    Been meaning to start one of these to keep track. Recently starting a new routine. Very well conditioned and recently took up clamping which I love. Hopefully that'll help me get the girth I want. This routine is a combination routine. I know I'd probably gain more in strictly length or girth but I like to slowly gain both. And I never really used to "warm-up or down" but I made a rice sock and I hope it'll help the gaining process.

    Currently 8.6 x 5.2

    4x a week: Mon., Tues, Thurs., Fri.

    Today:
    Morning...
    10 min rice sock
    12 x Tension stretches (10 sec each)

    Later afternoon...
    5 min rice sock
    5 min tunica warm up stretches ( A-stretch, tunica tug, light squeezes, etc)
    130x Wet Jelqs
    25 min of clamping ( usually do 30min but loss erection slightly so cut it short)
    10-15 min rice sock


    On days off, depending on PI's, I warm up with rice sock 10 min with tunica warm up stretches then clamp for 20-30 min. PI's are usually great most days.

    Did a 20 min short edging session today. Edging to me is good active recovery and a good way to let off steam

      Had a great workout this morning.

      10 min warm-up(rice sock)
      150 x wet jelqs
      35 min clamp
      During clamping I did 5 min of 30 sec stretches(straight up), 5 min of Bends( 5 sec each direction), then 10 min of 10 sec squeezes, and edged for the rest of the 35 min.
      Finished with 15 min warm down(rice sock)


      Got great expansion today. Definitely looked and felt bigger during clamping. Should of clamped a long time ago.

        By the way if anyone reading this has tips, success, or anything about Clamping feel free to post here. Always curious what others have done and how long it took to see real clamping gains. THANKS!

          Have had too much time on my hands today haha. Did some kegels to keep the PC muscles strong.

          10sets of 50 quick kegels
          10 sets of 20 sec holds

            Last night got a another nice 40 min clamp session in


            This Morning session:

            150 x wet jelqs
            35 min Clamp ( 5 min of 30 sec straight stretch, 10 min of 5 sec bends in all direction, 10 min of squeezes, edge for the rest)
            10 min warm down ( rice sock)

                Rest day today. Might do some edging later today if I feel the urge to or have time. At least 20 min or so.

                          Definitely starting to see some more over all thickness. It does feel slightly bigger but want to hold off measuring for a little while longer.

                            Rest day yesterday Good morning session this morning. Just got the AB silicon anti-turtling see how it works. Tried it yesterday worked fine. However, a pain to get on and after a hour or not even the head gets purple and cold. Do't know if I put on wrong or if I'm just a little too girthy. Good to wear for at least a half hour after PE.

                            ** Found that when I do jelqs before clamping get a much better erection and expansion. Makes sense.
