    Hello, I will start my personal progress log. I will try to make my log view very easy for you. I started my PE improvement from 30/12/2014. I start my ANTI-PORN as well and I will try to make edging with ejaculation at end 1-2 times per week.
    If you have any idea, tip about presentation, PE program or whatever what feel free to write here.
    - I did J90 program (warm up, stretching 5 sides(straight out, left, right, up, down and again up, down (yes 2 set's for up and down) BIG 10 stretching circles from right to left and 10 BIG stretching circles from left to right, helicopters between each side, Jelq's (50reps 3sets) V-Jelq's (40reps 3sets) 1 rep = 2 hands. Warm down).

    * Workout program since 1/13/2015 - stretching out, left, right, down, up, down, up, down up every stretch i hold for 40 seconds (work my way up to 1 minute).. between each set i am doing helicopters (for 20 seconds) and bi circles stretch (10 to 1 side, 10 to 2nd). And then i am doing jelqing for 15 minutes (5-6 seconds strokes) and V-jelqs for 10 minutes (5-6 seconds strokes). At end of workout i edge for at least 20 minutes. 2/1free schedule.

    * 8/6/2015 - After really big pause (4 months) I am back. I hope i won't be so lazy as last time. About program, I made it easier. (9 side stretch 1set/45 sec, 10min jelq, 10min v-jelq, edging atleast 15min, warm up, down for 15min).

    *9/6/2015 - I felt stretching part is too hard to do yet. From this date i will do UP, down, left side, right side, straight stretches for 30 seconds only 1 set. Between each side 10/10 circle stretches (right/left) and 10 second helicopter shakes.

    *16/6/2015 - Ok, From this day i give up on V-jelqs. I will do only jeqls 5min 5sec. 5min fast. I want to keep my workout optimal simple.

    *18/6/2015 - Changed workout. Basic stretching, jelq 5min, v jelq 5min, edging. 4 days per week. saturday rest/edging.

    *25/6/2015 - same workout. Only more gentle jelqs + 3min full and 2min base to mid

    *30/6/2015 - light stretches (5sides for 30 sec), 3min base jelqing (gentle), 5min full V-jelqs, eding.

    Measurements:

    29/12/2014
    - BPEL 6.1 MEG - 6
    1/17/2015 - BPEL 6.4 MEG - 6.1
    1/24/2015 - BPEL 6.7
    10/6/2015 - BPEL 6.7 MEG - 6 1/8 BEG - 5 5/8 BellowGlans - 5 6/8
    10/7/2015 - BPEL 7


    My goal - BPEL 7.1 1/1/2016
    Ultimate goal - NBPEL 7.1 inches.


    When i will reach my ultimate goal, MAYBE, i will work a bit more for girth. But no more length, I am kinda small myself (hands etc), so i don't think too large penis will look nice. )

    1/1/2015 happy new year! Today I did my JP routine. I changed a bit stretching - all 5 sides and at end.. 1 more set for stretching up and down 25 seconds. I really enjoy V-jelq's. I am not doing kegels during workout, I will do them aside, but i don't know what routine yet. And my ANTI-porn is going well. (i used to watch really much porn (few times per day), but now i am really motivated). If anyone got tip for kegels or any other feel free to type here.

    I noticed improved erection quality from Kegals. Also laying off on the porn increased my sex drive and I felt better overall, less of a blob. Goodluck

    I just did edge for 30 minutes, First time in my life i saw so good EQ my unit looked really nice. (i consider to at last sleep with lady I am still virgin). I really enjoy PE so big motivation i got. Need to work on stretches at PE, don't know how much is too much (pulling).

    Btw during edging i really felt kegels power. When i reached PORN I did big kegel and I didn't have anymore feeling that i will ejaculate, but penis got even more blood boost and i could continue masturbate till again i reached PORN/kegel/etcetc


    Still i think about kegel workout routine. Waiting for advises.

    I do Kegals while stretching similiar to as define in jp90 program. I agree with the blood boost from it

    1/2/2015 - total rest day for PE, but i will do sprint running outside.

    I will try to make PE 3 days workout 1 free. 3 days kegels 1 free. PI - positive. Feeling good. Bought optimum nutrition multivitamin (used it before). I suggest them. They suggest to use 3 per day, but i found 1 is enough!

    1/3/2015 - today felt very good. PI's are good, So i am

    Workout - stretches felt better (now i left 1' gap between glans and my grip). About jelq's I did them in something like 30-40% erect (since i need only length, not girth).

    1/3/2015 - Just did edging for 25 minutes, didn't want to ejaculate, did nice for 24 minutes.. but in last minute didn't focus and ejaculated. (when i masturbated and reached PORN, hardest part is when you stop masturbate.. You feel good and you feel that you will shoot.. i did big kegel.. it stopped ejaculating and I felt amazing, but in last minute it was too late or too weak kegel)

    BUT!! when i ejaculated, i still was 100% hard so i could continue very easy (it was even easier than before ejaculation, i guess i didn't shoot all, so kegel worked partly). Anyway, I am feeling good. I didn't measure length (I won't till i finish 90 days), but did measure girth and because of so good EQ it was 6.1.

    My dream is to reach 18cm NBPEL.

    As i have 3days 1day free routine.. I want to edge 3 days (when i have workout) and on 3rd day ejaculate.
