    OFFICIAL OPENING STATMENT to me and others reading:
    Ok Cool So I am finally here and starting to actually track this stuff. Guess I have been playing with myself and stretching since I was a teenager so I have been at it for awhile. Nothing really consistent but it was at least somewhat correct. Now years later with the progression of technology it makes everything much easier to document and share to help others....SO here I am and lets get started. I am going to be back logged about a week since I am actually writing this down on the 9th of April.

    Also to add I am taking PE to another level in a sense and incorporating it into my actual Physical Training/Bodybuilding routine as it only makes sense. Proper diet, exercise and routine all wrapped up into one area... that area being a better me. I will also document any and all supplements I am taking or have taking in the event I notice a help, hurt or irrelevant use of each. So this log may be able to help me as well as others maintain good personal health as well as Penis health/growth. ONWARD!

    Haven't been finding the stretches difficult since I am comfortable with myself and liking to be tugged on rather rough by partners anyhow. Have been watching the PI's and aside from some redness and an assumable normal ache/pain level of just enough to notice but no real discomfort, I haven't had anything that could be interpreted as negative. Hanging did give me a wicked pinch once or twice do to bad positioning of a slipknot, easily fixed though.

      CURRENT UPDATE: April 10, 2015

      PRE WORKOUT PE ROUTINE

      Warm Up Routine:

      Hot bath as hot as you can stand it without inflicting pain to ones self. Rest in water for 5-10 minutes massaging penis and working the heat in as well as the muscles groups and tendons surround the whole area of operation. Better the warm up the less likely you are to be hurt. 150 Jelqs at a moderate pressure and rate of speed switching left to right or right to left in an even rotation. Finish your bathe and continue into workout and hanging routine before body has a chance to start cooling down. I recommend no longer than 5 minutes.

      Hanging Routine:
      10 minutes OTS @ 7.5lbs. with three sets of 50 Kegels throughout hanging session (this will feel like a downward pull by your penis, Try to hold for 1-5 seconds at a minimum...any hold is better than none so work at it)

      10 minutes SD @7.5lbs. immediately following OTS Hang. Three more sets of 50 kegels during this session. Kegels will be a lot less pronounced of a movement but rest assured it is working and keep going.


      POST Workout Routine
      Will remain the same as above except performed after workout when blood is flowing super heavy and Testosterone levels are assumed to be peaking. Any changes will be updated as such to keep you in the loop.

      SUPPLEMENTS:

      Word of caution- I am NOT a licensed medical physician and this is not a recommendation to do as I do. Any supplements taken by you should be done with caution and advice from a LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, again which I am not. These are simply things that I use and do in during and around my workouts that I have in effect found to be helpful in PE by mere chance if you will; thus I enhanced my routines and merge them for a hybrid routine to maximize benefits.

      Protein Powder- one 30gram Shake with Vitamin D Milk after Hanging Routines and workout routines(Promotes Muscle Maintenance and Growth)
      L-Glutamine Powder- 1Tsp after Hanging and Workout routines Mixed with juice or as I do with my Protein shake(Promotes Muscle MASS)
      L-Lysine - one 1000mg tablet in the morning on an empty stomach if possible(Promotes Skin and Tissue Health/Repair)
      BCAA's- one dose before routines and workouts(morning when I get up) and one following last session of the day.(BCAA's come in different doses so read the instructions, these are essential amino acids REQUIRED for muscle growth and strength. If you know you don't eat proper and most don't even me, you should consider this as it will ensure you get your dose)
      Men's Sport Multivitamin- One tablet in the morning for me but follow your directions on the bottle you purchase because they are generally different. Sports vitamins are designed for more active individuals and or younger people who need extra uptake.(General Wellness)
      Creatine Powder- Take as directed by instructions on container. (Promotes muscle growth, repair, and fullness)

      Testosterone Booster
      - Take as directed and make sure to choose a good one. I have taken many only to find most are not worth the bottle they are placed in. I always use all NATURAL sources and NOT Steroidal. If you want to know why look it up, I Highly recommend an all natural because it is just better and doesn't mess with your bodies NATURAL REGULATION of this Chemical we all love so much. Don't mess around with this or you will be sorry. If you want to know more about what I have and have not tried PM me and I will fill you in. Do not trust any TEST BOOSTER they are not all created equal.(Increased testosterone levels for Lean Muscle Growth, Erections, Endurance, overall energy and performance.)
      Pre Workout PUMP/Nitric Oxide Support- These come in pills and powders normally labeled just as I have it<----. Take as directed by the bottle as some are rather intense. (Promotes intense workout energy and pumps muscles with Nitric Oxide to promote muscle fullness)
      My silent ingredient- I have been on some new stuff recently that I was actually just shocked to see the results and when in proper combination with all of the above had a very noticeable effect on my penis performance and growth. Sorta what lead me here so I could find actual trusted routines that I could use to yet again enhance my work outs and growth. If interested PM me about what I am using and I will get back to you. Reason for not posting this is because I don't want someone just coming through and picking up a list of supplements and eating them not knowing what they are or what they CAN do if taken wrong or by someone praying for instant results and taking "dosing" into their own hands. Feel free to message me because it works but only if you work. However the rate at which it works can reduce your time needed on gains. IN MY OPINION FROM MY EXPERIENCE. No it is not a magic chemical and yes you still have to work. But it can shave time. Also I am making sure of my result before I make a total release of if it is 100% effective in lasting results. SO FAR yes.

