    Greeting ladies and Gentleman,

    So like marshawn lynch says "you know why am i here"

    I figured it will be a great idea to start keeping logs of my PE workouts in order to stay on track and motivate others.

    I suffer from ED and Pre ejaculation I started my PE workout since February 2015. I have made significant gains in Size.
    My starting size was BPEL was 5.5"
    My current size is now 6.6"


    However, i was doing the exercise wrong. i watch porn while doing the exercise, my PI was not good but some how i made the gains. Oh yea.

    I recently joined this website a month ago and immediately started the JP 90 days.This was the best idea.I am now getting good PIs. I have quit the usage of porn and will continue not to use it. This forum have great articles and ideas that i know it will help cure my ED and pre ejaculation.

    I will measure my "bestmode" and start keeping track of my workout logs in the next post.

    Good job on starting a log.
    Nice gains, and that in such a short period of time.
    I got my hopes up, as i started PE a week ago.

    BPEL 6.5" measured 3rd july 2015.

      Thanks. I was really focusing on curing my ed and pre E but i am very happy that those gains came out of no where. I am also looking forward for your progress log. I know you will make significant gains.

        BPFSL=7.0

        EG=5.2

        F.G = 4.8

        FL = 7

        Three month Goal

        cure my ED/Pre Ejaculation

        BPEL=7.0

        EG=5.5

        Six Month Goal

        BPEL=7.5

        EG=5.9

          Great job man! I hope I get those gains too! I will probably measure when one month has passed, so far I'm on my 2 rest days of week 2. Keep it up!

            Congrats on the blog. I'm just about to finish my first jp90 routine at the end of the week. Have you incorporated kegels into your routine yet?

                Thank you. i also want to congrats you on the start of jp90. His program have definitely help me a lot and it will also help you. Yes i do regular Kegels.I have notice that i do a lot of regular kegels. I recently started doing reverse Kegels over the past week. I hoping in time it will balance things out.

                        Thanks so much for the praise. It was a surprise when i got over an inch. I am looking forward for more gains too.

                          JP 90 days routine

                          warm up-
                          7 mins

                          Basic Stretching Exercises =20 mins
                          Helicopter Shakes and stretch up for 5 mins with reverse kegels
                          Helicopter shakes and stretch down for 5 mins with reverse kegels
                          Helicopter shakes and stretch left for 5 mins with reverse kegels
                          Helicopter shakes and stretch right for 5 mins with reverse kegels

                          WET Jelqing =15 mins
                          I was about 20-35 percent erected
                          in all together it was wet jelling session

                          V JELQS =
                          15 MINS
                          i was about 40-60 percent erected
                          This is a new exercise for me
                          It got me a lil turn on but i kept on stoping to get the batboy down.


                          Overall
                          The Tuesday session was great. I was a lil rushed because i had to attend a meeting but it felt great doing it.

                          my morning mood was not there as soon as i woke up. However, it got erected as soon as i got up and brush my teeth.

                          I am looking forward for next session.

                            JP 90 days routine

                            warm up= 10 mins

                            Basic Stretching Exercises =20 mins
                            Helicopter Shakes and stretch up for 5 mins with reverse kegels
                            Helicopter shakes and stretch down for 5 mins with reverse kegels
                            Helicopter shakes and stretch left for 5 mins with reverse kegels
                            Helicopter shakes and stretch right for 5 mins with reverse kegels
                            I like doing the reverse Kegels. I think it will help balance my pc muscle.

                            WET Jelqing=25 mins
                            I kept getting erected while doing the wet Jelqing but overall i had a good session

                            V JELQS =6 mins
                            I decided to do more wet jelling instead of V Jelqs. I plan on doing more V Jelqs
                            tomorrow.

                            EDGING =25 Mins
                            This was my second time EDGING this week. I EDGE 3 times a week. I EDGE on Monday,Wednesday and Friday. During my Wednesday EDGING, I did not reach to PONR. However, i kept getting erected off and on.

                            OVERALL
                            The wednesday session was a success. I took my time in all exercise.
                            My Morning wood came as soon as i got up to brush my teeth.

                            I am looking forward for the next session.

                              JP 90 days routine

                              I am starting to do well with reverse keyless. I did it all day today. I really need to do more in order to balance my PC MUSCLE

                              WET/V jelqing V =30 mins
                              i was 20 percent erected. I mixed regular Jelqing with V Jelqing. i speed up the speed and slow it down to about three seconds.

                              No edging today . i plan on doing it tomorrow (friday)

                              Overall
                              Thursday session was great. i completed the workout under an hour. I did not go to work today. however, i had sex on my mind all day. I took a nap and had a an intense sex dream. WOW. i wish it was reality. I am looking forward for that soon. hehe
