        Alright measure in time: I got a solid 6.0 measured from a few different angles. It wasn't my best EQ I've ever had but I'm getting there.

        I started my routine today consisting of 5 minutes of stretching and 2 10 minute sets of jelqs,

        Excited to see what the month of March brings

          Alright March Third (counting it as March 3rd because I haven't gone to bed yet) did my new 1x5 stretch, 2x10 jelq with warm up and warm down

              Woke up really horny about an hour ago, did a 20 minute edging/kegel routine, doing my jelqs and stretches later

                Did my 1x6 stretches and 2x10 jelqs, I've decided to cut back on edging however because it seems to lower my EQ and FL

                    Didn't jelq today, wasn't a rest day and I'm disappointed but I'm really tired. I'll just pick it back up tomorrow, my goals will be there in the morning

                      forgot to post yesterday!! I did my 1x6 stretches, and my 2x10 jelqs, got really difficult towards the end though! I later did some casual stretching in the shower for fun for a few minutes about 12 hours after that. I started eating more almonds, eggs, and fresh fruits as they help blood flow, which helps EQ

                        Alright did my usual jelqs and stretches yesterday, AND today. It's the first 3 in a row I've ever done, but no neg PI's! Taking a rest day tomorrow and will be going on vaca to colorado so I probably won't be on. Happy jelqing friends!

                            Alright, I'm still on vacation but I FINALLY got enough time to jelq, the two rest days in a row don't feel right to me and I'm happy to get back at it.. Even if it was only 1 set for 10 minutes

                              Was able to do a nice warmup today, followed by about an hour of stretching and then 20 minutes of jelqing, followed by 6 minutes of kegels/ballooning. It's my last day on vaca today so I should be getting back on the PE train with greater dedication soon