      Most do not realize the actual significants of this but I assure you this can be one of your biggest gainers. I would suggest finding a good eating plan that works for you. Not necessarily something that is a 'Diet" if you will. Just proper eating to get all the needed proteins, fats, acids, carbs, sugars and essential nutrients for daily living. The proof is in the pudding. If you want good lasting results it requires you take the extra step and go the extra mile to get them. All want it, few have the guts and will power to achieve it. Make the difference starting with you and be a model of success for someone else.


      PI's:
      Positive PI's: Upon visual inspection penis is looking fuller after ten(10) days of hanging and jelqing. Length is of minimal noticeable value but present. Left side of penis has more pronounced veins and just looks better to me. Erections feeling slightly harder each time.

      Negative PI's: None to report at this time

      Neutral PI's: Normal wear and tear as far as anyone would imagine. Stretching creates a stretched feeling.

          Just a little side note to self and anyone reading....

          After todays morning hanging session I rested for about a hour then threw in an additional set of jelqs but did it a little different and noticed immediate differences. I did a regular jelq but added more pressure and ran my thumb knuckle deep into the topside of my penis along the main vein and again did this to each side of my penis for about 50 reps. I seems to cause the veins to become more pronounced and stay that way. Felt good and needed LOTS of Lube.

          Only neg/neutral PI's is that it started to get a couple red spots that seemed to be busted blood vessels. Nothing major, either because I started with less lube or more pressure but probably a combination of both. No real pain, in fact I just feel fatter through my whole penis. ECITED lol Having fun hope I don't sound like a 31 year old who discovered his first boner lol. Just pumped is all.

            No Hanging today for a rest period. However I did throw in a 45 minute Wet Jelq Session. Noticing TIME over Reps is getting actual noticeable gains faster. EQ has done a MONSTEROUS Turn around for the better of course. Only thing with time over Reps is Paying Attention to PIs. Do not rip it of or dig too deep for too long. Just by finger clamping I achieved a full +.25 inch swell on my girth. And an additional +.25 or more on my length. This is three weeks deep and more dedicated in the last week. SOOO....Im still going.

              OK so yet again I threw in another Jelq session in the absence of hanging today. Session was 30 minutes and I am considering buying stock in Lotion and lube companies. I am seeing now why I was having lower EQ over the years and why I lost my wonderful purple head. I was flat out abusing the hell out of my dick. Poor guy. BUT I am reviving him now and it is great to actually have some sensation in the head again. I rarely get off anymore because it takes a talented woman to do it and I believe this will help out a lot and perhaps help the ladies not feel as if they are inadequate and yes I have been questioned about that before......"do I not turn you on?" Yeah you do cuz it is hard but I just don't get off. Anyway Jelqing more frequently does add a little more stress and some pain that subsides but the payout is worth it. NO PIs that are unmanageable at this point.

                SO I took Monday off as PI's were high in the pain department and specific to the right side of the base of the shaft. Starting and maintaining a strong grip is beneficial but with wear on you.

                Today I have already achieved one 30 minute Jelq session and am about to do another after this post and then hit the hay.

                Positives are I am definitely hanging flaccid bigger in length and girth. Penis feels more solid as a whole. Havent taken any real measurement yet as I want to wait and see the gains at 30 days for a surprise. The hard work is paying dividends though.


                Have noticed I have less morning wood but I do not really see this as a bad thing because I have also curbed my Masturbation issue. LOL Yes I will beat this thing any chance I get. I have slowed way down on that and only did it once in the past 72 hrs. Anyway I am doing well and excited to feel and see some results. No hanging today.

                  Two 20 Minute Jelging sessions. No Hanging

                  Small busted blood vessles on Head of penis but no pain. Expected this do to hard pulls and forcing blood into head in order for stretching and girth to occur.

                  Definitive Length gains already and some girth but not much to document. Length is something to document though. I will do an actual measure meant on day 30 of dedicated session to round it out and show the possibilities to others.

                  PICTURES.....As of right now it is hard to get pics loaded because my files sizes are to large. However I am keeping track as best I remember so I can show and back up my progress and gains.

                    Did a warm up soak in the tub for 5-10 minutes as usual. 15-20 minute jelqing session focusing on hard pulls and maximum blood flow throughout the shaft. I have been focusing it to the head only and now I am trying to push it the length of the shaft a bit more to reduce blood vessels bursting in the head and gain overall thickness in the shaft.

                    Following the jelq session I immediately attached a 10lbs hanging session and this time did it different. Tied the weight off and laid it over the foot of my bed and laid on my back to simulate a straight down (SD) Hang. Had to find the sweet spot for the maximum pull and then slowly experimented with leg raises and positions. Most comfortable position for stretch and to maximize was to lay flat out on my back and slowly pull my legs up feet sliding across the bed up to my but or close to that. DO IT SLOW as it will pull and you will feel it. I took pics and will post them as soon as I figure out how to reduce the size or set up a url for pics only as they will not fit in my album here.

