    Goals

    My goals are nothing extreme, I just want to be slightly over average i guess. I'd be happy if I could reach 6.5 in EL and about 5-5.25 in Erect girth... I'll do my best https://cdn.pegym.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.png I focus mainly (only) on girth atm.

    I haven't measured since 1 dec, but bought a bathmate the 10th of december, used it 13x since, combined with my manual routine.... Gonna measure in 4 days. Don't think i've grown much though

        Haven't gained anything at all this month. Didn't gain anything during my 3rd month either. All my gains came from my first 2 month's using the JP-90 guide (leaving out the stretches, only jelqing )

        My current routine:

        -Bathmate 2 days on - 1 day off for 15 min
        -250 jelqs combined with squeezes, 2 days on - 1 day off (same days as bathmate)

        I think I'll have to change something about my routine, since I haven't gained anything in the last 2 months... Really hoped I would have seen differences the last month since I started using the bathmate, but I don't .

        My PI's are very good.
        Only when pumping for longer than 15 min I sometimes get red dots on my penis which dissapear after an hour or 2.

        Any suggestions / tips on how I should change my (very basic) routine?

          EG: 4.4'' (Right after a bathmate session it goes up to 4,5'', but thats it)

          Routine i used during the last 2 months:
          - Bathmate 3x 5 min with some ULI / horse squeezes in between.
          - 5x 50 wet jelqs with a 30 sec ULI / horse squeeze in between.

          Basically, I haven't gained anything during my last 4 months... I don't know what else I can try... close to giving up atm, cause it feels like a huge waste of time.

            I suggest you take a break, as you seem to have plateaued and the bathmate's not helping. You had some success w/JP90 initially, so after 2 weeks rest, try that routine again and take your rest days seriously: no stretches, no exercises, no edging; just natural sex. You might have overworked yourself a bit. No 2 guys grow at the same rate. Concentrate on your EQ and PI's when you return instead of focusing on growth. You might be surprised with your results.

              Noooooo! Don't give up! If you gained on jp90 do it again with a little more intensity and maybe even throw in some more advanced exercises. Don't give up... don't discount stretching either I know I had some girth gains while only going for length. In fact my first .5 in was from them.
