  • UpsizeMe - First Growth Routine

    Having completed 3 months of the JP90 conditioning routine, it was successful in its purpose of boosting my EQ and adding 0.25" in length (most likely related to the EQ gains). Time for a growth routine!

    I devised this from reading here and on Thunders Place, looking for the next step. I'll probably have to make some adjustments as I go, but it's a starting point!


    Features:
    • Manual exercises only: Stretch, Bundled Stretch, Jelq, Uli
    • Built-in weekly progression
    • Initial deload to start directly after JP90
    • Time-based rather than count-based


    Template:

    Warm Up
    • 10 minutes of direct heat


    Length Work
    • Stretches for 30s in 9 directions (Up, Horizontal, Down) x (Left, Middle, Right)
    • Rotating bundled stretches (twist penis then crank it around in a slow circle, then reverse the twist and crank in opposite direction)


    Girth Work
    • Wet jelqs (engorged but not erect, ~3s per stroke, keeping previous hand in place until new one is half way into its stroke)
    • Uli squeeze


    Warm Down
    • 5 minutes of direct heat


    Progression:

    Stretches

    Week 1: UM, HM, DM
    Week 2: add: UL, UR
    Week 3: add: HL, HR
    Week 4: add: DL, DR (ie. 1 full set of 9)
    Week 5: 1 set + UM, HM, DM
    etc.

    Rotating Bundled Stretches


    Weeks 1-4: 10x clockwise + 10x counterclockwise (1 set)
    Weeks 5+: 1 set after each full set of 9 stretches, and 1 set when finished stretches

    Jelqs

    Week 1: 4 minutes (1 set)
    Week 2: 1 set + 1 minute
    Week 3: 1 set + 2 minutes
    Week 4: 1 set + 3 minutes
    Week 5: 2 sets
    etc.

    Uli Squeezes

    Week 1: 30s after jelqs
    Week 2: 40s after first set of jelqs
    Week 3: 50s after first set of jelqs
    Week 4: 60s after first set of jelqs
    Weeks 5+: 60s after each complete set of jelqs

      It seems easier twisting and rotating in opposing directions for the bundled ones.

      I didn't mention days on/off. The standard suggestions are 5/2 or 2/1. I'm thinking to start out, it'll be an ON day unless I can still feel any soreness from the last day's session. So 7/0 for now!

        It seems weird doing more time with heat than exercises, but that's what makes it a deload! I might get impatient in a week or 2 and skip ahead in the progression, but it's ok for now.

          I'm noticing some discoloration (darker purple) on the head while jelqing, so I'm easing up on the pressure.

              I've read the all day things help with healing in the larger state over time. I'm restoring my foreskin as well, using a TLC-X with leg strap for a few hours a day at least, usually after my PE time. That's my first priority, but it might help with keeping it elongated. I'm also debating wearing a cock ring long term, which I've read can also help with keeping it swollen while healing. I don't think I'm willing to wear a device any more than that throughout the day.

              How long should I edge for to start with? It'd be easy enough to add in post-uli, maybe even with the rice sock on too.

                I tried reverse kegeling with the jelqs and it felt like it relaxed things to stretch out more.

                  start with 20 minutes edging.i normally do 1 hour with no ejaculation.i only cum when edging on off days.make sure you do edging and cockring use after your workouts.try not to disrupt the healing process with a second workout.you should increase your gain rate doing this.
                  the discoloration unfortunately is probably going to happen no matter what.try doing FIREGOAT ROLLS after each set to help squish the stain out.read up on what causes discoloration to better understand it.best of luck

                    I ended up splitting apart yesterday's routine as I was too distracted to get hard for the last part, so later that night:


                    Warm Up: 10 minutes rice sock
                    Uli: 30s
                    Edging: 40 minutes
                    Warm Down: 5 minutes rice sock
                    Firegoat Rolls: ~30s

                    I guess my normal fapping consists of edging, which can easily drag out past an hour. The hardest part with doing it intentionally will be in not cumming every time. It'd probably also be beneficial for me to find a way to do it without external stimuli.

                    I read up on the Firegoat Rolls, and am totally willing to add an extra minute or 2 at the end of the routine to prevent possible discoloration.

                      i am on a nofap,so what i do is focus on the sensation of edging instead of fantasizing or using porn.during my edging session i stroke close to the glans until i near the PONR,then move the stroking down the shaft as i back off the PONR keeping the stimulation going the whole time.this intensifies the edging session and increases the amount of focus it takes not to cum,that way my brain doesn't get board and start to fantasize.if you don't use porn during edging it should be easier to not cum at the end.

                        Went a bit overboard with the edging, but managed to do it without porn and without cumming. With porn, I think I just fall back into the addictive cycle. Simulate away the female and intimacy, use the fantasy for arousal, while still achieving the biologically needed end-goal of climax. I still don't see porn as a problem in of itself, but the way I've used it for 20+ years has not be good for my personal growth and development as a man. Not really an addiction (compulsion maybe, definitely a crutch), but I need to break that pattern and rewire myself to require the real thing. I've been doing some reading lately to help with this part, such as No More Mr Nice Guy.

                          wow upsizeme,i have also used porn for 20+ years,but sadly for me i have also developed a little strangely in my personal growth.as a result of my porn induced ED i have not been able to perform with girls and am still a "virgin" into my 40's now.i have messed around with girls but i never get erections with girls because the way my brain is wired from constant porn use.this whole time i just assumed girls i tried with weren't turning me on ,because whenever i masturbate i used porn and never had a problem.so i get it

                            Week 2 means I added a couple stretches, 1 minute on jelqs, and 10s on Uli.

                            I also bought a cock ring that I'm going to try out for long-term wear. It'll go on right before edging, and stay on as much as possible throughout the night and day.
