So I'm relatively new around here... I've PE'ed in the past, but saw no gains, but I WAS NOT consistent. Well, now I'm starting a journal. (I'm transferring this journal from another site. I've been PEing for ~ 4 weeks now... and I've gained .5"!!!
I'm 24.. 6', 190 lbs.
Starting: (11/25/09)
EL - 5.6"
Girth - ??" (need to measure)
Goal: (TBD)

Starting with a basic routine for beginners...
5 minute warm-up w/ warm/hot towel
5 minute stretches (SO, SU, SD, L, R)
10 second Heli's
(Tonight) 100 Wet Jelqs w/ water (need to invest in oils)
10 second Heli's
5 minute stretches (SO, SU, SD, L, R)
10 second Heli's
(IN SHOWER) 2 minute stretches (SO, SU, SD, L, R)
15 minute warm-down in shower
OFF DAYS (ONLY 2 times a week tho): I do 5 min warm up, 30 second heli's, 5 mins of stretching, then I do v stretches (up/down) and then the rock climber stretch, 30 second heli's, kegels/pumps and finish with 5 min stretches and then a 5 min warm down usually in the shower
Going to continue this routine for the next 2-3 months on Mon, Wed, Fri. Hope to update regularly. I'm skeptical, but what the hell... http://www.clicksmilies.com/s1106/en...smiley-014.gif I'm determined.
In all honesty... I've never had a woman complain. I've managed to get every woman off I've slept with... multiple times. (They get REALLY wet and/or squirt). Last girl I was with we'd have sex 3, 4, 5... sometimes 6 times in a night for a good 4 months straight (we just broke up though). It typically is attraction, physical passion,sensation and the motion of the ocean... but a bigger penis wouldn't hurt to have :P

EDIT: 12/13/09 - I'm taking PRjav's advice and strecthing every day... my stretching on off-jelqing days lasts about 15-20 mins.. including the typical up,down,left,right, but then I do the heli's, up-down and left-right but hold for 2-3 seconds in each direction. I also do the rock climber and parachuter (bending my flaccid penis down or up over my index finger to make a v shape in either direction and hold for 5-8 seconds... 2-3 times)... then I end with more heli's and warm down w/ a warm towel... (oh and I did warm up with a warm towel).. I notice there is definitely an increase in flaccid length. I'm going to measure pre and post jelq/stretching monday night and post an update for the 1 month mark. thanks all
EDIT: 12/20/09 - I JUST measured tonight. FL is 3.4", EL is 6.0", and BPEL is 6.2" I am definitely going to continue PEing.
