    Hi,

    About to head into working on length, and wants to start keeping track...

    I have been PEing for a while now and am noticing improvements, however since I last measured I have not gained any length. I have definitely gained girth! (Pretty sure early length gains came from improved EQ.)

    So any suggestions for length training?

    I am thinking of doing some really long stretches with good breathing and relaxing, and I will be clamping. (Which I find really fun..)

    Hi everyone,


    I have been PEing for a little over a month and have gotten started mostly by advice and exercises from PEgym.com. Great website!

    I am in my mid thirties have been married for over ten years and have three boys aged ten, seven and one.

    Earlier this spring I was going through quite a bit of stress and was very busy, and all off a sudden I was having problems getting and holding a solid erection. It was a problem. So I began to do some internet searches and ended up here.

    I am a big guy and have always been confident and happy with my penis. I measure at the first PE exercise and was erect between 18-19 cm in length and just over 15 in girth close to the base.

    I started training to improve my erection, but now after just over a month I am showing some gains and am having fun and will keep it up and my goal is to be over 20 cm erect.

    So far I have experienced around 1 cm gain in length and a bit under 1 cm in girth.

    So far I have done the following:

    1. Kegels and reverse kegels daily.
    2. Daily shower routine:
    1. Warm up.
    2. Stretches, all directions, both hands 5-10 minutes.
    3. Wet Jelqs with Baby oil in the shower, 5- 10 minutes.
    4. Compression exercise. 4 sets of about 1 minute.

    I am looking to add some more advanced training in and have for the last couple of days gently started with clamping, and I am hoping to do edging and ballooning to improve my sexual performance.

    I do this mostly to have the best sex life possible with my wife, and we are already having so much fun thanks to the improved performances over the past month and some weeks since I started dealing with my erection problem.

    I also want to mention that I would smoke occasionally and do some chew as well and especially during stress and I think this might be one of the biggest factors to my erection problem. I have now been nicotine free for a month.

    Getting a healthy penis sure is great motivation to kick tobacco to the curb. I have also become more disciplined in my general stretches, handstands etc. so it the PE translates to most aspects of my life right now.

    Erect length start: 18,5cm
    Erect girth close to Base: 15 cm

    Current erect length: 19,5 cm
    Current girth: 15, 5

    Goal: Erect length: >20 cm

    I have not tested my erection quality yet and am working to last longer and harder. Any input and advice on my PE journey appreciated.

      So I keep going at this interesting journey of penis enhancement!

      I have taken the approach of listening to my body and doing the exercises I feel are the best for me.

      After my initial 6 months I felt I wasn't really gaining any length, but I had gained girth. Also my EQ is better.

      So now I am doing PE basically every day. I will usually do a session in the shower both morning and evening.

      My exercise routine has developed into the following:

      1. Warm up: In the shower, hot water and stretches. Side to side and straight out.
      2. Apply baby oil with vitamin E.
      3. Light jelqing and compression exercises.
      4. Squat pulls: I found I could no longer get enough pull when upright so I have developed a new pull where I will squat in the shower and I will basically pull the penis from under my butt cheeks and pull backwards. I get good leverage for my hand off my thighs and can pull harder. I take my time and slowly stretch until I reach max and I will then try to hold it there for 30 seconds to a minute. I will do this stretch with both hands.

      I then do a different variation where I stay in a squat position and pull straight down, using the insides of my thighs for extra leverage and pull down.

      I find these stretches will sometimes give me small red bumps, and some bruising. But it usually goes away the next day.

      5. Squeeze pulls. My final exercise is sort of a combination of squeezes, ulis and stretches. I will try to get a firm grip at the root of my penis and kegel pump into the penis until it is really hard. I then try to pull the inner penis out and it makes for even more pressure in the penis. I do these with both hands for about a minute.

      The whole exercise only takes about 15-20 mins.

      I also try to do these squeeze pulls a few times a day to keep it plump. In stead of piss pulls...

      I find my flaccid now definitely looks bigger and so does my erect length.

      I am now getting 20 cm BPEL consistently. I feel like the squat pulls really have given me some length gains. After some PE sessions it looks huge and it will stay plump longer.

      Overall happy with my progress and I will keep with this routine for a while.

      Any comments or suggestions for improvement welcome.

      I also was away on duty travel last week, and had a four day break. My longest since I started basically. And I noticed my EQ and libido was through the roof when I got home. Spent two days at home before I restarted. Also feel like my flaccid size got bigger from taking a break...

