  • New Beginnings - Detailed Health/Size Journal

    Using this thread, I'll be keeping a detailed health/size journal which will include the following:

    -Official measurements every 60-90 Days (pictures to be posted in my album)
    -Daily Excercise Log
    -Supplement Log
    -Physiological Indicator Analysis
    -Thoughts On Progress/Results

    Normally, I'm a fairly private person who wouldn't dream of sharing this type of informaion. That being said, I'm hoping that by tracking and sharing my progress I'll have a greater sense of accountability. While I've spent countless hours reading through post and articles here at pegym, I've never been consistant with any form of PE.

    Overarching Goals:

    -Improve penile health (i.e. stronger erections, better conditioned PC muscles, increased control over ejaculation)
    -Kick dependency on porn
    -Improve flaccid hang
    -Increased sized

    It's nice to have finally joined the pegym community!
