My Progress log of Penis Enlargement
Hi my fellow Pegym Mates ,my name is Bigdreams7 and this is my progress log.
My Beginning
I first knew about Penis enlargement when i was 17 years old,came across a site which was selling products on penis enlargement and at first i thought it was fake but later when i found few free exercises i gave it a try.I was could see the results but was not really into it.
Later in the years i found hacked usernames and password for Penis Health and Penis Advantage and was doing the exercises from them ...gained like 0.5 inch in length but after a while the gains went away as i joined a university for further studies and left the exercises .
I found this site did PE for sometime On and Off ....but then got into a relationship and left the exercises.After a year or so i began the exercises from this site again this time committed and willing to be patient.
At the beginning of this year i started doing JP's Routine did it for like a month or so than began to miss few days in between.Maximum 2 months and than i did my own routine .
I started at BPEL 5.8 inches (Before beginning JP's Routine)and As of May End was 6.3 inches(i uploaded Some Pictures)
My starting EG was 4.7 inch ....currently havent measured it yet as my main focus is length.Once i reach my goal in length than will focus on girth.
My Current Routine For 3 months is;
Warm up 3-5min
Helishake -20 reps/5sec
stretches -left,right,up,down.front (30sec hold each)
Helishake -20 reps/5sec
Circular stretch (10 reps) Clockwise + anti Clockwise
Helishake -20 reps/5sec
Side to Side stretch (1 rep is from left to right x 50)
Helishake -20 reps/5sec
stretches -left,right,up,down.front (20 pc flex while holding each side )
Helishake -20 reps/5sec
Jelqs (wet)-200 reps Pc flex in between 50 reps
Helishake -20 reps/5sec
Warm up 3-5min
i m 22 years old right now and have one year of uni left so m gona give it my best in PE
Current GOALs for one year
BPEL 7 inches
Erect Girth 5 Inches
Started with my own modified routine on Friday 8th,May 2015 BPEL 5.8 inch EG 4.7 inch (stopped watching porn)
Saturday REST DAY (no porn)
Sunday (PE) + NO PORN
Monday (PE)+ NO PORN
Tuesday (PE) + NO PORN
Wednesday REST DAY (no porn)
Thursday (PE) + NO PORN SO FAR Positive PI's
