    Hello! So I took some measurements this evening and they are as follows:

    July 27 205
    BPFL 4.5
    BPFSL 8
    BPEL 6.5
    MEG 5

    I'm not sure if those measurements are good enough. I sort of had stage fright and rushed into an erection. It definitely wasn't my strongest nor did appear to look my longest. However, it was probably pretty average for me.

    Afterward, I did JP90 routine with all the stretches. There was a slight twinge when stretching downward and to the right, but other than that the jelqs and v-jelqs were great.

    I've not thought much about goals, but would be open to ideas for my routine and what my expectations should be. I'm thinking:

    Short Term Goal: BPEL 8.0, MEG 6.0
    Long Term Goal: BPEL 8.0, MEG 6.5

    This is based on my wife's needs and desires. She is not a size queen, but she likes to feel full. I fill her up decently, but I'd like to take it to a new level over time. Thanks for the feedback!

    My first week was a full JP90 and I felt pretty good all week. I took Friday and Saturday off, started up again last night. I've noticed a better hang and overall a more girthy flaccid. However, I've not been able to experiment much with the rest. It was a busy week and weekend, not much action in the bedroom!

    I'll probably give it a full 30 days before making more measurements.

      Wow...one year later and I didn't do any measurements. I have been doing a typical JP90 routine on and off this entire time. Generally, I do it once a week or so. Maybe this will help as a case study in PE as a hobby.

          Well, if the wife was around or I watched adult entertainment, I'd get there a bit quicker. Fortunately, I've never been a porn watcher, so I'll try to get it moving shortly...

            This is a bit shocking. I knew that I was a bit longer, but this is very interesting. I'm going to do another measurement tomorrow to verify. Any thoughts?

              It seems you gained a lot in length!! 0.75'' BPEL it is about 2cm length. How long did it take to gain such length? How is your EQ? Did you work with length routines, why there is no gain in girth?

                The only thing I can think is that my girth will come with more regular exercise and girth specific ones at that. Apparently I have some room for length growth, which is great.

                I would like to be really thick though. Any suggestions appreciated! I haven't done clamping, squeezes, or anything like that. I'll start some research.

                  I gained over 1" in girt following a vainly aggressive pumping routine over a number of years.

                  12/11 NBPEL - 5.1, MSEG - 5
                  01/13 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.1
                  01/14 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.25
                  01/16 NBPEL - 5.4, MSEG - 5.5
                  Fat Pad = 1+/-

                  Real cars have two seats. Everything else is a bus.

                    I've not been back here for awhile...I'm sad to say that I've lost a bit of length and am back down to:

                    BPEL: 7.0"

                    I thought I had cemented the gains, but apparently not well enough. Anyway, I'm back to an on and off JP90 for a few reasons and hope to post up some results after a few weeks.

                    NOT2BIG - Any suggestions on your pumping routine? I've been a bit curious about pumping, but haven't taken the plunge. How do you do it, which equipment, how much time per session?

                      Stats remain the same as previously, but I have not been doing much work at all...I have a pump coming in the next few days, which I hope will allow some more girth gains, in addition to some length from the warm-ups and stretching.
