      If you are just starting, I recommend you first condition your penis by following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload!




      Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

        Update

        I had to face some life difficulties, so short after I started I had to stop.
        I am now back on track and I am into my 6th month, give or take, of pe.

        I gained 1cm in length and .5 cm in girth. Most importantly, my girth evened out.

        I decided to make an update, since I think I am one of those no-to-hard gainers. And my experience contradicts some info I read here.

        My routine:

        1. Warm up
        A little wank to get any level of erection, some light stretches and light wet jelqs, afterwards bathmate with hottish water on medium pressure. About 5 minutes. I get zero expansion from this, it is only warm up vehicle.

        Routine
        1. Jelqs, erection level > 50%, 10 minutes, 3 seconds strokes, with slight hold bellow glans.

        2. Bathmate, medium-high pressure (high pressure - basically maximum you can squeeze), 5 mins, roll dick in hands to remove discoloration.

        3. Jelqs, erection level as high as I can have, jerking in between to maintain boner and giving it an uli or supra slam here and there in case I get close to edging erection level. 10 minutes or more.

        Repeat 2 and 3 or quit. I don't have given schedule, I adjust to PIs and soreness.

        My experience so far.
        Bathmate gives discoloration on higher pressures, but those are the only ones working for me.

        My dick HAD a weirdish baseball like shape.
        BEG was 11.5 cm, MEG was 12cm, so the aesthetics were crap. Jelqing from the very depths of my pubic area actually gave me most girth in base. Now I am 12.5 at the base even at lower erection levels.

        Bathmate expands the base more then the rest of my dick. Talking permanent and temporary gains.

        JP90 or lighter excersizes gave me absolutely no gains.

        I hope this helps anyone with skinny-ish batlike dick that cannot gain at all.

          Hey bublina, congrats on your gains and thanks for reporting back. Some people gain from lighter forms of PE, some only from more intensive ones. I myself do more intense and longer lasting workouts and they seems to work for me.
          Btw where are you from? I am asking, because in my country bublina is a regular word.