          Aaarrrrggghh! My erection problems that led me into beginning PE are sort of back. It is clearly caused by a lack of communication between me and my wife and that she takes offense when I don't get a hard on in less than thirty seconds, which I'm glad to say is usually the case.

          I have a very busy schedule and under a bit of stress. I have also been chewing tobacco for a few months again.

          It is so strange how linked my dick and my mental well being is connected. When I'm in good energy it feels great, now that I'm in a slump it feels limp and pathetic.

          Just had to rant and get it out. Tired of this stupid insecure feeling.

            So we got back in the saddle over lunch! Nice quickie with no kids in the house, and I could tell my wife was relieved.

            These episodes get me to analyse myself, and realise that I have been quite sexually insecure my whole life. I met my wife young and has basically been my only sexual partner. I can remember all the sexual encounters I have had with other women/girls and can count them on two hands.

            When I was around 7-8 years old I had a very good female friend and she had a bigger sister. So one day she wanted to try sex. We were on the warm heated bathroom floor completely naked and she was sitting on top of me. I even remember the smells and little details from the washroom. I felt comfortable with only my friend, but suddenly her bigger sister opened the door looked at us and yelled: "Mommy, Daddy, my little sister and her friend are fucking!" Her parents came and they were very understanding and calm and said to close the door and leave them alone.

            That is all I remember, but I knew something was "wrong" with what we were doing, and I think this episode has affected me sexually and made me quite sensitive and a little insecure. Because I am a tall and handsome fella a lot of people assume I am very comfortable with women and a great lover. However I have always shyed away for better or worse.

            Regardless I am glad these episodes happen, forcing me to reassess myself and my sexuality.

              Still at it!

              Have been a little more slack on my routine lately and the PE honeymoon is over for me.

              I have been trying to have more rest days and it seems to benefit.

              Still doing stretches (Side to side, bundled, squat pulls), squeezes, compression with my hand mixed with light jelqing and lots of sex

              Also had a conversation with my wife as my erection is still not as strong as I am used to. However after explaining that it is not as rock hard as it always used to be she was more understanding and in turn me more relaxed and my erections are better! Speaking of your insecurities and getting stupid thoughts out in conversation is magical!

              My dick is still slowly getting bigger. Consistently measuring around 8" BPEL and my girth is good!

              To be totally honest I am in admiration of my cock when it is at full erection!

                So I am still quite set in my routine. I do most of my work in the shower as well as quick stretches/squeezes at bathroom breaks and on the rare occasion when I find myself home alone.

                I experienced some negative PIs in the beginning of my PE journey, but find myself to be more of doing a maintenance these days with no red bumps, bruises etc. My flaccid definitely looks bigger now on most days, but can still shrink up pretty good. It doesn't really bother me, but like the longer feel and look when it's plump flaccid. So still working on becoming a shower and not a grower.

                My EQ is good these days, and never ejaculate anymore except for with my wife. I do some edging and squeezes which sometimes gets me real aroused, but always stop before PONR.

                I am also coming to the conclusion that I am working my cock in two ways to get bigger.

                1. Stretching the penis when soft.

                2. Expanding it, by squeezes, clamps to push it beyond it's boundaries.

                I have gained some girth, but have not seen any real length improvements since summer. I am wondering if I should increase some of my work days and go for some more punishing exercises. As currently it feels more like I am just simply maintaining for larger flaccid and improved EQ. I really want to gain a bit more length.

                If anyone has any input/suggestions I would be very happy! Mostly interested in manual work, but open to all suggestions. Would love to turn my 8" BPEL into 8" NBPEL.

                    Struggling a bit here. I think my life is too busy. Work, Ice hockey, house, machines. I am usually really tired at the end of the day and am feeling a bit burned out from life in general.

                    Have had a instance of trying to have sex when my salami is just not responding, even when getting oral, and it makes my wife steaming mad.... Can't blame her... Very frustrating for me too.

                    Also am not gaining at all, rather having a hard time getting measurements I was getting consistently a while ago.

                    So I am going to focus on EQ. I will try to reduce some of the stress in my life and remove a few unhealthy habits. Chewing tobacco being the main one, as I am sure it is having a negative effect on my erections.

                    Want to try towel raises and similar exercises. Any suggestions to a mostly "improve EQ" routine?

