    I've been a lurker in PEgym for 1-2 years but finally decided to take accountability.
    I hope some other lurkers become motivated to train after reading about my progress and my experiences.
    I've always been money with girls but I want to take it to the next level.
    I know that size doesn't matter (to an extent) but I want the girls that I'm going to sleep with to feel more of me. and deep down, a big penis doesn't hurt. at least for the guys ha ha

    and for the average-small weenies out there, this is your story!

          Thank you Hardcore. I love your support and your gains! haha
          I tried PE on and off for few days before but its one of those things I believe that you have to put in constant effort.
          and I am starting from the newbie routine (babbi), not even JonPop's routine.

          But what I remember was that my dick did in fact seem fuller and EQ was up only after 1-2 sessions. It takes dedicated regimen to convert that into growth, from cm to inches.
          I'm ready to do that and I hope that any other lucky individual whos reading this post right now as a lurker will remember what he reads and convert his enthusiasm into action. Because you will only regret it if you never try.

          on a side note, PE is one of those things that are always on the back of your mind. So eventually you will come around and try to exercise. but its much better if you start earlier. so start now! with me!!

          sorry this was supposed to be progress log but I started blabbing. I'll update my log every month and show you my results. Keep in check for me.

              Okay, I took a look at others' progress logs and they have made their entries very extensively..
              I will try to do so as well, and keep updates in regards to my routine, condition, PI, etc.

              Session 1: (Had a session 0 last Tuesday - but warm-up for 10 minutes and only stretches)

              Friday, 2/5/2010
              Routine
              Warm-up 10-15 min
              50 Jelqs (5 seconds)
              5 rotating stretches left, each last 30 seconds
              5 rotating stretches right, "

              for my first jelq session, I wanted to keep it really light so I could experiment with my erection level/the actual process..
              and instead of 3 seconds, I wanted to extend it a little bit more so I can push it slower and feel it more.

              for this first month, I am going to follow 1 on, 2 off routine. and take measurements every day before PE day.
              and last but not least, I am Jelqing with baby oil.

                Session 2:

                Monday, 2/8/2010
                Routine
                Warm-up 15 min
                50 Jelqs (5~6 sec)
                5 rotating stretch left
                5 rotating stretch right
                10-15 min edging

                PI: penis remains bigger flaccid and feels heavier. It looks the biggest after edging.

                Comments:
                Implementing a 1 day on, 2 days off program
                Edging really helps with the EQ I believe; my penis remains big for a few hours after PE, which is definitely a positive indicator. I jelq first with baby oil, then I wash the oil away with warm-hot water before stretching. This helps keep everything warm and keeps the blood flowing.
                I will probably take my first measurement after starting PE on Fri or Sat. It will be after my third session. I feel like I have definitely grown; my member looks and feels really healthy. and if it didn't grow its fine as well.. I feel that the EQ benefits from PE is already worth the time and the dedication going into this.

                  Session 3:

                  Thursday, 2/11/10
                  Routine
                  Warm-up 15 min with rice sock
                  55 Jelqs (5-6 seconds)
                  *break 5 min with heat*
                  5 rotating stretches left 30 seconds each
                  5 rotating stretches right 30 seconds each
                  30 min edging/ballooning

                  PI: still feels bigger and heavier than before. a little bit of turtling after 2-3 hours, but on the good side I feel.

                  Comments:
                  Including the edging session, the whole process took more than an hour.. :O
                  I try to do 5 sets of 12 jelqs for 5 min stretching, but I make sure that my jelqs are long and thorough. I notice that even 5 second stroke seems very quick for me at times.. and I make sure that I rest 30 sec- 1min in between the jelqs so I don't get too hard. I try to start at 20% erection and it usually ends up at around 60% by the end of the first set. Therefore I relax and do some kegels and reverse kegels while giving my member a chance to get back to its normal size.
                  While stretching I give heat in between the sessions.. so I perform 2-4 sets and then apply heat for a min then start again..
                  I studied the forum and realized that edging and ballooning are different even though they are very similar so.. I am trying to blow my load every 3 sessions.. So today's session was edging without ejac.. I'll get to ballooning with holding the vein down a few months from now..
                  I realized that I can't get fully aroused without porn.. but I am okay with it for now and I'll change as I need to.. but for now the porn gets me up and then I can do the edging/ballooning.
                  My first measurement after starting PE is going to be tomorrow. I took a quick measurement today and I realized that I have gained.. A LOT!!! but I am going to be accurate with my measurements tomorrow and I will post the results back here. I am only going to report the MINIMUM that I have gained.. because the measurements can fluctuate depending on inconsistencies... but check out my results tomorrow because it looks very positive for me. and its thanks to my increase in EQ which attributes to early growth (someone wrote this on the forum but I forgot who.. giving them credits)

                    2/12/2010 Measurements: (first measurement after starting PE)

                    BPEL 5 1/2" (very close)
                    NBPEL 5 1/10"
                    EG 4 6/10"
                    BEG 5"

                    Comments: There are inconsistencies in measurements so I only put in the approximate values.. For example, If I bone press hard on my measurements I am past 5 1/2" and more closer to 5 3/4".. so I would rather press lightly on the bone and try to average the measurements instead..
                    In addition, the NBPEL also is an approximation.. because depending on how I measure it it can go upto 5 1/4"... so its my mistake with the measurements.

                    BUT so far... SO DAMN GOOD after 3 sessions (!!!) I have gained at least 1/10" in both length and girth.. and the gains that I am posting are very conservative.

                    I am going to implement what I did once more again and post my second measurements afterwards.
                    Program: 1 day on, 2 days off - for 3 exercise days. then measurements.

                      PI: My penis felt a little sore after the Jelq and edging, like muscle fatigue. but it felt good..
                      Comments: Decided to alternate by going for the stretches before jelqing for the next 3 sessions.

                        Comments: I'm using baby oil for my edging and jelqing sessions, but I notice that as time goes on my penis skin seems to get a little red and sensitive due to irritation. any comments on what I'm doing wrong or need to change the lube?..

                          my session 6:

                          Saturday, 2/20/10

                          5 sets of 15 Jelqs (4-5 seconds)
                          20 min edging/ballooning with ejac

                          Comments:
                          -I made sure my jelqs really push the blood up the penis.. felt a little sore after workout. I'm learning how to jelq better and giving a little more pressure during each session.
                          -My member looked bigger than ever while ballooning so I took my measurement tape out and measured.. I'm getting measurements of ~5 1/2 BPEL and ~5 1/4 NBPEL, which is a hair longer than my measurement from 3 sessions ago. so good progress.. but going to take official measurement tomorrow which is no PE day. If it really sticks then I got 1/4 inch gain.. but really not sure if I will get the same measurement tomorrow.

                          It's the end of Babbis beginner routine. I'm going to take measurments tomorrow and post my results from the newbie program.. I'm going to follow it up with the week-long cementing stretch and then take 2 weeks off PE before starting this program again.. or depending on my overall results from this program I'll see what program I will do in the future.

                          I know I'm just posting this to myself to keep in check but hopefully I can motivate others to start a log/a dedicated PE program if they haven't.. and thanks for reading

                              Measurements after babbis newbie program
                              -on day 2 of 7 days cementing stretch

                              very happy with my progress so far.. I am going to stretch and decon break a week (even 2 weeks sound too long!!) and then come back and start the exercises provided on the main page. can't wait for the next 1/4" to come
