    Hi everyone,

    With the new year and promising progress so far with my routine, I thought I'd step out from lurker mode and post my progress. Hopefully this'll help me stay the course and also perhaps help someone else along the way. I started JP90 on Dec 7, 2014 and have been pretty consistent with it. While I haven't measured since I started, I've noticed increased flaccid length + girth and positive PI's, which to me is really motivating! Not to mention I feel more confident in the bedroom. All positives that lead me to believe this actually has promise. So here goes...

    Starting stats as of Dec 7, 2014
    BPEL: 6"
    MEG: 4.5"

    Lube
    CVS Daily Moisturizer water-based lotion $7 for a large bottle that should last quite some time. I started with baby oil but it was too messy and I didn't like the feeling. After the switch my workouts have been more productive and it feels better during and after.

    Heating
    Rice sock. This thing is great.

    Routine (2 days on, 1 day off)
    1) 10 Minute warmup: 5 minutes w/ rice sock + 30 second helicopter shakes + stretches up, down, left, right and out with kegels during.
    2) Standard Jelqs: 150 continuous reps. I try not to rush these as it's easy for me to lose focus. Currently do 3-5 second strokes.
    3) V-Jelqs: 90 continuous reps. It's harder for me to do 3-5 second strokes for these.

    Optional
    4)
    Edging: After my core routine I usually do an edging session depending how I feel. I'm still figuring out how to do these right because I usually can't go more than 15 minutes tops without popping Definitely need to work on this.

    Additional notes
    After starting from a sitting position, I've switched to standing which helps me get further down to the base of the shaft. I jelq downward, so gravity helps too.

    There you have it. I plan on measuring after I'm done with the program early March.

    Question
    I'm still a bit iffy on v-jelqs. How long should each stroke be? Same as regular jelqs?

      Day 31 (including rest days)

      Just finished my workout:

      10 Minute warmup
      5 minutes w/ rice sock + 30 second helicopter shakes + stretches up, down, left, right and out with kegels during.

      Didn't edge after my session because I experienced a bit of pain during my last v-jelq set. Nothing major (and it's gone now), but this is the first time I've felt something like that. Everything looks okay, but I'm going to play it safe and rest for the next two days even though yesterday was a rest day. Don't want to mess with any pain.

          Day 32

          My pickle felt good today it's really temping to fuggit and pull out another session, but I'm sticking to my guns and resting!

            Day 33

            Man am I glad I took an extra day to rest. Just finished my workout and felt no pain:

            10 Minute warmup
            5 minutes w/ rice sock + 30 second helicopter shakes + stretches up, down, left, right and out with kegels

            V-Jelqs
            90 continuous reps. 3-5 second strokes.

            Edging
            Felt good enough to do a 30 minute edging session. Still working on going longer without releasing...

            Definitely back on track. I realized that one of the things I enjoy about doing PE is how my dick looks after a session. All big and veiny LOL

            I have a question for anyone who might care to answer. I've noticed that my dick gets numb during and immediately after a PE session. It doesn't last long, maybe 30 min tops, but is this normal? It usually starts after about my 50'th standard jelq.

              Day 34

              Had one of my best workouts to date! I think I'm starting to understand why it's important for newbies like myself to take it slowly in the beginning to condition my unit for PE. I've noticed that I've been able to progressively apply more pressure and slowly increase the intensity of my workouts and still feel great afterwards. Totally looking forward to finishing this program to move on to more advanced techniques... On to the workout:

              10 Minute warmup

                Day 35

                My flaccid length is looking pretty good, especially after a good workout so I was super tempted to measure today, but resisted the urge. I have to say that I used to dread workouts because they're really time consuming and kind of tedious. Trying to keep myself motivated hasn't been easy but I'm starting to look forward to each session now. I read somewhere that it takes at least a month or two of dedicated action to establish a new habit. Maybe there's some credence to that after all.

                10 Minute warmup

                u/d/l/r stretches with 20 kegels for each direction

                  Day 37


                  I'm having a stressful week and have been feeling a bit blue, so I skipped my workout yesterday. I wasn't feeling so hot today either but went ahead and willed myself to get it done. Had difficulty maintaining my 50-75% erection so towards the end I was working with a flaccid unit. Oh well.


                  10 Minute warmup
                  5 minutes w/ rice sock
                  30 second helicopter shakes
                  u/d/l/r stretches with 20 kegels for each direction
                  30 second helicopter shakes

                  150 continuous reps. 3-5 second strokes.

                    Day 39


                    I skipped yesterday's workout because I was tied up at the office and had something going on after. Was tempted to try to "make up for it" today (I know it doesn't work that way but still) by tugging a bit harder than usual but resisted the urge.
