Erect Length - 14.5cm
Erect Girth 11.8 cm
Flacid Length - 10.8 cm
Flacid Girth - 9.5 cm
Routine
Around 20 minutes in a warm bath as a warm up
20 Jai Stretches
1 set of 5 way stretches
20 helicopter stretches (10 seconds each one)
7 minutes Jelqing
5 minutes cool down
Hopefully I'll start seeing some gains - I've been following this for around 2 weeks now - 2 days on 1 off.

Sunday 10th January 2009:
BPEL - 15.5cm (Last measurement was not BP)
EG - 11.8cm
Flacid length 10.8cm
Flacid Girth 9.5cm
Also Slight change to my routine - I now do 2 sets of 5 way stretches.
Ive done PE for 2 months now (As I jelqed for a month not so long ago) so In a months time can I start an advanced routine without risking injury? If so whats a good example routine.

No change in size/girth sadly - had to take 4 days off due to overtraining, now back on the original routine.
Really disheartened with lack of results and hope that in 2 weeks time I'll have SOME visible gains.
Also I'm joining a gym again and will be upping the protein intake etc. so hopefully this will help with the recovery time and allow me to have better workouts.
Short question. Pumping...
Double my size ??
