    Hi everyone

    I'm 22 years old and have been introduced into penis enlargement few years ago. In August this year I had a lot of free time which I spent exploring PE sites thoroughly, and I finally decided it is time to start my PE adventure. I actually did some jelqing couple of years ago, but nothing serious (maybe 2-3 weeks). I have patience and positive mindset, and I know gains will come with persistance and focus.


    MY ROUTINE

    Warm up
    I use hot wet towel to warm up for about 6-8 minutes.

    Manual lenght exercises
    I stretch my penis for 30 seconds in following directions:
    SD, SD to left and SD to right (2 sets)
    SO, SO to left and SO to right (2 sets)
    SU, SU to left and SU to right (2 sets)
    After EVERY set I do circles (pull and rotate 360°).

    Jelqing
    I re-warm up after stretching for 2 minutes and proceed to wet jelqs.
    100 3-4 seconds wet jelqs (+ 50 every week).

    Warm down
    Again I use hot wet towel for about 5 minutes.

    I am doing this routine 2 days on/1 day off, then 2 days on/2 days off, for 12 weeks.
    Along with this routine, I am doing Kegels and edging. I think porn messed my EQ a lot, so I'm cutting porn off. A lot of work and dedication ahead


    WEEK 1

    Day 1

    On Monday I did Kegel exercises. I've been doing Kegels a lot in my puberty and then stopped . I started again couple of weeks ago. This week routine for Kegels is 10 sets of 10 five-second holds.

    Day 2

    Today while stretching, I had some problems staying flaccid (about 10-20% erected), but hopefully this is temporary, and won't happen in future. Slight erection gave me some red dots on glans, because grip was producing pressure inside it (glans). Jelqing went good, with around 40-50% erection, although I think I could have done it with higher erection.

    Day 3

    I had only 5 hours of sleep and was tired all day, meaning I haven't done PE. However I did my Kegel routine. Currently I'm doing 5 sec squeezes, which I feel can be intensified

        16.10.2015.

        Did my routine before noon. I have definitely been more flaccid during stretching than last time, but not enough. But I stretched better than before, felt those ligs Had problems with maintaining erection while jelqing, so I kegeled before every stroke just to get more blood in penis. I increased stroking time to approximately 5 seconds. Also increased warm up time to around 12 minutes, but I might increase it even more. I keep reading about warm ups and their benefits, so I wanna get most out of them.
        Afternoon I finished my Kegel routine, really fatigued those muscles down there

          I am very satisfied with today's exercises. Stretching went better than yesterday, so as jelqing. I've been more flaccid during stretching, and had more control over my erection during jelqing. Pelvic floor muscles destroyed . After jelqing I took hot bath as a cool down and while in the tub I masturbated for 15 mins, but I didn't cum, or reach PONR. I'm thinking about making today's exercise like a weekly routine (one day in week) – after stretches and jelqs finish with hot bath and edge for about 20-25 mins.

              Day 8
              19.10.2015.

              Only did Kegels today, 8 second squeezes. Yesterday before bed I masturbated for 10 min (without reaching PONR or orgasm), was too tired for edging.

                Today I did kegels, satisfied with them. I'm planning to throw in some reverse kegels in a couple of weeks. Because of bad organization of the day, I only did jelqs. Had hard time keeping my erection, probably because I had a meal and coffee before, and I was in a hurry. I think I will do my routine tomorrow morning, and edge afternoon.

                  I will only do edging today. I woke up too late, did some cardio, read about reverse kegels all afternoon, and now I'm too tired to do my routine with complete focus.

                    Did my routine afternoon, again I had problems with stretches, they don't feel comfortable yet (grip is putting too much pressure on my glans). Also had problems with maintaining erection while jelqing. When I get erection, one stroke and it subsides a lot. However I was satisfied with routine, because right after jelqs I added some edging, for about 25 mins. I noticed more prominent veins throughout the day (flaccid penis)

                    Did kegel routine, ten sets of ten 8-second holds. I was so inconsistent this week with them so I will do this week's routine also next week.

                        Rest day. I'm changing my routine, doing only jelqs and edging. So 10 more weeks of that, I'm curious about gains. Then after that I will follow more lenght based routine.


                        Day 16
                        27.10.2015.

                        Warmed up for 15 min, then jelqed for 10 minutes with 4-5 sec strokes and moderate overhand grip. After jelqs I cooled with hot towel and masturbated for 15 minutes (didn't have time to edge). I noticed more prominent veins on my flaccid when I edge/masturbate after jelqing.

                            Wow it's really easy to lose focus on this stuff. I have been very busy during and after last weekend, also I got lazy, meaning I did none PE exercises, not even kegels.
