    Hello everyone


    Im going to start using Size genetics along with manual stretching to try to add more erect lenght, 1 inch would be awesome.


    I am experienced on PE but never put much work into extending, I have done hanging for a few months and made all kinds of gains in terms of ligaments (SD and BTC for up to 30lbs) my LOT is 6 and exit point very low.
    After that I tried the tunica angles like SU, Ots but didnt get any results as its also kind of hard to setup all shit put much time everyday.


    I work much on computer so extending is ideal to put at least 4-6 hours everyday,along with manuals and heat between 1 hour sets.


    I also clamped and have a penomet but i was advised to try first to gain as much lenght as possible before moving to hardcore girth work.


    Should I maintain at least a light girth work like jelqing and 1 set of clamping every other day?






    My current erect size is about 16.5 cm bpel and 12.5 cm mseg (6.5 x 5.0 inches).


    Im from europe so I prefer to use Centimeters.


    Im extending with all bars except the biggest one, so its about 18cm while on extender, I start with lowest tension 300g? and increase more each set until 1200g.


    It feels comfortable , should I be stretching more? Heard something about 1.5 inch past bpel ???

    Today I hope to get 8 hours in.

    I attached a pic of my setup right now, stretching with all bars except the biggest one, so about 18 cm.

      I felt a burning sensation on the shaft today, hope its a good sign to make some gainzzzzzz

      This week I hope to get more than 4 hour everyday!

        Week total= 35 hour

        Total = 70 hours

        So im averaging about 5 hours per day + manuals , its not bad but could be better.

        First measure only at 200 hours. Since im not adding more rod lenght until then, just adjusting the tension.

          Total = 105 hours

          Getting the hang of this now, added 2 elastics and binder clips to prevent the noose from slip and seems perfect!!!

            Very bad week in terms of time and privacy to extend, still just missed one day

            Week total= 20 hours

            Total = 125 h

            Keeping the tension on 900g/1200g right now until i Hit the 200/250hours mark to check any bpel gains.

            Flaccid is hanging lower and seems heavier but still no noticeable erect gains.

                BP Stretched Flaccid lenght = 17.5 cm , so about 6.90 inches.

                I will keep the track of this too, it seems from other guys that it may go UP first than BPEL.

                    Good luck man. A lot of members have made gains once they hit the 1,000 hour mark. You can do it!

                      Thank you, my plan is to reach 1000 and even more. For now is just to keep consistent until the 250/300h mark and measure bpsfl and bpel.
