Hey guys I recently decided to take the time to make a log due to how well last night went with my wife. I had increased eq, bigger size and noticeably better stamina( not that I have a problem with that one anyway..) And I know it was all from the last few weeks of pe I've been doing. I know it will be much easier to improve if I keep track of what I'm doing. Will be posting my first log today in a bout 30 minutes!

Warmed up with 10 minutes fowfers and 2 minutes of heat for sort of a hybridized warm up.... Noticed that heat seems to make my dick "looser" as opposed to the fowfers. Proceeded to helicopter shakes and stretches in all directions with them being held to the count of 25 levels and reverse levels each. Moved on to 150 jelqs which went well but I did not get as big as usual. After that I went on to 90 v jelqs and then finally warmed down with a hot shower. Did a few minutes of edging In The shower but did not have time for much.Starting( 6/22/15):

20 mins edging... I felt monstrous while edging so I decided to measure.... 6 x 4.5! My length has definitely increased but I think I measured my girth wrong on the past because it felt normal maybe slightly bigger. Updating with new stats to help keep accuracy...Starting( 6/22/15):
