I figured it will be a great idea to start keeping logs of my PE workouts in order to stay on track and motivate others.
I suffer from ED and Pre ejaculation I started my PE workout since February 2015. I have made significant gains in Size.
My starting size was BPEL was 5.5"
My current size is now 6.6"
However, i was doing the exercise wrong. i watch porn while doing the exercise, my PI was not good but some how i made the gains. Oh yea.
I recently joined this website a month ago and immediately started the JP 90 days.This was the best idea.I am now getting good PIs. I have quit the usage of porn and will continue not to use it. This forum have great articles and ideas that i know it will help cure my ED and pre ejaculation.
I will measure my "bestmode" and start keeping track of my workout logs in the next post.
