Routines:
Week 1-3(JP90):
-10min warmup
-25 kegels stretches up,down,left and right
-40 slow rotational stretches clockwise and 40 counterclockwise
-150 jelqs
-90 v-jelqs
-5min warmdown
Week 3-
-10 min warmup
-Same warmup stretches as in JP90
-4 min stretching to 5 directions total of 20 mins. I will add 15 seconds to each direction every week until it is about one hour. That is 5 minutes more every month.
-7 mins O jelq and 3 mins V jelq (In JP90 it was total of 30 mins) and this time lower erection
-5 min warm down
* Week 7 added occasional 10 min edging after training.
