    Hey Everyone,

    After realising the benefits of keeping a structured account of my PE journey, I decided to give it a go! I have a lot more time on my hands at the moment, so I figured that this would be an easy way to keep track of my PI's and my goals

    I have been doing PE since 02/05/2015 (that's May the 2nd for all you Americans lol) and so far I have really enjoyed it and the benefits it has brought with it I did do PE for about a week during August of last year, but stopped due to a case of hard flaccid that still persists today.

    However, I decided that waiting helplessly for my penis to heal was pointless, and so am back here to fix it myself, using reverse kegals to undo years of subconscious kegaling during masturbation, and light PE to help fix any vascular damage that may have been caused by jelqing too hard. So far the results have been positive.

    Starting: (02/05/2015)
    BPEL: 6.15 inches
    NBPEL: 5.7 inches
    MEG: 5.1 inches
    BPFL: 4.7 inches
    NBPFL: 3.9 inches
    MFG: 4.3 inches
    BPFSL: 5.9 inches (Measured on May 16th)

    1 Month:
    BPEL: 6.3 inches
    NBPEL: 6 inches
    MEG: 5.3 inches
    BPFL: 4.9 inches
    NBPFL: 4.1 inches
    MFG: 4.1 inches (Decreased- likely due to high variability in flaccid size)
    BPFSL: 5.9 inches

    2 Months:
    BPEL: 6.45 inches
    NBPEL: 6.05 inches
    MEG: 5.4 inches
    BPFL: 4.9 inches
    NBPFL: 4.1 inches
    MFG: 4.3 inches
    BPFSL: 6.5 inches

    3 Months:
    BPEL: 6.65 inches (Gain of 0.5 inches!)
    NBPEL: 6.2 inches (Gain of 0.5 inches!)
    MEG: 5.55 inches (Gain of 0.45 inches!)
    BEG: 5.65 inches (First time measuring, but almost certainly gained same as MEG)
    BPFL: 4.9 inches (Gain of 0.2 inches)
    NBPFL: 4.1 inches (Gain of 0.2 inches)
    MFG: 4.3 inches (Gain of 0.2 inches)
    BFG: 5 inches (First time measuring)
    BPFSL: 6.5 inches (Gain of 0.6 inches!)

      My Routine:

      At the moment I'm keeping things nice and simple/light so I don't aggravate my hard flaccid problem. For that reason, I chose PESG's routine instead of going with the JP90 as I did last time.

      Basically my routine consists of this.
      - 15 minutes warm up using a rice sock
      - Stretches in all directions (SO, SU, Left, Right, Circle Stretches Clockwise and Anticlockwise)
      All Stretches are held for 25 kegals/reverse kegals, alternating each time. This adds up to about 40 seconds each.
      -10 minutes of jelqing, using a light grip. Each jelq takes about 5 seconds
      -No warm down or cool down to speak of
      -Done on a 2 on, 1 off routine.
      -On the second day of PE during the routine, I edge for 15 mins (worked up from 10 mins from the first month) I do not ejaculate this time. On my rest days, I edge for the same time, but this time do ejaculate ( trying to keep ejaculation to a minimum as it aggravates hard flaccid somewhat)

        No PE today, rest day. Edged for 15 mins followed by ejaculation. Gotta hand it to edging, in 1 and a half months it's almost cured me of my lifelong moderate premature ejaculation problem That and a daily routine of reverse kegals (haven't introduced regular kegals yet except for when I'm doing my stretches, my hard flaccid still persists and this may be due to too much tension in my pelvic floor) Being able to last longer feels like it has increased my confidence more than any penis size gains! What's the point of having a perfectly sized dick if it's only in there for 2 minutes lol.

          Had a pretty good session today, PI's were good afterwards- not alot of turtling which is nice. Just did my basic routine- didn't see the need for any variations during it.

          I decided against doing my reverse kegals today as I fear I may have been working them too hard as I took very few rest days. Will probably take this time to look into a more structured reverse kegal routine instead of just 200 random ones throughout the day.

            Just finished a late night PE session. Finished at 2 am on the 23rd as I was too lazy to do PE during the day.

            Disappointed as I ejaculated at around 10:30 tonight before my PE, and so did not edge afterwards like I was supposed to.

            Ligaments felt fatigued during stretches, especially when I stretched left and right. Hopefully this is an indicator of plastic deformation occuring, and will lead to some gains on my next measurement.

              No PE today, rest day. Just did 15 mins edging followed by ejaculation.

              Flaccid felt nice and plump for most of the day, although there were a few occasions where the hard flaccid returned. However, nowhere near as severe as when I first started.

              Didn't do reverse kegals again today, definitely starting again tomorrow, and will probably only do them on PE days.

                Another PE session down Felt pretty good, although wasn't happy that I was interrupted for a few minutes halfway through my stretches and again about 2 minutes before finishing my jelqs, but what can you do?

                Even though I definitely said I would start a reverse kegal routine today, I never got around to researching a good one. Tomorrow for sure lol.

                  Quite disappointed with my self as I accidentaly "let go" during my edging session directly after doing my routine. Will try to eliminate this in the future, as I am trying to control my orgasms, but unfortunately the thought of edging without coming at the end bores me at the moment :/ Will try and start again next time.

                  Other than that, the PE session was pretty good. Flaccid was a bit firm for most of the day so I decided to go a little lighter today, especially with the jelqs.

                    Rest day, did 15 mins of edging to porn, followed by ejaculation. Got some good expansion and had such a good erection I was tempted to measure it Will hold off until next month though. Can't wait to see what's changed down there.

                      Nice progress. I can relate to that need to ejaculate after edging, but i see much better PI's when holding it.

                      I'm very surprised that your BPFSL did not improve, is this because of the hard flaccid?

                        I was also confused when I didn't see any BPFSL gains, but I have a feeling this was simply due to inconsistent measurements. Even though BPFSL measurements seem to be much more stable than normal flaccid measurements, I guess some inconsistencies are possible. I guess we'll see if this is the case in about 4 days (next measurement).

                          27/06/2015:


                          Finished another good session, used a slightly higher erection level to jelq, but nothing major. Switched from 30-40% to 50-60%. Will probably switch back tomorrow, but I'm not overly concerned about my exact erection level for jelqing.

                          -Did 15 min warm up
                          -Usual stretches in all directions, held for 25 kegals/reverse kegals
                          -10 min jelqing

                          Flaccid improvement have seemed to slow down considerably, as the level of firmness over the past 2 weeks has been very similar. Going to try drinking more water. Should help things somewhat, and I definitely don't drink enough at the moment.

                            Had a good session today, but once again I ejaculated during my edging session! :/ Made it to the 15 min mark before I accidentally nutted. As my second month doing PE finishes, I am going to focus on my control for the next month. I'm also going to start again at 10 mins of edging.

                            -Today, did 15 min warm up
                            -Stretches in all directions for 25 K/RK
                            -10 min jelqing at a low erection level
                            -15 min edging (ejaculated)

                              Rest day today, only did 20 min edging with ejaculation at end.

                              One thing I did notice today was the lack of a turtled flaccid despite the fact that I ejaculated twice yesterday. Before restarting PE, when I didn't monitor when I ejaculated, my flaccid would go stiff for at least a day due to hard flaccid. Yesterday was the first time I have masturbated like I did pre-PE, and there was no turtling at all, in fact, I had a good flaccid hang all day. This little bit of progress will definitely help keep me motivated, and shows that PE has so far been very good for my dick
