    Hi, guys!

    I'm 24 years old, from Serbia. When I was a bit younger, I was really obsessed with my size and thought I was small, but now, when I've read and learned a lot, I see that I'm about average in length, maybe slightly above and from what I've seen here, I think I'm girthy (especially in comparison to length)! BUT, of course I want to be longer! Not much (see my goal in signature), but definitely longer, in realistic boundaries. AND I want to straighten my curves. Yep, curveS, since I'm curved upward and to the left. Not veeery much, but decently curved. I have started the JP 90 about 10 days ago and am determined to finish it, before I change anything (the method of growth). Anyway, I think that I've seen a slight growth in flaccid length already, but my EQ has skyrocketed! It's crazy and it provides me much stronger orgasms! My ex (yeah, I sometimes have sex with my ex) is confused and delighted! I'll be as my nickname and see the results!

        I maybe overtrained yesterday, since I feel moderate pain today and have some turtling. I still have done my training today, but with extremely low forces, so now, a few hours after, I don't feel worse than before training.

        I will generally do my trainings with lower forces in future, to avoid this. Tomorrow is my day off and if I feel good the next day, I'll do the training and if not, I'll make my rest one day longer. Btw, I am on a 2 day on, 1 off routine, since I feel the 5 on, 2 off too stressing. Maybe I'll switch to it in the future.

        Today is my 10th day doing the routine.

          Less turtling today, no pain at all. Probably gonna do the routine tomorrow.

          Damn, just realized, today is my 11th day without porn. Just using pictures from my own collection to masturbate and of course, my imagination. I miss porn, but I'm successfully avoiding it.               it is good you are not using porn.your EQ may drop a little from quitting porn,but that will only be temporary.try to find ways to heal in the expanded or extended state,this should help you make faster gains.try edging without cumming after a workout,that usually keeps my post workout flaccid nice and big.also i would suggest you do manual PE until your gains stop,then get a Bathmate if you want to pursue girth,or an extender if you are trying to gain length.using the extender may help correct your curvature.

                How do you mean to heal in the expanded or extended state? Sorry, do not understand that. Well, I'm quite satisfied with my girth (see my stats), but I'd like some more length and to straighten my curve. Do you think that Bathmate would not help with it? I will go for the extender if needed, but I'd like to by a Bathmate for two reasons: 1. It's cheaper and 2. Much simpler to use and take far less time. But if I could not complete my goals with it, I'll go for the extender. Thanks a lot, man!

                  penis pumps are mostly effective for girth gains.if you want length use manual stretches ,extenders and hanging.start with manual stretching until you don't gain anymore.then use an extender with manual stretching before putting on the extender.when you stop gaining from that start hanging.you can use an extender as an ads to heal in the expanded state.also traction wrapping after length work outs can help you heal in the extended state.healing in the expanded or extended state is when you don't allow your penis to" shrivel "or "turtle" after you workouts,it can speed up the amount of gains you make.check around the PE forums for info about these things i have mentioned.

                      Penis very soft and loose all day, have never seen it that way! Had some occasional and mild turtling, I suppose leftovers from two days ago, but nothing special.

                      Training was good, effective, could get the erection levels right most of the time.

                        Morning wood: yep, woke me up a few times.

                        Felt good today, had sex, was ROCK hard!

                          Rest day.

                          Morning wood: woke me up again!

                          No pain at all, no turtling, penis nice and loose, feeling great! I had sex, she came in a missionary for the first time in 5 years!!!                             Day 15

                            Morning wood: Can't remember.

                            Penis was fine today, loose and painfree, but I had frikin diarrhea the whole day and were on the toilet seat like 15 times and my stomach hurt like hell. I almost didn't do training today, but made myself do it somehow. And the training was painful (psychically) to preform, because my erections for jelqing were terrible. Stretching was fine though. Anyway, glad that I did it, but it was the hardest yet.

                              Morning wood: No, or I've slept through it, because I got up at noon today.

                              Again, all good through the day. The training was PERFECT! I could get good erection levels for jelqin, but the stretches were great - I think that I could apply more force without feeling the pain and it felt longer somehow.