                    Following hanging session that slightly went beyond 15 minutes because I was comfortably cruising FB...LOL I went into a traction wrap and took pics of that as well. So it was a bone pressed wrapped length that totaled 7 inches. I put a rice sock on and am typing this up now letting the man stay warm and rest.

                          Just did a 10 minute tub soak/warm up
                          Followed by 20 minute jelq session with medium pressure. Going to be my new constant. Moderate pressure seems to keep the most blood filling and flowing throughout the penis from base to head with the least amount of pain/pressure. I say pain in a light manner as there should be relatively no pain or discomfort but rather a sensation of strectching and working out.

                          Immediately following my jelq session I did a 15 minute hang @ 10lbs. I again hung the weight over the footboard of the bed attached it to my penis just behind the glans and laid flat on my back. Slowly slid my feet up to my butt so I was pretty much laying in a squat type position.

                          Following Hanging session I followed up with a 5 minute jelq to reinfrorce blood flow into the penis.

                          Added a trac wrap and rice sock to maintain heat and stretch while the man rests and repairs for a bit.

                          NOTES: Looking for a new style hanger because the sock and rope method is too much work to keep comfortable and seems restrictive to the head during the hang. I does create some pain but usually only after the release of the weight where it feel as if I choked the crap outta my dick. Need a Full bodied hanger

                          ADDITIONAL NOTES: After applying tract wrap I laid on my stomach to apply direct pressure of the rice sock and realized that the way I tract wrapped was different and I believe could be more effective. I Wrapped starting at the base of the shaft and went around a couple time snug but not too tight, then went back down and around my testicles basically creating a cock ring. At the time I did this it was simply because it was uncomfortable to wrap and difficult to do so because my sack skin extends pretty far out on my shaft. Well upon removal I saw it had swelled my penis and created a nice looking purple head that was rather fat. SO while I was trac wrapped and applying heat I was also keeping him stocked full of blood. I usually only do this until the heat runs out then I remove the wrap. In any case I wouldn't do this for longer than 15 minutes as described elsewhere in the forum your penis needs new blood every 15 minutes to prevent damage. Seems like an accidental routine enhancement.

                            So my workout has gone from standardized to and incremental increase and exspansion type program due to newly discovered/acquired equipment and ideas. Just an FYI. This is what I have done thus far today and plan to hit a couple more workouts throughout the day.

                            Warm Up: Rice Sock for 10 minutes (almost burnt my nuts)

                            10 minute jelq session (when I say jelq it usually consists of a mix between the OK and V)(Personal favorite is the OK but as I am seeing expansion the V is getting more comfortable)

                            Following the Jelq session I went immediately into a 10 minute 10lb SU Hang which is a new angle for me(By straight up I am referring to me laying flat on my back and pulling my penis straight into the air)

                            After releasing the hand I did a 5 minute Jelq to replenish the fresh blood in my penis and went directly into a traction wrap and applied a rice sock for about 15 minutes or until the sock cooled below body temp.

                            After a couple hours went by I did another 15 minute Jelq session because I started to feel some wood coming on and I have the day off so why not.

                            After a couple more hours went by and it started to rain I felt some wood coming on so I whipped it out and did a 15 minute Jelq session and went directly into a 10lb 10minute SU Hang. While hanging I did three sets of 50 Kegels for the first 5 minutes. The second 5 minutes I added 6lbs additional and did 30 crunches which caused my penis to pull the weight and offer a little more of a tug(NO WORRIES it felt fine and I did not push hard, these were slow paced). Also I did 3 sets of tugs(kegels) with my penis at 16lbs during this last 5 minutes of the hang.

                            Immediately after the hang I did 400 Jelqs to replenish the fresh blood supply in my penis and work out any soreness from my noose rope(I need something else) and went straight into a traction wrap and applied a rice sock.

                            AND now here I am writing and about to pull the sock as my time is about up. Sure more will follow for the day but I wanted to get this down for you and me. PEACE

                            PS new equipment is awesome and kinda funny because I read an article the other day that was kinda ironic and made me laugh when I started this. Just kinda hit me this morning of new things to use and I did it.

                              OK so as I thought I did some more PE today. I

                              Warm up with rice sock and did 10 minutes @10lbs BTC Hang and SU hang. Each at 5 minutes each.
                              Following hang I jelqed for 5 minutes to restore blood flow. Also while hanging I applied a rice sock to encourage more blood and stretching to occur. Also during this hang I did 300 Kegels and about tensed a muscle doing so.
                              Following this jelq I went right back into a SU Hang at 16 Lbs for an additional 10 minutes. Also applied a rice sock to encourage more flow and stretching. While hanging I did 100 Kegels and 30 Situps
                              Afterward I Jelqed for 5 minutes to restore blood flow. Then went into a traction wrap with another rice sock for 15 minutes.
