    STRETCH

    Comments:
    Weekend was spent away and in the company of my girlfriend. Because of lack of privacy and large quantities of sex i wasn't able to get my routine in on either day. This, however, is not acceptable to me. My stretch routine is hardly strenuous or time consuming, so i put my failure to do my routine down to basic laziness. This is not the kind of attitude i need if im going to achieve my goals, so next time i will be forcing myself to find time for my routine.

    Hardly needed a rest day due to not getting my routine done over the weekend. But im trying to fall into a rhythm and so i wrote it off as a rest day anyway. I will be back to my routine with a vengeance this week!

    Utterly failed to do my routine yet again due to lack of time. Got quite annoyed with myself at my poor commitment and vowed to achieve a good routine the following day.

    Much better than the day before. Did a good solid base routine. Good warm up for a full 10mins. Unfortunately the warm down was sub-par as one of my housemates decided to have a shower just as i finished my routine. So only got a 5min warm down with a warm (rather than hot) cloth. Still felt much better to be back on my routine. I will work harder to stay consistent.

    Rest day today, though it was hardly needed. Tomorrow i will make sure i have time for my full routine.

    Not a good day. Tried to do stretching with minimal warming up and was rewarded with the dreaded 'hard turtle'. where the penis retracts fully but remains hard and stiff. It made peeing difficult and was generally a bad experience. Not painful, but worrying nonetheless. It freaked me out quite a lot to say the least. Never again will i neglect warming up properly. Because of this occurance i have decided to take several rest days just to make sure i dont do more damage.

    The effects of the previous days injury appeared to have worn off by morning. A lucky escape in my book! I had morning wood and afterwards my penis had returned to its usual flaccid state. I have decided to keep up rest days until wednesday 27th. I will then do a couple of days at a reduced routine to ease back into it. To anyone doubting the importance of warming up, let this be a lesson you dont have to learn yourselves: always, ALWAYS warm up properly before stretching.
