    Hi guys

    I'm still new to PE, but after two months it's time to start my log. I have read so much on this forum and I wish to start off thanking you guys.

    I will talk about my first two months now:
    The first month of PE, I did it religiously. 2days on, 1 off. 20 min stretching followed by 20 minutes of wet jelqs. To end my workout I kegeled and edged (often followed by an orgasm)
    I was very satisfied with my results the first month. Mainly EQ, but still awesome results. My erections felt very hard. Main reason for this must've been the jelqs.

    This month my biggest problem was privacy. I didn't really have any alone time to do the excercises correctly. Taking long showers might be a solution. The only PE I did was stretching, because I can do that quietly when my gf is asleep. I know this sounds ridiculous. But I rather not tell her about PE.
    I tried to kegel but wasn't consistent enough.
    The stretching does have an effect on my flaccid length, but it fluctuates a lot. I hope my erect lenght will follow.
    I'm planning to measure myself the first of August, after two months of PE.

    The privacy problem will solve itself in a few months, because we don't live together. But in a few years we will.

    Today I stretched my usual routine.
    3x 60sec left, right, up, out and the circle. I always try to stretch more to the right because of my left curve.

    I edged for half an hour without cumming. My penis was hard and big, so EQ is still ok. I really think I have gained in size. Looking forward to measure him in a couple of days.

    One last thought, I read sometimes about guys who only stretch. Because of privacy issues, that's what I'm doing as well. So perhaps it's not that bad. At least not as long as I make progress.

      Yo storm

      First of all welcome to the gym

      Most of the guys who are only stretching are most likely aiming for lenght first and girth later.

      Currently i am only stretchinf but i try to jelq as often as i can in the shower... when i feel like it.

      So eventhough you have limited privacy, stretching "only" isnt bad at all. Maybe later after you gained some lenght, you can start working on your girth.

          Today I jelqed 10 min, edged 20 min (couldn't resist cumming in the end ) and later I stretched as well. I'm also going to kegel everyday, except rest days.

          I measured my unit while edging. Nbpel was 16cm (6.3 in) and bpel was 17 cm (6.7 in). I'm peing for almost 2 months, and I reached my short term goal.
          I started at nbpel 14.5 cm (5.7 in) but after a week I reached 15 cm (5.9 in), so I assume those gains were mostly EQ.

          This is a great feeling. Next goal is nbpel 17cm.

            After my first jelq session in a long time, I see a dark spot on my shaft.
            Today is rest day. Perhaps I'm going to edge a bit, for fun.

            Yesterday I also started with stretching my scrotum. I hope my balls will hang lower by doing so. Also thinking of permanently adding erect bending to my routine.

            I'm also really thinking about quitting porn. I have never had a problem, but the AP-thread and some clips on youtube start to convince me. Only problem is: I really like it from time to time. I wouldn't call me addicted, but when I used to masturbate, porn was the way to do it. So perhaps it's a habit I have to change? My ejaculations when I don't use porn are always much better, so that's a good thing.
            Still doubting. At this point, I try to minimize my use of porn, preferably I use pictures instead of videos.

              30/07

              yesterday was rest day. Today I'm doing this routine:

              Stretching penis + scrotum. I stretch for 1 min, 3 reps
              jelqing or edging + erect bending. 20-30 min
              100 kegels

              This will be my new regular routine.

              If I can, I add jelqing to my routine.

                small update
                I jelqed a bit today before edging. But I hadn't lube with me, so I did it single handed. (I'm uncut) I still felt a lot of circulation. Still a bit unsure if I neglect my base or not. I try to start very low, but the blood only builds up near the top of my penis. I'm a little bit worried to get the baseball effect. Perhaps I should try reverse jelqs, or something else?

                  Yesterday and the day before were very bad. I PEed little to nothing, exept kegeling and edging. I masturbated a lot. Much of wich was with porn. It's a strange thing. I don't feel addicted but when I tasted a bit of porn, I couldn't stop. I feel like a horny teenager again. My penis needed rest, so no PE yesterday.

                  Perhaps I really should try to cut off porn for good. I never saw porn as a bad thing, just something you can use sometimes to get off. It helped with the stress I had these past few days. But it went out of hand, jerked off 3 times yesterday. Really feels like a dissapointment.
                  I did had an amazing big flacid, thou. Perhaps that's not a good sign, I think my little friend needs some rest.

                  Enough about the self pity. Today is day one of AP.

                  Today I'll stretch and do some kegels. Won't have the privacy to jelq or edg.

                    So today I'm officially two months in. My routine has changed a bit due to privacy issues.
                    I have measured:

                    nbpel: 16cm or 6 1/4 in +1.5cm(0.6in)
                    bpel: 17cm or 6.7 in +1.5cm(0.6in)
                    meg: not sure about this. I used a measuring tape for the first time. I measured twice. One time I saw 14 cm (5.5in), couple of hours later (I had ejaculated the first time) I measured 13 cm (5.1in). It's unclear if my first measurements of 2 months ago were correct. He does feel fuller, but I could be mistaken. I will redo the measurment tomorrow. + 0-1cm (0-0.4in)

                    I'm not gonna post this in the succes forum yet. Perhaps after 6 or 12 months. These might still be newbie gains.

                    This last week there hasn't been any gains like u can see. But I'm still very happy with the results of these past months. PE won't leave my life soon. Like I already said a week ago, I have met my short term goals.

                    About my gf: We haven't had sex in a while, but one time we were up in the middle of the night. We went to the toilet,because she was feeling sick. I sleep naked and didn't bother in putting clothes on. I caught her looking at my flaccid multiple times. It does looks like it has almost doubled in size. Felt pretty good. When I started with PE, flaccid size wasn't important. But I have to admit, having big flaccid is awesome
                    At this moment, I doubt she would feel any difference if we would have sex again. My erect gains aren't sufficient I guess.


                    Routine today:
                    stretching, edging, kegels, scrotum stretches. I wanted to do some jelqs, but I have tired my friend enough, I think.

                        I found it strange that after stretching and jelqing my penis turtled up, but after edging with ejaculation it stayed big for hours.

                          haven't changed my routine the past few days.
                          Some thoughts:
                          Sometimes I really feel the stretches working, sometimes I don't feel a thing.
                          One day, I stretched a lot (not too intensive, but 3 reps of each stretch, so let's say 30 min workout). Afterwards, my penis wasn't that big at all. I edged and he still stayed small afterwards. Couple of hours later I edged again with ejaculation. The rest of the day I was big, warm and meaty. It's great, but feel like the opposite of what some guys say on this forum. I have to add that it doesn't happen that much. Most of the time my penis is bigger after a stretchin session.
                          I do feel that jelqing would be very good for my workout. It's much more intens when I jelq, than when I just stretch. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I don't know if I will grow a lot with this routine. When I think about it, I do have awesome gains, so why do I start worrying so much?
                          Because of a dry period with my gf, I do edge a lot. Half of the times I cum. Instead of edging when I have the privacy, I should jelq.
                          Also, AP isn't working. I'm not watching movies, but started looking at a lot of comic and pictures. They make edging so much easier and effective. I know, If I would quit completly, edging with my imagination should also improve. Just not strong enough.

                            Edging with ejaculation.

                            All in one hour or so.

                            Let's see how he feels tomorrow. If IP aren't perfect I'm going to insert my rest day already tomorrow.

                            Note: I should try to edge without ejaculation. Also I should do it without anything visual.

                              And yet again, I'm thinking of really doing AP. Lately, I'm studying a lot, and I seem to not be able to keep myself away from porn. Feels kind of addictive.
