Im going to start using Size genetics along with manual stretching to try to add more erect lenght, 1 inch would be awesome.
I am experienced on PE but never put much work into extending, I have done hanging for a few months and made all kinds of gains in terms of ligaments (SD and BTC for up to 30lbs) my LOT is 6 and exit point very low.
After that I tried the tunica angles like SU, Ots but didnt get any results as its also kind of hard to setup all shit put much time everyday.
I work much on computer so extending is ideal to put at least 4-6 hours everyday,along with manuals and heat between 1 hour sets.
I also clamped and have a penomet but i was advised to try first to gain as much lenght as possible before moving to hardcore girth work.
Should I maintain at least a light girth work like jelqing and 1 set of clamping every other day?
My current erect size is about 16.5 cm bpel and 12.5 cm mseg (6.5 x 5.0 inches).
Im from europe so I prefer to use Centimeters.
Im extending with all bars except the biggest one, so its about 18cm while on extender, I start with lowest tension 300g? and increase more each set until 1200g.
It feels comfortable , should I be stretching more? Heard something about 1.5 inch past bpel ???
