I'm 22 years old and have been introduced into penis enlargement few years ago. In August this year I had a lot of free time which I spent exploring PE sites thoroughly, and I finally decided it is time to start my PE adventure. I actually did some jelqing couple of years ago, but nothing serious (maybe 2-3 weeks). I have patience and positive mindset, and I know gains will come with persistance and focus.
MY ROUTINE
Warm up
I use hot wet towel to warm up for about 6-8 minutes.
Manual lenght exercises
I stretch my penis for 30 seconds in following directions:
SD, SD to left and SD to right (2 sets)
SO, SO to left and SO to right (2 sets)
SU, SU to left and SU to right (2 sets)
After EVERY set I do circles (pull and rotate 360°).
Jelqing
I re-warm up after stretching for 2 minutes and proceed to wet jelqs.
100 3-4 seconds wet jelqs (+ 50 every week).
Warm down
Again I use hot wet towel for about 5 minutes.
I am doing this routine 2 days on/1 day off, then 2 days on/2 days off, for 12 weeks.
Along with this routine, I am doing Kegels and edging. I think porn messed my EQ a lot, so I'm cutting porn off. A lot of work and dedication ahead
WEEK 1
Day 1
On Monday I did Kegel exercises. I've been doing Kegels a lot in my puberty and then stopped . I started again couple of weeks ago. This week routine for Kegels is 10 sets of 10 five-second holds.
Day 2
Today while stretching, I had some problems staying flaccid (about 10-20% erected), but hopefully this is temporary, and won't happen in future. Slight erection gave me some red dots on glans, because grip was producing pressure inside it (glans). Jelqing went good, with around 40-50% erection, although I think I could have done it with higher erection.
