    I'm starting a log to keep me better motivated and stay on top of things ( hopefully ).

    OK so I plan to use my extender for a while, and then start incorporating the JP90 routine when my penis gets used to the extender.

    Start date : August 04 , 2015

    Routine:
    Warm up : Warm shower
    Excercise : 1 hour extender session with the lowest tension/level available.

    Overall hours extending : 1 hour

    Comments: I plan to do 1 hour sessions for the first week, and then build up ( i.e. add an hour )week by week.
    I will do 5 or 6 days and 1 or 2 off days.

    Here are my initial measurements:

    Routine date: August 05 , 2015

    Routine:
    Warm up : Warm shower
    Exercise : 1 hour extender session with the lowest tension/level available

    Overall hours extending : 2 hours

    Comments: The extender session felt fine. There were a few times when the glans felt cold but no pain, so I pushed some blood flow to the penis by doing a few mini side jelqs with the extender on.

    My penis feels quite tired after the session, no pain whatsoever so I guess there's nothing to worry about.

      Routine:
      No routine today, I am taking a rest day.

      Penis feels OK, no pain just a little bit tired. Erections are still there and looking good.

        Routine date: August 07 , 2015

        Routine:
        Warm up : Warm shower
        Exercise : 1 hour extender session with the lowest tension/level available
        Warm down : 8 minutes warm towel


        Overall hours extending : 3 hours

        Comments: The extender session was OK, felt my penis getting cold again so I went and did the quasi-jelqs to get blood flow. I also found that watching a little porn helps get blood flow quicker to the penis ( I stop watching before I get an erection, so it's just a little bit engorged and with a good head swell ).

        Also found that when the penis gets cold, the head swell disappears. So I constantly have to either do quasi-jelqs or look at some porn.

        Penis felt fine afterwards, not as tired as Day 2. Added warm downs which felt really good, thanks to somang for that piece of information.

          Comments: Forgot to post last night. Still getting used to the feeling of having the extender on. The session felt fine tonight, no pain or tiredness feeling after the session which is great.

          Still having to quasi-jelq to get blood flow to the glans when head swell reduces. One observation today that was different from the previous ones: the glans didn't feel cold at all during the whole extending session.

            Looks like a decent plan so far. What extender are you using?

              No routine today, I am having a rest day.

              Comments:
              Had sex with the wife late last night/early this morning. Penis feels tired, so I decided to give it a rest. Back on it tomorrow.

                Hi Golf1094,

                I'm using a MaleEdge extender I purchased way back. I did plan on using the x4Labs extender but was disappointed with that product, so went back to my trusty old MaleEdge.

                  Ah, okay. I have two extenders of my own. I got them for free from contests and have only used one of the extenders. I got the Phallosan Forte extender and the Size Genetics extender and have only taken the time to use the Phallosan extender. It is a nice all day stretcher that you can wear under your clothes. I will be trying out the other extender in the late future.

                  I hope you gain a lot from using the MaleEdge extender.

                  I started off with JP90 right at the start of finding out about PE. It is a great routine that I think you will like. You can go based off of your PI's (Physiological Indicators) and see how much you want to do with the routine, whether you need to lower the intensity of the workout routine or not. I gained a decent amount from it and I hope you will benefit from it.

                    That's awesome how you got your extenders. I wish I was as lucky as that.

                    I did try the JP90 2 years ago now I think when I first started PE. I didn't really follow through with that as much as I will be with my extender which is a shame really. I plan to incorporate the JP90 in the near future along with my extender sessions to hopefully maximise my gains.

                    Thanks a lot, hopefully we all achieve our goals.

                      Routine date: August 10 , 2015

                      Routine:
                      Warm up : Warm shower
                      Exercise : 1 hour extender session with the lowest tension/level available
                      Warm down : 10 minutes warm towel


                      Overall hours extending : 5 hours

                      Comments: Back on the extender routine today. Still getting acclimated to using the extender. There were a couple of times where, even on the lowest tension setting, I felt that my penis was going to slip from the extender cradle. Had to do quasi-jelqs once more and aid blood flow with some porn just to get a head swell again.

                      No feeling of coldness in the glans. After the session though, I felt some aches on the left side of my shaft. It's important to note here that I had an injury before already on this part of the penis, I then stopped PE for a while to let it heal for a month or so. It seemed to have disappeared, but apparently it has come back. I'm hoping this won't affect my penis extending sessions.

                      I'll see tomorrow how my penis feels, fingers crossed it will be all good. I also plan on warming up with a warm towel from now on. Just to be sure that the right amount of heat is going to the penis for the right amount of time. Because in the shower I can't really monitor how long the penis gets warmed up for.

                        Routine:

                        Overall hours extending : 6 hours

                        Comments: Session felt great today. The amount of times where I needed to watch porn and do the quasi-jelq was less than previous days. Hopefully it's a sign that I'm getting used to the extender.

                        A more important thing to note is that there was virtually no pain on the left side of my shaft after or during the session. I'm quite happy with that.

                        I'm in two minds about increasing the amount of time wearing the extender. Tomorrow will be a week since I started wearing it, and I originally planned to increase by 1 hour each week. I'll see tomorrow how my penis feels, and if after an hour I feel like I can keep going then I will.

                        I plan on edging tomorrow morning when I wake up just to keep things interesting.

                          Routine:

                          Exercise : 1 hour 20 minutes extender session with the lowest tension/level available
                          Warm down : 10 minutes warm towel


                          Overall hours extending : 7 hours 20 minutes

                          Comments: Edged in the morning, which felt great. The extender session at night didn't feel too well though. I was planning on increasing the session to 2 hours but it was a real struggle to get to the 1 hour and 20 mark. So I decided to stop there. Heck it was even tough to get to the hour mark, I went past an hour just to push myself which to an extent didn't end too well.

                          I guess my penis can't handle the load of edging in the morning and then extending at night.

                          There is a little bit of pain on the left side of my shaft again, I'm guessing this only comes from the penis getting tired? Can anyone give any insight on this please? The pain is bearable.

                          I will keep an eye out for P.I.s and start logging them as well from now on. Here's hoping that I didn't damage my self too much and that a day or two of rest would bring me right back to speed with things. I won't be doing edging in the morning and extending at night for now. Just going to focus on extending first.

                            Routine:
                            No routine today, it's a rest day.


                            Overall hours extending : 7 hours 20 minutes

                            Comments: As I said from the previous post I would monitor P.I.'s, so here goes. Woke up today with good morning wood, not great, just good. No pain in the left side of the shaft the whole day. Penis feels a bit tired. All seems good, today was a COMPLETE rest day. Hopefully tomorrow I can go and extend again.

                              Routine:

                              Exercise : 1 hour 20 minutes extender session with the lowest tension/level available
                              Warm down : 8 minutes warm towel

                              Overall hours extending : 8 hours 40 minutes

                              Comments: No morning wood today, penis not feeling tired so it's good. No pain during the day whatsoever, so I decided to do a routine tonight.

                              Felt the coldness of the glans again, so had to do quasi-jelq and watch porn as usual. Overall, I think I could've gone over the 1hour and 20 minute limit. Just didn't want to push it too much this time, because I only had a days rest from the last extending session which I tired my penis out.

                              No pain after the session which is very good.
