long to do the Jelking. If you did a rep in 4 seconds it would take 200 seconds or about 3.5 minutes. Since it was taking so long I cut the reps back. Don't know if that's right or not but I felt like I was overtraining.

                @mulkey I agree. The workout takes a really long time. I shortened the time of each rep to around 2 seconds. I still get a full workout in about an hour.

                Monitor your physiologic indicators to determine if you are really overtraining. It is your best guide on your PE journey. You could take a look at PESG's routine if time is a factor.

                  I think an hour is too long for me. My PIs seem better with a shorter workout. I'm still experimenting to see what works best for me. I'm trying to upload some pics but it says the file is too large. I don't think that refers to the size of my penis.lol

                    Day Five (12/30/14)
                    Finished my fifth PE workout this morning. Sticking with the JP90 workout until conditioned properly. Forgot to kegel at the end of today's workout. Performed two minutes of firegoat rolls at end. Notes:


                    • Felt rushed today because of other plans this morning.
                    • Heating time for rice sock needs to be 1:20 (no more, no less)
                    • Flaccid is good and plump.
                    • No discoloration (due to firegoat rolls?).
                    • Noticed a "pins and needles" sensation in glans for a brief moment this afternoon. It's gone now.



                    Looking forward to my rest days. I am taking two days off from PE for healing. I will use the time for research and reflection.

                      Day Six (12/31/14)
                      Rest day today! Obviously nothing to post about my workout. I do have a some notes:

                      • Woke up with serious morning wood. I could have pounded nails with that thing.
                      • No discomfort today.
                      • Flaccid hang is ok. Less than after workout, but still slightly better than normal.
                      • Not noticing any discoloration.


                      My first week was productive. It will be more of a challenge to keep on track when I start working next week. I still have to figure out how to stay incognito, since I don't think my wife will understand why I want to PE. I spent the morning working on some group posts over at the Thin Penis Group.

                        Day Seven (1/1/15)
                        Today is another rest day. I need it after staying up late and drinking rum on New Years Eve. There is not a lot to report today. A few notes:


                        • Great morning wood again today.
                        • No discomfort at all today.
                        • Flaccid hang and girth are good.


                        I am enjoying the rest days, but I look forward to working out tomorrow. I am still on the fence about telling my wife about PE. I will have to start doing my workout in the evenings next week. I may have no choice in telling her about it.

                            Day Eight (1/2/15)
                            Sixth workout finished this morning. JP90 routine, no kegels at the end, and performed firegoat rolls after workout. Observations:


                            • No issue performing workout from memory.
                            • A little discomfort at root of penis during warm-up stretches. Fine afterward.
                            • Red dot appeared on tip of glans and has remained. Neutral PI. I need to reduce intensity of my workout.
                            • Great morning wood today.
                            • Noticing the veins are becoming more pronounced on shaft.


                            I am concerned about the appearance of the red dot on my glans. I realize this is common and I just need to adjust my level of intensity. I just hope it goes away. I did start to become erect during v-jelqs and I think this may have caused the red dot. I will be more cautious in the future.

                              Day Nine (1/3/15)
                              Completed a highly modified workout this morning. 10 minutes with rice sock, only the warm-up stretches from JP90, kegels, firegoat rolls, and 10 minutes with rice sock. No jelqs today because of painful red dot on glans that appeared yesterday. Observations:

                              • Lesson learned yesterday. Reduce workout intensity.
                              • Flaccid hang is not as good today.
                              • I did have good morning wood.



                              The red dot on my glans was very painful last night. It hurts much less today. I did spend some time massaging my glans this morning. Applied some witch hazel and vitamin E oil afterward. Hopefully this goes away soon.

                              I will be reducing the strength of my grip for subsequent workouts. It is really easy to overtrain if I am not careful. Luckily this is a minor injury.
