Goal: Girth, more the better.
Started PE carrer on:
Date: 17/07/’14:
BPEL: 6,889” - MSEG: 4,724” - BG: 4,921”.
Routine:
3 sets of 3 min. Warm-up with hot wrap.
30 sec. Stretches (out, up, down, left and right).
10 min. Dry jelq (3-4 sec. Per stroke).
3 sets of 3 min. Warm-down with hot wrap.
1 ON / 1 OFF
Date: 17/09/'14
Switched to 2 ON / 1 OFF and add 5 more minutes on dry jelq.
Date: 18/01/’15 (end of newbie routine):
BPEL: 18,5 cm
MSEG: 12 cm
BG: 12,5 cm
*Measurements taken 48 hours after the last PE session.
Routine from 18/01/'15 to 17/04/'15:
3 sets of 3 minutes warm up (hot wash cloth)
1 set of 30 sec. stretches, left, right, up and down.
1 set of 20 sec. helicopter-shake (left and right)
7 minutes dry-jelq
5 minutes clamping
7 minutes dry-jelq
Gained none.
Current routine:
3 sets of 3 minutes warm up (hot wash cloth)
1 set of 30 sec. flaccid bends: left, right, up and down
15 minutes dry-jelq
10 minutes clamping
5 minutes edging
Next measurement: 17/06/'15
After all that, should have gained a little girth by now. But it's fine, got plenty of years to PE.