                      So my EQ is still not the best. But I have been having lots of sex. And long sessions too. EQ will vary but doesn't freak out my wife anymore. We just take a little brake and it comes back until I am finished...

                      Also got some L-citruline which certainly help. But only use it on "special" occasions.

                      Also I have been off my routine for over a month and seem to have lost some length.. My girth is still large, but not having stretched I can't get the same measurements as early this winter when I was working it out a lot.

                      Almost .5" shorter BPEL. I can still get just over 8" bpfsl, but BPEL won't go up to 8" anymore. Guess I got to go back at tugging again if I want to gain some length.

                        EQ has been way better for the last while. Hence I have not been as active here...

                        However, I have started hanging and still doing stretches, dry jelqs, kegels and am also doing yoga. The yoga is mostly for lower back pain, but seems to have cured my EQ issues! Yoga is recommended.

                        I am already above average, but since I am 192 cm and 107 kgs I don't find my dick to look large to my body size and still trying to gain length.

                        I have started hanging and have been doing it in the shower. I first hang 8 pounds for 15 minutes, followed by 16 pounds for fifteen minutes. I usually I get at least one of these sets a day, and follow up with stretches after.

                        I have noticed my erections are crazy and can have sex for long periods of time and it feels stronger. However I am not gaining length...

                        Any suggestions to gain that extra inch I am looking for is appreciated. Any input on what I am doing is great. I am basically just doing things that feels like it works and that my dick can handle.

                        I also follow up with edging or sex following most of my evening hanging sessions.

                        16 pounds gives fatigue and I am still holding off on going up in weight.

                        I have home made hanging device, noose type with sports wrap for protection and no damage or problems so far. Just benefit of what feels like stronger dick during sex.

                          Question: I have a suspicion I am not gaining from hanging because I am currently doing it straight down and since I have been stretching for well over a year now that my ligaments might have been stretched and cause the little length gains I have seen so far so thinking to start fulcrum hanging.

                          BUT, I am nervous to begin fulcrum hanging. Should I go down in weight? Are there other differences when transitioning from straight down to fulcrum hanging.

                          I think I need to target my tunica harder. Any advice?

                            It has been a while since I provided an update.

                            Backed away from hanging. Only doing jelqs and stretches, as well as squeezes and some edging and sex most days.

                            EQ is better than it has been since I started this log.

                            Have not gained any erect length, just measured yesterday and still at same length. Girth is still getting bigger, and looks bigger than last year. Also my flaccid looks larger, but without quick pull and jelq toilet breaks it will turtle quite small still. So still a grower.

                            Still hoping to try to find a length specific program and try it out for some months to see if I can make any length gains and not just girth.

                            Was a little discouraged yesterday after measuring because I honestly thought I had gained some length. Well, well..

                              Little update: I have been focussing on improving my EQ lately and have been slowing down on the manual exercises.

                              I have had a slight length gain, Yay! I am now just over 8" BPEL. I would still like to gain a bit more length.

                              I haven't measured girth, mostly because I am more than happy with my girth. Hoping to target my head as my shaft and base has increased the most.

                              I have been edging more, and when the wife was out of town I found some old 90's porn movies and had some real long edging sessions. I was close to PONR for extended periods and I have been in the past couple of weeks paying the prize. My pelvic floor has tightened a bit and I have less ejaculation control than I did a month ago.

                              This annoys me, so my love of classic porn is going back in the drawer. LOL (But if you are interested check out Kitty Young- Virgin treasures...)

                              So now my PE consists of squats, kegels, reverese kelgels, 5 min x 2 stretches, light jelqing, horse squeezes, gentle pelvic floor massage with tennis ball and hanging 3 x a week for 3x10 min at 8 pounds. (The hanging actually seems to improve my erections, not sure why..)

                              Next step for me is to improve my cardio again as I have had a good month off of hard exercise after the hockey season to let my lower back heal and get rest.

                              Apart from that I have been having some amazing sex with the wife, and some nights going at it for several bouts and she can't get enough. And she keeps wanting to eat it And I never refuse her and tell her to use it like it is her own!

                              Wish I was a bit more consistent, but I think that will come again when I begin working out again... Also time to let the drinks rest for a bit! Lots of spring time camping with alcohol and that has its toll both on general fitness and penis health.

                              Hope to update my log weekly and get a bit more serious again.
