My Routine:
* 10 - 20 Minute Warm Up's With A Rice Sock
* 30 Seconds Of Helicopter Shakes
* 30 Jai Stretches
* 2 Minutes Of Basic Lot Stretching In All 5 Directions While Doing
* 30 Kegels In Each Direction
* 30 Circle Stretches
* 30 Second Of Helicopter Shakes
* 100 Wet, Soft, And Slow Jelqs
* Might Incorporate 50 V Jelqs But Still Not Sure Yet
* 10 Minutes Of Warm Down With A Rice Sack
* 2 Days On And 1 Day Off.

* Will Be Working Out In The Afternoon
* During My Workout I Will Keep Rice Sack On Back End Of The Base To Keep Things Warm
* Will Be Measuring Every Month

First suggestion, break your posts up a bit. Its just easier to read that way, and more people are likely to read your posts and therefore offer you assistance.
Your routine seems fine to start with. You've obviously done some research. Keep posting and tell us your feedback. Just stick with your routine for a whileAugust 09

If you're unsure about V Jelqs then don't add them just yet. Why don't you take a week or two and see how you feel. If you think you can handle more work, then go ahead and add them.

Not necessarily, mine never gets sore, its just one of those trial and error things for each person. If you are doing something like JP's 90 program, then you know the load is about right for a beginner so just go with it and adjust accordingly if you think that your not getting quite enough of a work out.
