  • PE - A mental and physical journey - LOG JP 90`s routine.

    04/04/2015 - DAY 1

    Hello my friends,

    As I am new to this forum it would surely be adequat to introduce myself a bit more. I have already been doing this in my fist posts but whtsoever, my story is the reason I am here.

    I have developed a dick size complex over the years, as my exgirl, who was a borderline personality used to set some freaking demons in my soul by busting out about her exs enormous dick and how it "ripped her mouth apart"... this crank stuff led to depression, anxiety and what have you...

    well I recetnly thought I would be done with all that crap from back in the day, but unfortunately found out that my current girl also had one "bigger guy"... old feelings come back and begin to make me feel insecure and I feel such a big fear our relationship could burst because of my complex even though I know she does not care about size.

    Well, several things and questions to discuss...

    First, she only gave him a handjob. There was no sex or bj. (This would have been much more disturbing for me I guess)
    Second, she only had small ones before, so it may be, that that made the impression.
    Third, she actually can not remember in detail.

    All these are things she said...plus I feel like women can not estimate dicksize correctly.
    Also it depends on the frame it is in. I mean if somebody of my size (190 and 95 kg) carries a dick of about 8 inch and 6 inch around it might look smaller compared to somebody of 6 ft height and 70 kg weight with a 7 inch dick and 5 inch circumference...

    Any thoughts on my few cents here ?

    I don`t want to say anything negative about my girl, she is superb, we are in love and she did not intend to hurt me, it was stupid me, who asked...
    Also she gives me the feeling she accepts my true personality, which is full of broken pieces of my soul...I also revealed PE to her.
    Well actually I want to get over it, plus I want to become bigger than anyone else possibly might have been or might not have been.

    That is why I restarted PE a few months ago. I have a lot of Pe experience, as I have been jelqing here and there but never consistently...

    NOW, what frustrates me...I DO NOT GAIN a f****** millimetre...


    Is it possible that this is due to the fact I have never really used an established routine but made my own personalized workout ?

    Well, please please help me people. This thread shall also be my success thread, as I planned to start off with the JP 90 routine.


    So whatever you want to brag out on, feel free to do so. BTW, if there are any idiomatic mistakes or syntactic ones, keep in mind I am german.

    Welcome back Germany brother. The JP90 is a great place to start. Stay safe, consistent, persistent, and patient and you will reach your goals. The only change you need to make is to change your mind. Just love your penis. It does not matter what other penises are in the whole world just love the one that you have. Obviously she loves your penjs so Dont worry about anybody else. Love yourself and your penis, and then you can love your girl with all your heart. Be safe, and enjoy.

      PE for yourself, do not bother by other people's insensitive comments.

      Follow a structured routine such as JP90, and be consistent, if you focus on safety and condition your penis, you will see improvements, if you are patient, it takes time.

        Random occasional jelqing and/or stretches will not net any long-term gains for most guys. It takes conditioning first, then consistency and patience to gain without an injury, which sets you back. If you start JP90 slowly & watch your EQ & PI's to advance your routine's progression, take rest days (always) to allow for growth & repair, and are consistent, 90% of guys will post some gains by 90 days. It's free, it's a confidence-builder, it is healthy, and you have lots of guys here to answer your questions and help you to grow and improve your health and sex life. Just don't rush it, and enjoy the journey. It's a long-term commitment that you do for yourself & your relationships that matter...IF YOU choose to commit!

              Don't worry about your girls previous guys. YOU are her guy now. All men judge themselves by their mates previous lovers. I think it's a huge mistake. It will almost always lead to the types of frustrations you are having. Start with JP90, follow it with the utmost consistency and the gains will come. I was skeptical and I've seen gains. It also helped my EQ and had gotten me to get away from porn. Stay positive and good luck!!!

                  Erection Quality=EQ. PI's = Psysiological indicators: See Begin Here / Beginner threads. Learning the terminology on this site is an absolute necessity. You'll find all the terms defined in your beginner threads, so Read them FIRST.

                  NOTE: Members will take you more seriously when you have questions if you're willing to learn the basics before "jumping into a routine".

                            So here I am at day 2 gentlemen,

                            did my routine today, just as it is said in the original thread.

                            Just faced one problem: I can not keep an erection (60 to 70 percent is not possible for more than 20 jelqs) - I do generally have a good EQ but nonetheless have to fap a bit during a set of 50 jelqs. Is that going to hinder the gains ?

                            The stretching goes great, also the V-Jelqs work fine.

                            Right after the Warm - down I put on an ADS made out of ligature. (Just a light light extension, about 7 inch BPFL) - Is that alright or do I have to wrap it tighter (would mean more extension) ?

                              Keeping at the desired erection level is a common difficulty in the beginning. Imagination, erotica, or even erotic audio has been known to help, but steer away from porn use. A few pleasurable strokes to keep things where you want is not bad, and it will not hinder gains.

                              The light wrap is fine, too. It doesn't need to be tight, or overly extended. Just enough to avoid turtling, and allow the healing to occur in an elongated state.
