    Welcome

    I did do JP90 in early 2015, but then had 2 month break after it and also noticed that my measuring methods were horrible so I decided to start again.

    Routines:

    Week 1-3(JP90):
    -10min warmup
    -25 kegels stretches up,down,left and right

    -40 slow rotational stretches clockwise and 40 counterclockwise
    -150 jelqs
    -90 v-jelqs
    -5min warmdown


    Week 3-
    -10 min warmup
    -Same warmup stretches as in JP90
    -4 min stretching to 5 directions total of 20 mins. I will add 15 seconds to each direction every week until it is about one hour. That is 5 minutes more every month.
    -7 mins O
    jelq and 3 mins V jelq (In JP90 it was total of 30 mins) and this time lower erection
    -5 min warm down
    * Week 7 added occasional 10 min edging after training.

    Day 1: JP90

    How I felt: To be honest pretty shit. I don't know if it was because of my ED problem or because I masturbated 1 hour prior (accident I was trying to take my starting picture and tried to edge) I was unable to get proper erection levels. I had to go online and seek nude pictures which I am trying to stop! Well tomorrow is another day and I will see if it was because of the orgasm.

      Day 2:JP90

      How I felt: Man am I happy! Seems that my low eq yeaterday was, because of the orgasm afterall. I did the whole thing without watching any nude pictures At a half way I still had to masturbate every now and then to get proper errction levels.

        How I felt: Another nice session. Even better than yesterday. It's day 3 and still no morning boner, but I think it's because I accidentally masturbated on day 1 and I only seem to get morning boners when I'm haven't masturbated recently.

          How I felt: It went okay. Not that good erection levels today as yesterday. Might be because yesterday I went for jogging b4 jelqing and now I fell a sleep.

          Do you guys also have to take breaks every 30-50 jelqs to recover proper erection levels ?

              Haha Well same here. At the beginning I might have to stop sometimes and let it empty, but mostly need to wank to get more blood.

              Anyways I'm taking tomorrow off, because its my first week. Maybe should of taken today also, but too late.

                Day 8: JP90

                How I felt: It was a okay session. Still had to frequently masturbate to get proper erection, but just when I started to heat my rice sock for warm ups my penis went rock hard without any stimulation and stood pointing at 10 for a while when I was standing! It's was like an exited dog that is about to go outside for a walk

                  Keep the consistency in and instead of doing normal masturbation try to edge it will be more beneficial while keeping an eye on your PI's.

                  I had to cut back a lot on my masturbation when I was doing JP90 but at the same time I was working on getting away from porn too so that had a lot to do with it.

                    What I meant by masturbation was getting enough blood in my penis (70%) to do the jelqs. I haven't masturbated since last Monday and in the past 3 months 4 times since I try to stop porn and get better EQ. I think porn is only one of the reasons for it low self esteem being another. Maybe even bigger. It's hard to be the short ugly guy with tall handsome friends. I don't really get attention from girls anymore like when I was younger and slowly it has made me to hate the way I look. Sad , but true.

                    With this 2 year program I am really hoping to get boost to my self esteeme even if I don't reach those goals I set. And it's not just about my dick also changing the way I look outside and eating more healthy. I have always been a skinny guy and I really want some muscle also.

                      Well I had to masturbate a little bit to reach those erection levels for jelqing so that is understandable but don't turn it into masturbation session.

                      Although I do it sometimes too but stop comparing yourself to others you should focuse more on yourself. If you convince to yourself that your ugly and all of that then most likely you will feel like that.

                      Try to focuse on other things and get yourself occupied so you can eventually get that porn image out of your mind.

                      Your low self esteem might came from porn since most likely you compared yourself to pornstars and how you feel less to them as a man. Not sure if that was the reasoning but for many guys that is.

                      Keep improving yourself will it be PE or exercising and do it for yourself to feel better.

                      I would not advice you to set time limits just enjoy the process and trust me when you will start making gains you will be hooked.

                          How I felt: Something is going on. I woke up with a REALLY hard boner and has random erections during the day. When I started to warm up it was so difficult, because blood was pumping into my penis all the time. Jelqing was so much easier now.I love it! Hope this is an improvement caused by no porn, jelq and eating healthy. It could be that yesterday I received my Ginseng pills. Only taken 2 so far

                            Keep progressing and staying on track as far as being away from porn trust me you will benefit from it.
